I loved the location. The air conditioning worked wonderful. Loved the detailed instructions.

I didn’t like the rust in the shower. I hated that the couch was broke. I hated that the television could not connect to the WiFi.

The apartment was clean and spacious

We were robbed on our second day during the day around 12 noon. Over 5000 dollars worth of electronics stolen as well as our medications and jewelry . I immediately called the Police and Hosteeva. The area seemed safe but obviously our code was stolen or someone from inside the building broke into the sliding glass door ! We left immediately and did not stay the second night as I am a single mother with two teens and did not feel safe to stay! I have asked the booking company Hosteeva to refund my money for the stay and they will not. I did not ask them to pay for the stolen items just a refund on the stay . They would not refund my money offered money for another stay ! I said no thanks !!! Will never use them again ! I have asked to speak to the manager of the property and have yet to have a call. Hosteeva calls but again will not even give me the requested refund. They continue to say it was not their fault and someone must have hacked my email account and got the code(really!!! Makes no sense) Also found out police called on same day to this complex to remove a homeless person ! So not secure at all !!

We liked the location - it was near easy parking in and out. We liked the safety of the code-access facility. We liked the full service kitchen, though we didn't really use it. We liked the room, however, there were several issues listed under what we didn't like. The price was great in theory - however, the additional $70 for cleaning was very misleading when booking it online. The booking process was very nice - all information was sent in plenty of time and accurate. The amenities were very nice and convenient. I would suggest if you stay here for more than a couple of days it would be worth it.

When we first arrived we were very happy. However, the pull out bed was not completely functional. We pulled out the trundle part and the couch part sank in the middle, so my one daughter had to sleep sideways on part of the couch and pray she didn't fall thru the middle. My other daughter slept on the trundle, but because it was so small, we pushed it up against the wall so she wouldn't roll off. The floor was completely disgusting. We walked in and in the first few minutes my girl's feet were black from the dirty floor. We reached down to wipe up some of the dirt with some water and the washcloth was black after we cleaned it. Then, while we were glad to have hot water, it was almost scorching hot. There was no "colder" option, just hot and hotter. The location, while easy to get to the french quarter, was located next to the Sheraton. I'm not sure if it was the fact this was labor day weekend and perhaps the crowd was different...but the noise was CRAZY loud. We have stayed NUMEROUS times (yearly since 2005) in all parts of the CBD, FQ, and Garden district, but never have we encountered the noise factor. There were cars drag racing in the middle of the night, the Sheraton crowds were in the alley all day and night...just not what we were used to. Likewise, there was quite a bit of pot smoking smell, in the alley, the front of the loft entrance, and even up on the terrace - when we went out to take photos...normally it's not a big deal to run into that - but it was EVERY time we were on the elevator, in and out of the front lobby, and in the hallway. Especially since the signage all says no smoking. The photos on line were misleading as well. While the bedroom/bathroom part was nice, it didn't match what the photo was. The size was adequate and matched the amenities, but for the price we paid, even discounted, it didn't seem worth it in the end.
