Property was not completely cleaned. When I called mgmt co to let them know that all kitchen surfaces were dirty they ignored my complaint and didn’t offer to clean it, refund cleaning fee etc. Ants on living room window sills. Blankets and additional pillows thrown haphazardly in closets. Def needs work

This condo was in beautiful shape! The view from the balcony was amazing and so relaxing. This unit had everything we needed to feel at home as a family. We loved the area - park right across the street and restaurants/shopping within walking distance. I highly recommend this place!

Nice - roomy place

The property was just perfect! Clean and well equipped with a beautiful view off the back deck, close to the center of town but quiet. The management team checked in before, during and after our stay - very impressive. We will definitely stay here again.

Very conveniently located in town if that's your pref with lovely view of the Frasier River. I would have preferred more out in the country but my family enjoyed the walk-to convenience to town cafes and the 3 bed-3 bath. all one floor arrangement is very nice for families with children and excellent common space.

Great property with an amazing view. Would have appreciated having an iron available. First property I have ever stayed at in 50+ years, that there wasn't one on site. Management company reached out to see if we needed anything, and I told them an iron. I was instructed to go to the local hardware store and try an buy one there. I guess I didn't understand what was meant by the question, "Is there anything that you need"? I also felt that the management company was extremely inflexible. I had a meeting for work at 10:00 on day of check out and asked if I could extend the check out to 10:30-11:00, and was told emphatically, NO. We have been coming up to Winter Park for 15+ years and for most of those years, booked through VRBO. I've never asked for much but when I have, the parties I have worked with have always done what they could to help. We have already booked another stay for next year, but I made sure it was not a property managed by the same company.

This property was fantastic, actually better than the online pictures. It’s in one of the best locations in the complex, with a gorgeous view. Close walk to all the restaurants and shops and a great park. We had a great time!

This condo had everything we needed with very comfortable beds. My husband and I brought 4 teenagers. It had plenty of space for everyone and it was walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a hit too!

We really loved our stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Some things are a little worn and it took us a bit to figure out the heating system, but the space is beautiful and the location is great since we rode the bus each day to ski. Thanks!

We had an excellent stay. Walking distance to the Top of the Blues festival. Rental unit was very clean and nice and cozy. Very satisfied with this rental property. Excellent accommodations. We saw a Bull Moose walking in the hills while sitting on the balcony Sri Kung our Sunday morning coffee. The only negative issue we had was the 10 am check out time. Would have liked to have check outlater….. more like noon.

We enjoyed the condo very much. The space worked perfect for our family. Very spacious, so we didn’t feel like we were crowded. The location was great and convenient for skiing or to enjoy the town. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Winter Park. Our only complaint is that we had a hard time reaching the property manager/owner. We drove during the large snow storm and reached out to discuss options for checking in early/late, but never heard back.
