The room is very average. it’s billed as an upscale boutique hotel. The vinyl floor in the room was cheap. For $500 night, you’d expect daily housekeeping! Low pressure shower!

Location is amazing! Room and view were great.

The pillows were way too soft… they were so soft there was literally no support. But the rest of the bedding was great.

The location is perfect for all downtown attractions because you can walk just about anywhere easily. The tram is nearby to get out to Midtown and everything else you might need is only a short walk away. Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Our room was impeccably clean.

Misleading to be described as a hotel. Anthony the supposed manager was unhelpful with local information and in providing assistance with the faulty printer in the hotel. Advising me to go across the road and use the facilities in the library. 1. No room service here 2. Walls are very thin 3. Manager unable or unwilling to provide local taxi information 4. No bottled water or slippers provided in room. 5. Facilities in business room not working (printer faulty for over 2 days) 6. Bed made me itch
