Close walk to the beach, great property for a family beach vacation

We love this place. The location and neighborhood is great. We stay at this condo every summer for 4-8 weeks. Debby is awesome and we look forward to visiting every summer.

This is the second time we stayed at this listing, 3rd time at Folly Field. This stay was by far our favorite! It was such a lovely surprise to check in to the condo and realize that the decor and furniture had been updated! We love the blue arm chairs so much I am trying to find them at Target. Also the 3 NEW beach chairs were perfect for lounging on the beach during high tide as well as the beach towels!! 😊 The kitchen was fully stocked with multiple options for drink ware and cutlery. Communication with owner was seamless and we cannot wait to book for next year.

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. It was clean and exactly as described. Super close to the gate that leads to the beach, which was a nice bonus!! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and easy access to all amenities!! Property owner is very nice and does respond to texts and other correspondence.

My husband & I stayed here two months and it was perfect for us in all respects I.e. the location, appliances, furniture, furnishings, and with a most open and welcoming host! We plan to make this an annual home away from home!

We had a wonderful time. The condo had all the supplies for the condo and the beach including coolers, wagon, beach toys. I floated for a long time on the noodles in the warm water. The condo has a shared weber grill that we used. Debbie was very responsive and incredibly helpful. I definitely would recommend the condo and would stay there again.

We look forward to our summers in HHI every year and have already booked it again for next year. The condo is great and Debby is awesome. We are so glad that we found this gem in the tons of places on the internet. The location and space are perfect for our family of four.

Everything was quite lovely- comfy beds, beautiful linens and everything very clean. Our only issue was that i requested a handicap accessible unit as we brought my 89 year old father with us. Unfortunately, there were 4 large steps made of railroad ties (or similar) up to the actual building. This meant an ordeal every time we left or returned to our place. Once we had arrived ,there was nothing that could have been done about it. Otherwise it was very nice stay!

This is our 4th visit to Hilton Head and Fiddlers Cove. 19D is located near each pool and tge gate to the beach. It is as pictured - clean, updated and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed to make our 2 month stay wonderful. And, Debbie, the owner, was so accommodating and readily available to answer any questions. I look forward to my next visit.

The condo was exactly as pictured. The owner was so responsive to our every need. Debby contacted us immediately whenever we had a question. We had a wonderful time with the most perfect weather for February. It was two years since we had been in Hilton Head because of the pandemic. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Debby for everything.

Great location to all of Hiltonhead great beach

We had a Great week on HH this week!!! This condo is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, Great TV, Beach Chairs and wagon were so helpful! This condo is updated with Charming Cabinetry and Granite that you don't often find in Fiddlers Cove! Having the unit on the first floor was a big plus for us! The owners were quick to respond to questions and have provided a fantastic condo for others to enjoy! We would definitely like to stay here again in the future!

This is a great unit in Hilton Head just a few minute walk away from private and public access to Folly Field Beach. The unit was exactly as pictured and described! The process to book and check in/out was streamlined and very easy. Our personal favorite was a book of bedtime stories that was perfect for our little one.

We love this place. You cannot find a better value on the island. Debby is a wonderful and attentive host. We had no issues but needed parking passes for a few visitors. She checked in with us a few times to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The unit is well equipped for all aspects of our vacation, cookware, dish/glassware, beach chairs/cart to name a few. We were so thankful to be on the first floor! It makes carrying your groceries , luggage and beach gear so much easier! Debby's villa is in a perfect location within the resort. It is between both pools, close to the gates to get to the beach and even the propane grill. Everything you need is right there. The unit has excellent air conditioning and water pressure. The villa was clean and everything was in great condition. The listing is accurate and the photos are current. We like this place so much we reserved some weeks for next summer!

We spent 3 nights in this cute condo and it was perfect for our little family. Exactly as advertised! Beach wagon, chairs, toys, etc were available to use. Short walk to the beach and convenient to everything! Host was quick to respond! We will definitely be back!

Five nights in Fiddlers Cove to get reacquainted with Hilton Head. Daily walks in the Beach and golf. Very relaxing

This condo was great, especially for our little party of two, and the extra bedroom was helpful for a family member to stay for a weekend! We stayed here for 5 weeks and it had everything you’d need for a long term stay; fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, linens, etc. Short walk to the beach and short bike ride to anything you’d ever need. Loved having coffee on the balcony, too! We stayed in November so it was probably extra quiet but the gated community was very tranquil and safe.

This was our second year in this condo. As it was last year, it was very clean and well stocked. It’s not overly big, but there was plenty of room for the my family of 4. The best thing about it is that it is just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great location close to the beach. Easy to check in. Very comfortable and nice accommodations. Perfect for less mobile because its on the first floor although there are a few steps to maneuver.

This place was perfect for a small family, it has everything you need for the beach. Games to play on the beach and indoors.

The apt is a very cozy two bedroom with everything you need and close to one of the pools and to the gate towards the beach. Also liked that’s on the first floor, great with small children. Loved the community with its private beach! The host was very nice and very helpful with everything! Would definitely come back.

Place was just as advertised! Great location with a short walk to the beach and they provided all the things you need (wagon, chairs, toys, etc.) Convenient location to shops, restaurants and a lot of the fun Hilton Head has to offer. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay 7/29-8/3. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. It was exactly like the pictures from the website. The double bed was extremely comfortable and the location awesome. The condo was a little small, but big enough for the 4 of us. We hope to return sometime in the near future.
