The house was located is really good neighborhood. The house was super clean and easy access. Highly recommended staying here.

House was close to outlet mall, and was perfect for our group. Owners were accommodating and we had no problems or issues. Everything went smooth and accommodations were awesome. Recommend checking out the water bar up the street if you have time.

Outstanding home, plenty of space, great location to everything, house was well stocked. The only downside was the curfew, no issues with neighbors but had to stay inside after 10pm to avoid problems. Overall I highly recommend. The house was gorgeous, easy to get to, lots of parking, fully stocked, super easy checkin, we will definitely rent this property again.

We booked this house for our family and a few of our daughters friends to celebrate her birthday. Plenty of space and well taken care of. We all had a great time.

Our Memorial Day weekend family get-together was made even more wonderful by the comfort and location of this home. We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, the lovely, shaded back patio, and the proximity to the Legends shopping mall. It was a perfect setting for our group of six adults and three children (ages 2-5). We will definitely try to book this home again on a future trip to the Reno area.

Wonderful place to gather with family. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and great location. Near casinos and Lake Tahoe! Lots of towels and extra linen. Nice walk path around the lake and shopping just around the corner.

We flew from Houston to attend our granddaughter’s wedding the week of August 7th. I started planning and coordinating our trip way back in December, researching the best accommodations based on our budget. This home was a perfect fit! We hosted a large dinner for our kids and friends and had plenty of room. As we only see our kids once or twice a year, we were so happy to have a central location for a perfect family reunion. The best features were a beautiful, quiet location, size, ease of booking, as well as checking in and out. I want to particularly offer a huge THANK YOU! to Roshauna for bending over backwards to accommodate a special request, personally communicating with me on a very minor maintenance issue, and allowing us to share such a comfortable home with my family.

We loved the house and setting. It was clean, updated and nicely stocked for our needs. Loved sitting on both the outside patio and small deck off of the master.

This home totally fit our Families stay for our Family Reunion in Sparks. Large and comfortable with everything clean except the carpets. That was the only concern in cleanliness. The only other issue was that the kitchen could have been stocked a little better to accommodate large groups. Larger pans and baking dishes would help for serving large groups. We did purchase some baking dishes and left for future guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay at your Sparks Marina Home.

We rented this property for the Toby Keith concert. It was perfect for our party of 8. Way better than to rent individual hotel rooms
