Staff were really helpful, there was a little kitchen with lots of drinks and coffee to take anytime of the day. Free to rent umbrellas at the desk too which was very handy. Bed was super comfy

Spacious room, little kitchenette, comfortable bed (mattress seems to be a decent quality and not overused). Ideal location, metro station just 2 min walk, but the street itself is very quiet. Great laundry with everything provided for self-service. There is also a common kitchen which seems well-equipped, but I didn't use it. Common area is cute.

I arrived late evening, and it happened to be no one at the entrance and without a code you can't enter. Most of receptionists don't speak enough English. I had a really heavy long day and the fact that you can't check-in fast with someone understanding your needs really put me off at very beginning. It would be great to have chopsticks/cutlery in the room too.

staff super helpful! also very quiet so super good for sleeping. gym is small but more than enough for daily workout.

The staffs are really nice and helped me a lot during my stay! Also the location is awesome! Highly recommended! Next time, I will choose here again!

Great location, right beside Wangfujing, so it's easy to walk around some old yet busy parts of Beijing without having to sacrifice some quiet time in the room. Great staff as well, who were very helpful and polite.

One thing I didn't like was how blocked the sink was... It was getting too frustrating and I had to put the hot water hose down the drainage and lots of yucky stuff came out, but at least it was unblocked and I could use it properly. Apparently, Ayi was too busy in the past weeks, or months, to check the sink thoroughly.

A really great team and above all very friendly. All the staff do their best to make your life easier. The really appreciable point of this type of hotel is the shared living space (living room, kitchen...) which allows you to meet people and to be able to discuss and exchange The hotel is perfectly located and allows easy access on foot to the main tourist sites.

The location of the hotel is great - less than 5 min walk to the metro, yet the hotel is located in a small street so it is very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful in giving me information about the neighborhood and sites to visit. The hotel provides free soft drinks and Nespresso coffee...always great perks in a hotel!

The room is starting to show a bit of aging. There are a lot of marks on the walls and floors, so it could use some freshening up.

This wasn't a bad experience but it was just a bit bland. The rooms are very minimalist. They look sort of cool because they have quirky features (Pull Up Rings) but lack normal features that are advertised as part of the room (kitchenette/kitchenware amounted to 2 mugs, 2 cups, 2 glasses). The room is reeked of "cool design" but wasn't actually though-out intelligently in terms of someone living in it for 3 days. For some reason, all the cupboards are closed (jammed shut). One seemingly working cupboard was blocked by the bed, and a lamp was strategically placed behind the door of the only cupboard that worked, which meant having to faff about moving it every time you used the cupboard. Also, this was the squeakiest bed my wife and I have ever had the pleasure to sleep in. Moreover, the TV was on a metal structure at the foot of the bed that I can only describe as as a "toe-stubbing device for those going to the bathroom during the night." Finally, the shared kitchen/lounge area was obviously a pre-covid layout that doesn't work in post-covid times.

Lobby facilities, clean room and app control of lights is good. Reception speaks English. Quick check in and check out
