Beautifully appointed and clean. The parking was quite challenging and stressful as the property is positioned on a very busy main road and on a bend. The property was spotless and of a high standard and with lovely approachable hosts.

What a lovely week overlooking the estuary and visiting local seaside villages and towns, National Trust properties and boat trips. The Boathouse is on a road but not too busy and so convenient for exploring the locality. Superb, would return! Thank you :-)

Everything in the property was top quality. Well maintained and scrupulously clean. Thoughful extras included, much appreciated. Fleur and Rob were very helpful and friendly. Short walk into Kingsbridge with a good choice of eating places especially The Old Bakery.

As always with vrbo the booking and management of the property was stress free. Communication with property owner was prompt. Description of the beach house was exactly as documented. Very well equipped, light and comfortable. Perfect for a short or longer stay. Good bus and boat links to many local places to visit.

Beautiful annexe, very clean and well equipped. We very much enjoyed our stay in Kingsbridge.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at the Boathouse from start to finish. We like to say a big thanks to Fleur for the excellent communications leading up our stay - she was super information and made the check in process and real breeze. The accommodation was spotless and beautifully designed. It’s the perfect size for a couple and comes with an awesome kitchen and all the utensils you could ask for, plus dishwasher and awesome oven. The bathroom had a great walk in shower and a sky light and the bedroom comes with a decent size wardrobe and a modern tv with Netflix etc (as does the living room). The highlight for me was the premium BBQ on the wooden terrace! The properly is about 15 mins on foot from Kingsbridge and on route you’ll pass the rather nice Crab Shell pub restaurant. If you’re looking for a home from home whilst visiting Devon then I highly recommend the Boat House :) Thanks Fleur and Rob for a lovely stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at The Boathouse Well thought out accommodation for two Very clean and tidy Brilliant shower with lots of hot water Lovely fresh cotton bedding And Fleur kindly arranged for the sun to shine all week too 😀😀

The property was clean and in really good condition, with everything you might need - including lots of pans, utensils etc for cooking. It was also really light and airy with large south facing windows with estuary views. The location was very handy to access many of the beautiful local beaches and coastal paths.

We had a great time staying at the Boathouse. Compact and cute and really well kitted out with everything you need. Love Kingsbridge and the surrounding areas.

Lovely accommodation with all that you need, with the added bonus of outdoor space used bbq every evening lovely just chilling after an active day.

This little annexe was perfect , cosy warm and perfectly formed although we actually drove out to burgh island and Salcombe to explore kingsbridge is a nice little town .. with two supermarkets as you come in so perfect for supplies ...the crab shell pub is a short walk away and the food was very good !! ...we never actually met fleur but had great communication and she’s a fantastic host ... a little gem which we would highly recommend and love to come back too xxx

Very friendly on arrival, spotlessly clean. Clean towels and bedding, in the middle of the week. I would highly recommend staying their. Great location

If you want to visit Kingsbridge, stay here. It ticks ALL the boxes. It’s modern, it’s clean, it’s light and airy. You get new towels mid week. The view from the garden to the estuary is breathtaking. It easy to walk to the CrabShell inn and to the town centre. Stop deliberating, just book it. It is lovely. 10 out of 10.

The Bosthouse is a perfect place for a cosy stay. Small but perfectly designed and very well equipped. Can’t say a bad word about it . Would definitely come back if we decide to holiday again in that area.

Good location, walking distance to Kingsbridge. Easy access to other locations. The Boathouse is very homely, providing everything you need for a break away.
