Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Nicht so schön fanden wir, dass es keine gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten gab und der Pool bereits einige Tage vor Abreise milchig wurde und niemand danach geschaut hat. Außerdem erwarteten uns bei Ankunft die Flaschenberge des Vormieters, die auf Grund der Überfüllung die gesamte Zeit nicht geleert wurden.

La casa é perfetta, ma ci vorrebbe qualche rimedio per zanzare e formiche. Per il resto cosa dire puro relax, dispone di tutti i comfort. La proprietaria molto disponibile ad accontentare tutte le nostre richieste, grazie ed a presto.

La casa di Francesca è l’ideale per una vacanza all’insegna del relax, con un bel giardino tenuto molto bene, piscina e barbecue. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e Francesca è stata pronta nel risolvere un piccolo problema con l’acqua calda al nostro arrivo, risolto in meno di un’ora. Posizione buona (serve un’auto), negozi e servizi a 5 minuti e tanti posti da visitare nella zona. Casa perfetta per coppie/famiglie!

Sehr unkomplizierte und zuvorkommende Vermieterin Das Haus sehr sauber, stilvoll und grosszügig - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! (einzig der Flaschenöffner war unauffindbar :)...) Sehr zu empfehlen für erholsame und authentische Toskana-Ferien

We had a wonderful time in Camaiore. The house is very nice and matches the description exactly. But a hint can be useful: Because of its idyllic location next to a stream, we had an extraordinary amount of mosquitoes. Therefore we had to use mosquito repellent already in the afternoon. Of course, this was difficult in the pool, but otherwise it was no problem. But maybe the mosquito plague was also due to the fact that it had rained extensively at our arrival. The support by our host Francesca was excellent. She was always available at short notice and had a quick solution on hand when needed.

We spent two weeks in August in this lovely house. The pool was great for our kids. The house is spacious, the bathroom new with a great shower and the kitchen is very well-equipped. We enjoyed the barbecue and the pizza oven. The host Francesca gave us great tips for things to do and see.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und geräumig. Die Ausstattung für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super unkompliziert (in Englisch), es gibt sehr gute Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen, Restaurants etc. Der Garten ist sehr ruhig und traumhaft grün und gepflegt, ebenso der Pool. ABER: am Grundstück verläuft ein kleiner Wasserlauf, was die ohnehin große Mückenpopulation immens vervielfacht. Man konnte sich leider trotz Mückenschutz nicht draußen aufhalten. Auch gibt es keine Insektengitter an den Fenstern. Der Nachbar im einzigen Haus unmittelbar nebenan, hat zeitweilig die Nacht zum Tag gemacht. Aber gut... Der freie Strand in Viareggio ist toll, man braucht kein Bagno. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Wirklich gemütliches und schön eingerichtetes Haus. Das Wohnzimmer gefiel uns besonders. Leider konnte man abends nicht draußen sitzen und musste sich auch tagsüber vor den Mücken schützen. Zudem hatten wir etwas zuviel Besuch von Gärtnern und Handwerkern. Abgesehen davon sehr empfehlenswert.

Alles verlief unkompliziert und Grossaftig. Bei Fragen oder Mängeln war Francesca immer sofort erreichbar und sehr bemüht das Problem zu lösen. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch und nach einem Strandtag bestens geeignet um sich etwas ins Grüne zurück zu ziehen. Jederzeit wieder!

My friends and me really enjoyed our stay at Francescas property. The beds were comfortable, the pool was very nice and in the kitchen we found everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pizza oven and the barbecue on several occassions. In the area were some really nice restaurant and Francesca has a lot of good recommendations. We would definitly advise other friends to spend their holidays there.

We especially enjoyed the pizza oven and the barbecue on several occassions. In the area were some really nice restaurant and Francesca has a lot of good recommendations. The location is excellent for visiting all the local sights, beaches and markets as well as being only a short drive to the nearby towns of Lucca and Pisa. Florence is an easy day trip. The beach is 20 minutes. You do need a car. We liked very much the quiet rural location of the house surrounded by fields and a few local houses, you feel part of the Italian country side and the wildlife is excellent. The facilities of the house are excellent, good bedrooms and living space inside and kitchen with a proper oven and fridge. Outside we enjoyed the pool every day. We used the BBQ area and the wood fired pizza oven to make delicious food. There are so many good restaurants recommended by Francesca that we did not have enough meal times to fit them all in. A faultless holiday..

Fijn twee weken genoten van dit huisje met onze twee kinderen.

We spent two weeks in this wonderful toscan house in Camaiore. Everything was perfect : the house, the pool, the surroundings. I would strongly recommend this house for any Toscana lovers and even for families who just want to chill and bath either in the pool or by the nearby seaside.
