Best spot in town. If you want peace, but also go quickly to the centrum of Amsterdam. This is one of the most beautiful hotspots you can be. If you like living on the water! But what better can you do! Because Amsterdam is canals with water and houseboats. So you can enjoy the real lifestyle of living in Amsterdam. The view is magnificent there are not a lot of places where you can see so far. By proximely 10 minutes away from the busy life in Amsterdam like the Waterloo square, Artis Zoo or nicest shopping streets Kalverstraat en Dam square. What is so easy to reach because on the opposite of the bridge is tram 14. Just 1 minute walk and brings you to al the highlights in Amsterdam. The owner takes good care of you. If you want to ride a bike. They will be there. Also the apartments are so clean. That you feel like home and not in a tourist accomodation. And I can now because I come from Amsterdam and needed the apartment for a little renovation on my house in corona time, so I better keep a distance from the workers and stay there really happy and safe. So I know my way around Amsterdam and the hotels and apartments in Amsterdam. If you book this apartment you will be happy with the choice you make. And more important you will be protected and it is really private because there is a big fence around it so nobody can go inside when you enjoy sitting in the sun on a big deck at the front surrounded by lovely flowers. It is totally worth the money and wished I good stay there forever!
