I am so excited to visit this house but when I go it’s totally different. We just having soft drinks near pool neighbour said be quiet from Their house . Even we were talking very quiet. Then we went in pool then site manager came and said come out from Pool Bcz neighbours are complaining and she disconnected all lights of house and pool . I call her to turn on light after that and she said you can do by yourself. She also said you can leave the house if you want . We went upstairs then and had dinner . There is no privacy Bcz she came 3 times and told us to go on bed . Then I told her u can call police if u want . We didn’t slept well Bcz after sometime she came again . I don’t know what wrong with her. If she care about her neighbour why she give house on lease . I recommend to everyone don’t waste your money . You can’t play in pool as well.

Property is excellent, plenty enough room for our 6P family, all bedrooms with ensuite, property is located close enough to town (short drive) yet is in the bush and has a peaceful, serene setting. Kookaburra's came to our balcony and delighted the kids.

Lovely big sitting area with lots of lounge space. Great to have a bathroom to each bedroom. Love the pool.

Really enjoyed our escape to Bellingen. The property is spacious and had everything we needed. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

A good house for 3 couples as each double bedroom has its own ensuite. Gorgeous sun filled lounge room overlooking the pool. Great location for exploring Dorrigo National Park, Bellingen and the Coast.

The house was perfect for our needs (3 couples) with 3 bedrooms all with ensuite, as well as a fireplace with ample wood supplied to warm up a chilly rainy night. As well we were able to easily access takeaway meals and stay indoors to fully enjoy each others' company
