We liked the door code and that we didn’t need a key for entry. We also liked the free parking, pool access, and the location. The A/C was amazing to have as well as the tv.

The unit was not clean. Bathroom and kitchen were not adequately cleaned upon arrival. We also found the bed to be extremely uncomfortable. The unit was quite infested with ants and other bugs… especially in the kitchen and bathroom.

Even though I never saw someone, everything worked out fine and was described perfectly in the App and we had the feeling we have always been well taken care of.

There were ants in the kitchen - if we left somthing sweet on the table (f.i. sugar, even though still in the package), it took not long for the small animals to build a street

The management company was very helpful. The bathtub wasn't really safe for my wife. She called them and they came in and attached a handle to make it safer to get out of the tub. The Internet went out a lot and they got that to work better too. We didn't have a printer for a voucher for a ferry, so they printed it for us.

Sound proofing not good. It was like a herd of elephants moving around on the floor above us.

The dishes were not very clean. The sheets are very worn and pilly. The pillows were very hard. Loved it but upgrade.

They let us check in a little early. They had beach/pool towels to use.

They doubled the price AFTER I made my reservation. I understand taxes go up, but the doubling was unacceptable! Pool was closed when we arrived. Yes it was after a storm, but pool wasn’t impacted. Storm seemed like an excuse.

I liked the pool and the hot tub. The fridge was huge, which was awesome. And laundry facilities right onsite.

Nothing really.. The only thing for me was the fridge - that was a bit loud. But that's me, I'm a bad sleeper.
