We felt good and comfortable in Sunnybank from the first moment, enjoyed the large balcony for meals and a bottle of wine in the sunny evenings. The flat is located perfectly with only little traffic, but just a short distance to town, shops, beach, restaurants and pubs (don´t miss The White Swan). Really nice and helpful contact to Sarah; thank you very much.
It´s a long way to go from nothern Germany to Swanage, but it´s worth it and we´ll surely come back.

Enjoyed a fantastic week staying at Sunnybank.The cottage was exactly as described,very well stocked with all you would need and perfectly situated for the town and beach.
Swanage carnival week is such good fun and with the weather being so great we had a fabulous time.

Lovely stay in Dorset cottage, property is ideally located close to high street and main parade a must with car park space, really well equipped. Only downside is very small main bedroom but don’t dwell on that as the property as a whole far makes up for it and photos are accurate.

Everything we expected and more. The location within Swanage is perfect. A two minute walk to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and beach but still nice and quite at the property. Off street parking on the driveway ticked our box for convenience. The property was clean, spacious and well decorated with everything we needed.
Beds where very comfortable. Sky tv, DVDs, board games. Nice overhead shower.
Sarah is a top host. She messaged us to confirm property was ready for access before the stated check in time. We was also welcomed with a fresh cream cake on the kitchen table. Such a kind gesture.
Thank you so much Sarah, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Property was lovely, really had a homely feel to it. The kitchen was amazing and huge. Really nice to come back to in the evening after a day sightseeing/at the beach. We will definitely be looking to book for next year.

Beautiful,,,the whole experience,,,getting to Swanage,,, getting to the cottage,,, celebrating both my sisters and my birthday was just fantastic,,the cottage it's self was beautiful,very roomy the outside roof balcony was a plus we loved it,,the salt pig restaurant was out of this world amazing food,,,

Just come back from a lovely short break in Sunnybank, Swanage. Fully equipped, very clean cottage in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year.

Great position
Great position, close to town centre and only a short walk from the coast path. Very spacious and with parking space. The owner left us a selection of wonderful cakes. I don't normally like cake but these were special. All spotlessly clean.

Holiday close to Swanage Town centre and beach
Kitchen well-equipped. Cleaners had left sink very stained but rest of kitchen very clean and well decorated. Similarly the lounge. Upstairs light and airy. We knew the main bedroom was going to be small but lots of cupboards in second room. Nice to sit out on upstairs terrace. Toilet very stained but rest of bathroom clean. We were expecting dishwasher tablets and waste food bags but found none. We would have liked to have given a better review as the owner had created a lovely property and provided everything that makes a great holiday.

Lovely holiday cottage in Swanage
We had a lovely stay in Swanage at Sunnybank. The house is in a great location for the town and beach and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. It is decorated to a high standard and we were delighted to spend the week there. All in all, we would definitely recommend Sunnybank and would love to return there for another holiday!

We just enjoyed a lovely week staying at Sunnybank. House is well located, clean and has all amenities that you may need.
Plenty of space for 2 adults, a 15 year old and 12 year old.

Wonderful play to stay

Had a wonderful break in lovely Sunnybank. Property is in an ideal location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Fantastic location to explore the area. Sunnybank had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with host. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year.

The house is just off the Main Street and has a parking space allocated.
Sarah left a nice welcome pack and gave us fantastic tips for eating out in the town.

Lovely Sunnybank!
We had a lovely week in Swanage staying at Sunnybank. Everything we needed for a great week. Sunnybank is very comfortable, a couple of minutes walk from the town and beach, perfect! We even had sunshine! Sarah was very helpful, the welcome pack also very useful. We hope to visit again.

Lovely property in heart of Swanage
This is a wonderful cottage just minutes from the centre of Swanage - our family spect a very happy and comfortable week here. The on site parking is an added bonus, removing the stress of finding a space in busy Swanage. Sarah is a very attentive and friendly host and is on hand very nearby.

Great location
Booking process was straightforward, owner answered queries quickly and reassuringly. The property was ideally situated for us, a five minute stroll down the hill to be in the town centre and only another few minutes walk to the beach.
On arrival the accommodation was immaculately clean and well presented. The kitchen had ample space and was well equipped, the guest welcome pack of a fresh loaf of bread, milk, butter and biscuits was a welcome touch.
The beds were comfy and there was plenty of storage space and we particularly liked the decking and made use of it everyday to watch the sunset.
Overall a great property in a great location to enjoy Swanage and the surrounding areas.

Summer in Swanage
A very pleasant stay. The house is tastefully furnished with a spacious kitchen diner, comfortable beds and a good shower. The 1st floor terrace is a bonus for outdoor dining. Sunnybank is very well situated, just back from the town and a short walk to the seafront.

Hidden Gem in Swanage
Can't express enough how great this property was. Fitted out with high end appliances and conveniently located for the town, the beach and the downs.
Sarah was a brilliant host and knowing that I had a 3 year old popped round with some plug blanks to help make the rooms safe.
It's rare to find a place with parking and this is yet another reason why this property ranks so highly.
Now for the negatives ............ actually there are no negatives, if it wasn't already booked for next years Carnival week we would have already booked.

Very Clean
Not been back to Swanage for 9 years and our first time in a Cottage, had a fabulous week at Sunnybank, very clean well equipped great location. The owner was quick to respond to any problems that we had.
Only a short walk to the town and beach, with lots of independent shop and restaurants, we particularly liked Chilled Red's, excellent food and service. Would definitely recommend Sunnybank, and would book again

Clean and convenient
We had a great week at Sunnybank this summer. It's a lovely house and so close to town but also very quiet. It was clean and there was homemade bread and cake waiting for us on arrival. Having a parking space on the drive was brilliant. There's a lot to do locally and many cafes and restaurants a few minutes walk away, and it's only a short drive to beautiful beaches and interesting places. We would recommend Sunnybank for a lovely holiday in Swanage.

Sunnybank, Swanage
Very impressed with the cleanliness and modern decor. The kitchen/dining area has all the appliances you could need, and the outdoor seating area was ideal to catch the sun.
The cottage is also perfectly located, being only a short walk to and from both Swanage Town Centre and the beach.
Would definitely return on our next visit to Swanage.

Cosy accommodation to explore a new area
A comfortable, cosy and well appointed property with the owners responding promptly to any problems. It is centrally situated in Swanage allowing for easy access to the facilities of town and to the beach. The owners provided a well informed and comprehensive guide of the area which was very helpful for planning.
