The screen door was stuck and we had difficulty getting in and out of house the whole time! It was very frustrating and we cut our knuckles every time we went in and out of that house. Two of our guests had to sit up on the sofa all night the first night because the mattress pad was dirty, there were no sheets pillow cases blanket or clean mattress pad . I called spoke to answering svc, was told unless catastrophic event he couldn’t contact management. I went to the office next morning to report it, was told manager was out of the office and she would contact me at her convenience. This is not acceptable…it was vacation and due to literally fighting with the door skin being torn off knuckles and bleeding and the 2 guests staying up all night. No one was willing to help us, no one was available to help us and we couldn’t go to the office to pick up linens or anything. Completely unacceptable and that door is a hazard. They went over and above for us while planning our vacation and throughout. The property itself was not up to the standard I would prefer. The outside was great and the porch was cute and functional. There were two couches with one that was a fold out. The mattress was terrible but you aren't really expecting much from a fold out. The two couches are grimy where your arms and hands may rest on the arms of each couch. I am not a clean freak but it was pretty bad. The pillows are extremally flat. You might as well be laying on a folded bath towel, and not a fluffy one either. The mattress in one of the rooms was terrible. You just roll into the middle of the mattress because it was so worn out. It made for a terrible nights sleep every night which makes it rough when you are on vacation to relax and rest. The house was clean other than the couches. The pool was close by but the pool's water was very foggy. You could not see the bottom of the pool. I prefer for it to be clear. The foggy water makes me feel like it needs to be cleaned. We only went the one day for a short time and then didn't go back due to the water condition. We have had a much better experience in a different unit several years back but due to the mattress and pillow conditions we will not be staying in this one again.

Quick decision to make a long weekend trip and didn’t have a lot of options when booking. Very pleased with accommodations. Parking could be a challenge if you don’t have respectful neighbors. Everything else was perfect!

Just a kind tip to be sure the unit is clean and ready for use. There was some pet hair in the unit and in the washer dryer which is not sanitary. Also on the sofas and sofa bed there was a lot of pet hair. This causes allergy issues for some.

But could live with it. The problem was the roaches. If you opened a kitchen cabinet there they were. Also floors were very dirty (not just sand, which is to be expected). Also in one location it states pets are $50.00 but I was charged $100.00 I would like to get a $50.00 refund.

Plenty of room for us and was great that there was two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Also super close to the beach and nice restaurants. You never know what type of supplies a rental will have but this place had all the kitchen supplies we needed along with plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, etc. I highly recommend this place for a small group.

Good place for the price except it has cockroaches. The last time I stayed in July I reported it and gave them the benefit of the doubt. We do live in Texas. However it still has roaches and we won’t be staying there again.

Everything was super easy and smooth in regards to renting the property and getting questions answered.

The property was good not far from the beach. The bed sheets were dirty with hair and stains on them and we saw a few roaches other then that great place to stay.

Upon arrival it was fine, it smelled and looked clean. Then we noticed roaches, dust and dust bunnies everywhere, the vents were not clean, there was not plunger for the toilets (thankfully we didn't need one). When we contacted the property manager they said they would come spray, I had my puppy in the house and asked that they give me a 20 minute window to pick up the puppy so he wasn't in there while they were spraying. They did not give this courtesy and sprayed with a 9 week old puppy in the house (in his crate). when we got back the whole house smelled of chemicals. I do plan to contact the property manager and anyone else I can to complain to. This was not what I or my family expected. We had family from out of state come in and it was very embarrassing to choose a place with roaches and dust everywhere.

Not far from beach, but parking was a little tight. Not much room if you have visitors or you rent a golf cart.

Overall a good place for the price. However they need to spray for cockroaches. It’s a 6plex so I understand it’s difficult when renting but they need to spray the entire outside and every unit inside at the same time. It wasn’t horrible but still. They picked up a broken chair 3 days after I reported it. The cleaning people should have to report stuff also and not just leave it up to the renters.

Place was in great location and really cozy for my little family! TV in the bedroom didn’t work. No TV in other bedroom! Ceiling fan didn’t work in one room so it was very hot at night! I was the one hot! Other than that great!!

It was a nice location, I will stay there again in the future.
