La casa è accogliente, molto silenziosa e pulita . Il materasso e’ comodissimo, il proprietario mi ha detto di aver fatto sistemare il bagno, infatti era tutto funzionante, e di aver acquistato pentole e padelle nuove. Il posto auto e’ una vera comodità . Inoltre la stazione di sesto fiorentino si trova a breve distanza a piedi ed in 15 minuti si arriva in centro a Firenze !

Underground apartment, No Wi-Fi at all. No internet and phone reception at all on our mobiles. Lots of power cuts during evening hours (every five minutes). Full of mosquitos with no screens on the windows. Dirty or destroyed pans. The microwave didn't work and most of the sockets were destroyed. No toiletries. In the shower the water run only from a tap above and was destroyed. Small and dirty underground balcony and no garden. Totally unsuitable for stay.

Free parking lot.

Because of the some old things in the house there was a scent in the room. To make air clean, you need to open the window. But there was no net on the windows and all mosquitoes came in. There was no air conditioner. Apartment was in the basement and room was generally dark. Beds and pillows were not comfortable and clean enough. There were a kitchen but most of the things for cooking were very old. Poor internet connection. There was no liquid soap in bathroom. There was only a few toilet paper in the bathroom too. Only good thing was a parking spot. If I had not paid half of the payment one week ago, I would have canceled the reservation. I do not recommend it.

The place is perfectly located nearby the train station and the town center. Is therefore possible to reach Firenze downtown very easily.

The apartment is actually a basement of a bigger house. And the bedroom is separated by the living room by a bookshelf and not a proper wall. Therefore, noise and light can pass through the bedroom easily. The place is clean but very old. Ok my opinion it's not worth the price we paid.

Great value. It was a big apartment. I Would stay again. 10 minute walk from station. 1.50 euro to. Florence. It had great wifi.

Pay cash upon arrival is a must. He did provide receipt. TV was damaged but didn't watch it. .

Good location to get to the city center, the train station was less than ten minutes away. The owner was very nice and attentive at all times. Very pleasant stay and quiet environment. The house was very well furnished, clean and neat. We will be back!
