Amazing! Loved it!

Had a wonderful time...

House had everything we needed. It was very well equipped! Lovely and fit our needs perfectly. Loved going to the Cabana Beach Club, except for the lady who seemed to be in charge. She was very rude and condescending. She is not a good ambassador for the community. Otherwise it was a great week. Our host/manager was very easy to reach and answered all questions in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this house!

House was very nice. Kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need. Only thing I did not like were the sheets and pillow cases they made me feel very warm, other than that, the beds were comfortable. Outside area very nice. Property was very conveniently located. Key Colony Beach club and pool was a very nice perk.

Great overall experience.

We’ve been going to the keys with a group of friends for over a decade and as our families have grown we have had to find three or four houses near each other. Key colony worked well for us this year, and this house (where my family stayed) was by far the nicest place amongst the group. The private pool is amazing especially after a day on the boat. Dockage is as described. We have a 20 foot center console and it wasn’t an issue, but I can see it being tough for a larger boat. About the house: Beautifully updated and well stocked. You can tell the owner spends a lot of time down here as this place has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is a cook’s delight. The beds are comfortable and the living area is comfortable for a small group. A couple of things to be aware of: the thermostat is set to a lower limit of 74. We spoke with the property manager and requested a lower limit. He contacted the owner and they were able to change it remotely. There was a small fee for the extra electric usage which we gladly paid and found more than fair. There were ants and some palmetto bugs, but we sprayed and that seemed to help. It’s the keys and we have come to accept this as part of life down there. All in all, the property was amazing, clean and well stocked. Communication with the manager/owner was seamless and professional. We would stay here again.

Nice 3/3 on canal close access to Atlantic Perfect pool for lounging that also had a hot tub in one corner of the pool. The property also included Cabana club membership that gave us beach access with a bar and restaurant..

What a fantastic house! Super spacious living/dining/bedroom areas. A slightly smaller kitchen area, however there is tons of storage for food and snacks. The absolute highlight of this house is the back porch, pool, and patio. Absolutely wonderful, spacious porch with more than enough table/chairs for a large family, oodles of poolside seating, and great access to the canal. The kids practically lived in the pool which was clean and in excellent condition. We rented kayaks which we used daily and had plenty of room to store then in the large patio area. The landscaping has perfectly placed palm trees for a bit of afternoon shade in the pool. And the kids loved the wildlife even from the backyard…they named the iguana Ralph, and we lost count of how many of the tiny little lizards we saw, loved seeing the resident woodpeckers, got to check out a jellyfish in the canal, and even got to view a manatee as well! The house provided beach towels and had some beach/pool toys for use too. We did spend some time at the Cabana Club pool and private beach, both of which were lovely. This house was really a great stay!

Great property, great location, especially if you bing a boat. We will definitely book this house again.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! It is fully furnished with with everything you need! We loved the privacy of our own pool! The cabana club was a fun way to spend a rainy day! We loved this property!!

We really loved our stay at this home! The property manager was quick to respond to any inquiries and very helpful. There were many wonderful things about the place including, but not limited to, the cute decor, well stock kitchen, nice patio, pool with hot tub, dock for fishing.

Great house, cozy property, spent the majority of our time outside in the very comfortable back yard of the house. The inside was clean and well maintained, but we took full advantage of the beautiful keys weather, and stayed both in and out of the pool.

Great House on the water with a pool! The dock was a little tricky but ocean access was easy and quick. We loved the layout of the house the kitchen was well stocked and the kids loved the pool!

Stayed at this fantastic home for two weeks. Pool and hotub on the canal with wonderful sunsets to enjoy from the covered patio. Fully furnished and very clean home. Greg was a great communicator.

The covered lanai and pool were great. We were 3 adult couples over 65 and it worked great. We had paid extra to have the hot tub turned on. We found out the day before we left that was what the remote was for that was laying on the buffet.. We just thought it was a really lame hot tub. We are older and it would have been nice if someone would have said that there was remote for The directions were posted inside their pantry and since we weren't cooking and hadn't checked inside we hadn't seen the note.The property manager said we would get out money back so hopefully that happens. We would have preferred a nice hot tub. Since it was part of pool the jets came on when it added water to pool so we thought that was it. Communication....I would recommend this place.

Loved the house!!! The area was fantastic and the house was better than we thought it was going to be. Being in Marathon was ideal because we went to Key West and islamorada. We saw a manatee in the canal. That made our week. Pool and hot tub was a must for us and it was awesome!!!

When we arrived after a long travel day, I was never given the exact address of the place. Just the street, and we had to find it by the picture. Then when we went to retrieve the key from the lock box, I was told the code was the last 4 digits of my phone number. It was not. We Called the property manager and received no answer. Left a message and still had to call back 15 min later. He said something like “oh I guess that need to be changed on the email.” No apology or anything. Not very professional at all. Would rather deal with the house owner. Enjoyed the house and the pool a lot! Nice house for 6 adults .The house was nice with the exception of cockroaches (Palmetto bugs) 3 alive and 1dead in the house.

The house was very nice. It was clean and the decor made it feel personal. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the cabana club on the beach and to a nearby restaurant. Biking around Key Colony Beach was good, as was the kayaking from the dock on the canal, although it was a little difficult getting into and out of the kayaks from the dock. The pool was nice, as was the hot tub, although we wish the hot tub could have been a little hotter. The property is nice and relaxing, and there was plenty of room for the family, both inside and outside the house. Nice kitchen as well with all the equipment you need. Overall, a very nice, pleasant place to stay.

The house was exactly as advertised. Everything seemed fresh and new, very clean. Perfect for a vacation with family.

The property manager answered all our questions in a timely manner. Was very understanding of our worries on the Covid situation in Florida and kept us informed. We have been going to the keys for mini season for many years, and had rented many houses around Key Colony, this house is definitely one of the best we have stayed in.

Very quaint house. It has everything you need to enjoy a Key vacation.

This house was perfect. It's even better than the pictures. We loved the split bedroom floorplan. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool is fantastic and hot tub was a bonus! Plenty of outdoor furniture to relax. Also really liked that it was a ranch and not a raised house. The Propery Manager went out if his way for us. There were tiny ants in the kitchen that should be addressed. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again!

The property was a great place for my family of six to stay, it had plenty of room, and everything we needed. Everything is well kept and clean. The pool and outside area was where we spent most of our time and we really appreciate the owners making it available.

Fisherman's and Wives' paradise!

We had a wonderful time in the pool. The local restaurants and shopping were great. We did not have troubling finding anything to do. Lots of great attractions and sites to see.

I will try to rent this property again. My wife loved the pool and the back deck. The fishing and diving was fantastic.

Our family had a blast , great stay

One hiccup was that we weren’t given the correct code to get into the property when we arrived. A little bit of panic and began looking for a backup plan as it was getting dark. Other than that we had a great time. 🤙�

House was very nice and recently remodeled, dock space was limited and difficult to dock. Outdoor area was very nice, inside was clean and comfortable. Only issue was sugar ants in the kitchen and master bathroom which the property manager handled by having a pest control guy come to the property. One shower was clogged but we're able to fix that issue.
