The property is an extremely clean, modern beautiful Sandbanks home located in a great location, on a quiet road, just a short walk from the main Sandbanks beach, Studland ferry or small parade of shops and restaurants. Before we arrived the information provided and the communication with the owner was great. Leanne is lovely and went out of her way to help us and make our stay better. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a lovely food hamper to get us started upon our arrival. The house is well kitted out. It has a really stocked kitchen if you want to cook at home. If you want to have a takeaway there are some good restaurants locally that will deliver to the property. There are plenty of kids and adult books and a large selection of toys available to use. My kids aged 3 and 6 years needn’t have bought any of their own from home. There is a huge selection of DVD’s to watch and the smart TVs allow you to access your own Prime, Netflix or Disney accounts if you have them. The rooms are very tastefully furnished and it is very clean throughout with new carpets and 2 new shower rooms. The property is warm and cozy and there was never a problem with not enough hot water being available for us all. The internet worked great even with a number of devices running from it. The heated pool and hot tub are a huge bonus when the weathers bad and you can’t be on the beach. There are even some dive toys for the kids to use. The beds and mattresses are very comfortable. There is off road parking within a private electric gated setting and ample parking on the quiet road outside (out of season). Thank you so much for everything Leanne. We had a great weeks holiday and we look forward to returning back next summer.

The beaches of Sandbanks are truly beautiful and Leanne’s home is the perfect place to stay. We used the pool and jacuzzi everyday also the kitchen is well stocked with all you would need from cooking a quick breakfast to a full roast dinner. In all would highly recommend and will be returning to this property. Thanks for a great staycation.

From the moment I entered the property I was literally holding back the tears... it was like walking in the shoes of someone else, being in a house that was so amazing, was just a dream come true. The host was amazing, friendly and made sure our stay was as good as it could be. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a family holiday of a lifetime.

Superb

I enjoyed my stay so much I recommended it to friends who have now also stayed there. The beach is close a few minutes walk away and the neighborhood is very nice. We went during the earliest parts of the pandemic so didn't get out much, but loved the indoor pool, it was very warm.

The house was lovely and the pool a fabulous addition. Lots of balconies and terraces to sit on and enjoy the sunshine. Loads of entertainment facilities for all ages and hundreds of kids toys . An excellent location just 6 minutes walk to beautiful Sandbanks Beach. This house had everything we wanted as a family with ages from over 70 to 4 years. Leanne is a very thoughtful hostess. Thank you for a great break in these difficult times.

We had the perfect stay, the house was lovely and clean and kept to a beautifully high standard. We loved having the pool. It’s location is superb and ideal to walk to so many places.
