The personal touch is the main 5-star feature. The excellent breakfast and we purchased other meals which were AAA+++. The neat little pool and the constant follow-up ensured we were happy. They thoughtfully added flame lights to our poolside dinner and the birthday sign placed in our room for my wife's birthday. We have nothing to complain about

Roadway to Villa in a bad state in some parts of it.

The property was centrally located between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios which was extremely convenient so my mother and I were able to quickly get where we needed to go. The Baxters are such genuine people and went out of their way to ensure my mom and I had a delightful experience. We felt as if we were family from the time we stepped foot on the property to the time we left, which we were sad to go. We also enjoyed a delightful Jamaican breakfast which we enjoyed every morning on our private patio. In addition, they accommodated our schedule for when we wanted to eat. The hosts also offer a lunch and dinner menu that’s on point and very reasonably priced. There are so many other wonderful accolades I could give Modrians but you’ll have to go experience it for yourself. I’m actually kind of scared to give this review because I don’t want to to be booked when we return but they deserve ALLLLLL of our business so make certain you book because it’ll be a wonderful experience for you.

Very clean and well kept. Clean pool and great breakfast. Well catered for and looked after by a very attentive host.

Only problem was that i couldn't stay longer

Our two night stay felt like we were in an oasis and didn’t want to leave yet because of how relaxed we were. Breakfast was superb. The eggs, franks, pancakes and callaloo with codfish were absolutely delicious.

The road leading to the location needs repair.

owners were fantastic. They looked after every need. food was great. Grounds were lush and well maintained. Pool was always sparkling clean.

I was very happy with everything.

I loved everything. The property was very clean. The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast and lunch was amazing. You could taste the love in the food. Adrian and his wife were very accommodating. They were so sweet. Adrian is very good at hospitality, he didn’t show any sign of annoyance when my family and I asked for assistance or had any questions to ask. I really would recommend Modrians to anybody who is seeking a place with comfort, great hospitality love and homeliness. Keep up the good work❤️.

Having a remote for the gate but the person was prompt letting us out and back in.

Staffing was great

The host was very nice. He ensured we had everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner was made exceptionally well. Its definitely your home away from home but a lot more relaxing. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

I just love the atmosphere and the energy at this place. The Spiritual vibe was great! The Beautiful couple that own and runs this place, they were the best host, chef and they catered to all my needs. It seems more like I was at a friend’s home visiting. The place is modern, clean and just all around beautiful with every detail in place. Can’t wait to go back there.
