Perfect location for our stay. The view was lovely.

The Kingfisher is located right in the middle of Keuka Lake, centrally located and close to everything we wanted to see (this was our first visit to Finger Lakes). The property is very private and has great lake views, even when the trees are full of leaves. We had a full house with 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. As the pictures show, the kitchen is small (and no dishwasher), so we opted for easy meals which was perfect for vacation! There were lots of pots and skillets, plates, glasses, and silverware. If you're planning to bake or roast anything, you will want to bring a casserole dish or similar. The front porch with lake views is amazing. There are plenty of seats (more than shown in the pictures) and we spent much of our time there! We had a minor issue, which was handled quickly by Kate. She's a wonderful, very responsive host. We highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay at this Keuka Lake Chalet. Our favorite was the big balcony with the view. We liked the location ans access to wineries and restaurants and multiple rooms in the chalet. The laundry room was so helpful traveling wirb kids. Thank you for a very responsive host and a great stay

What a great view, easy to get up in the am and have tea on the porch overlooking the lake. At night to sit by the fire and watch the boats. Simply amazing. Kate was excellent and easy to correspond with. Great for families and close to everything you need in the wind country.

This property is set up great for a family stay. We stayed 2 nights for one of the Watkins Glen races. The property is about 24 miles from the track. The property was very clean and tidy! My family thought it was great!

Close to a lot of places. Plenty of room. Photos of patio furniture outdated as well as the yard. Not accurate. No air conditioner in one bedroom but fans used. Owner reacted quickly to some minor issues. Very pleasant. Overall happy

Nice place located within short distance to beautiful wineries. We had a great time staying here for our short getaway!

We stayed her for a week in September. Watching the lake from the decks around the house was our favorite thing about the house! Close to lots of great wineries, we ate in every night due to Covid but a couple of restaurants are in the area, wish there were more! Kate was a very good host!

The chalet sits on a hill overlooking the main road between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating meals and the outside patio is spacious for eating. The beds are also very comfortable. My husband and I had plenty of space to work and relax during our trip.

Enjoyed some much deserved down time with friends at this lovely lake house. The house had everything we needed, was conveniently located, and had gorgeous view!

Our family of 7 loved our stay here. The location was perfect for us (easy trips to beaches, Hammondsport, Watkins Glen, etc) and the view was seriously spectacular - those sunsets! The master suite doesn’t have a door, but we made it work. Fire pit and cornhole made for a great night, plus lots of bag chairs. Kate was very attentive.

Considering we had rain during our entire stay we had a great time. We didn’t utilize the fire pit due to the rain. However, the covered porch was a lifesaver and the view from the porch, the dining area and the living room was just wonderful. The house is cozy and inviting and has everything you need. It was perfect for our adult reunion.

The views from this rental are absolutely beautiful. The outdoor dining furniture was very dirty and rusted. The refrigerator/freezer did not work during our stay and resulted in our food going bad. The home was clean and the kitchen adequate. All enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening watching the sunset.

We stayed here as we were touring the wine region. Lovely setting, quiet neighborhood & private. The best front porch! We had a campfire & cooked in one night; we found the kitchen adequate. A good local restaurant was just a short distance away. The communication with owner was prompt & courteous. Would recommend staying here.

We were so excited when pulled up to this gorgeous home. The view was beautiful and obviously our favorite part of the house. The location was great with all the wineries and activities we planned. Unfortunately, we found the kitchen and bathrooms not as clean as we would have hoped. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Fantastic property. Everything you need is there. Front porch is a great place to hang, great view of the lake. Really nice grill for bbqing. We were a group of 4 but the house can easily accommodate 6-8. Lots of wineries nearby and restaurants also. Kate was great with suggestions and recommendations for activities and dining. Would love to stay again at the Kingfisher!

We had a great time at the Kingfisher cottage. We spent a ton of time on the front porch soaking in that amazing view. Kate was very attentive to our questions, making us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

Love renting Kingfisher Chalet. The house is very nice, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The welcome book gives new renters plenty of ideas of what to do where to go and restaurants. And you just can't beat the view

My family and I loved the Kingfisher. It was perfect for us. The house was very clean and well appointed and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed a friendly game of corn-hole, sat by the fire pit and made some great family memories. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thank you!
