Great location in Seaside. Grocery, beach, restaurants were very close. Easy check in, great communication with rental company.

This was our first trip down to the Seaside area and we loved every moment of it! This house was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 7, 5, and 2). It felt new, was very clean, and was a short drive/comfortable walk to the center of Seaside (.9 miles). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed our stay! Great location with easy walk to beach, close to grocery store, and fun to bike to Watercolor. House has nicely decorated and spacious. Will definitely stay again!

We loved the property. The only thing I would add is a mirror upstairs somewhere. It was hard for others getting ready upstairs that were staying in the bunk if the bathroom was occupied. Otherwise it was fabulous!

Very noisy lots of traffic.

Great house, but needs the drains fixed, when taking a shower its like you were in a bath when you were done, same with the sink. And the downstairs bedroom needs a better mattress. Other than that it was so nice!

Great Family week, great location.....we had an amazing fun time, walking everywhere.

We enjoyed the house and location was great. There were some oddities, like no plugs, mirrors or poor lights in bathrooms.

We had a hiccup with the bike locks but management had excellent communication and even brought us an extra bike for the remainder of our stay.

All in all, we were impressed by the home and very happy! Would definitely recommend.

This was the cutest house, so well decorated. One of neighborhood pools is a couple of doors down and the other one is a pretty and short walk through the neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the house. The only small complaint I had was the house backs up to the main road and from the master bedroom you could hear street noise at night. I asked the others if they heard anything and no one else did.

Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood within walking distance (> 1/2 mile) to the beach, the grocery store and Seaside square (~3/4 mile). Neighborhood pool was super close. Plenty of room in this spacious house-easily accommodated 10 adults. The house was immaculate. Would definitely rent again.

This home was perfect with two full bed/bath on the 1st floor. My elder parents visited for the 1st week, they were able to avoid the stairs. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We love the location

Overall the house was great! We love Seagrove and have been coming for 9 years staying at different homes in the area! This was a first time at the Hammocks. The neighbor did complain a little to the rental agency, but I think that’s pretty common from what I was seeing with previous reviews. That honestly didn’t bother me as bad as the master bedroom road noise. You’ll definitely want loud white noise makers. Also, the kids bunk room has NO window coverings. Overall the house was beautiful and accommodating to our group. The neighborhood is definitely quaint and quiet!

We had a great 5 nights at 8 Bramble Lane. We love the set up of the house and the location to the beach and to Seaside. It would be great to add a small outside table and chairs on the porch and definitely shades in the upstairs bunk room. We had to use a blanket to make a shade! But we loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

We Stayed during a very stressful time which was the start of COVID 19. We got gas for a friend that was worried they may run out. The neighbor called 911 on us for putting gas in the friends car. We decided to look past that and re book again for next year at possibly another house because we loved oversee. Unfortunately, will are not able to
Get a return call and they have now made us feel like we were in the wrong. This neighbor will make it very difficult for anyone staying at this property especially if you have kids.

This quaint gated community with beautiful new homes provided us with a memorable stay. The home provided plenty of space for me and my 3 teens. It was well appointed, comfortable, and very clean. Great location, easy bike ride to Seaside. Responsive property management company. The only improvement to recommend, window coverings on the windows on the main floor. With the beautiful lighting in the home, window coverings will give the much needed privacy at night. I highly recommend this property.
