The house was clean and well presented. Located really near beach and there was a fun, cute play area near by. Easy drive into Inverloch for cafes and restaurants.

The entire set up was fabulous- house, deck, doors onto the deck, garden, master bathroom (wow!!). The house is located in a beautiful part of Cape Paterson and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

If I had to fault anything, it was the need to bring our own towels- but that wasn't a problem.

We were there for a wedding and the location was in walking distance to the wedding ceremony and reception.

That it was excellent what it said it was, nice and quiet but also cosy and the area was very beautiful.

There was nothing I didn't like/enjoy about my stay.

Perfect location Beds were super comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Clean Would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing about our stay at 4 Pinnacle we didn't like.

On arrival, we realised the property had not been cleaned or the linen changed. We contacted the owner who came to clean and change the linen. They were very apologetic. all was resolved very quickly and the rest of our stay was perfect

Comfy quiet and just what we needed to recharge. Beach great and really close. Hosts had covered most bases. Watching the stars at night was amazing. Loved it 😎😊

The house is perfect for a relaxing coastal weekend, very clean and comfortable with a fantastic large deck. The area is very peaceful, lots of bird life and the sounds croaking frogs. The house is an easy walk to the beach and local tavern.

We were at the property for only 2 nights but it served purpose and everything was easy to use. Beautifully quiet and great deck for meals and we even got some sun in the middle of winter. The decor and comfort of the lounge and beds were excellent.

The only things we could fault was that the water pressure for showers is poor and there was no pepper and salt left. Just a little frustrating and an easy fix.

Fridge was on full (did not notice) when we arrived so all our home grown salad veggies got frozen and ruined. There are no glasses bigger than 200ml - ie nothing to have a long drink in. Someone turned the gas off while we were away on Tuesday. Full on audio visual gear - but no internet (so you can't use most of it) - and we had no reception on our phones. BBQ could only be loved by its mother. Confusing info from booking.com, seemed computer generated, with false info about keys etc. Bedside lights look fancy, but too dim to actually read by.

Nice holiday house in a good location close to the beach (500m walk). The house set up works well and the large deck and BBQ were great. No oven or Wi-Fi though and mobile reception haphazard, however if you want a break from communications that is a plus! We would book again.

No oven, because we like to cook with an oven; but aside from that all was pretty good.

BBQ wasn't cleaned, and required a lot of time to get it cleaned up. Cleaning wash up liquid was level was very low, luckily we took our own. Used tissues found under beds. Having no Oven wasn't great.
