The ground floor apartment is in a good location with a large balcony, fully equipped for comfortable stay home from home. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. A car is essential as the property is in a village location which enables you to visit surrounding areas. La Finca golf is a 5 min drive away and the beach is a 15 min drive away.
The host Laura met us with the keys and showed us around and was easy contactable for any problems.
All in all we had a fabulous 2 week holiday.

Laura was great, thankfully, as the cleaner had not been to the property and it was dusty and dirty with no cleaning products, toilet roll, soap, washing up liquid or anything else. The "cleaner" had badly let laura, the manager down to say the very minimal.
Laura sorted the issues out as they unfolded realising how bad the situation was as she couldn't believe what had happened.
My understanding is that Laura has now approached the owner to address areas in the property to but upgraded and sorted out the cleaning issues she also replenished all the basic things required to be livable. Then we could start to relax and enjoy our stay.
The property on the whole was ok it had heating/AC a comfy bed plenty of wardrobe and drawer space a terrace but some things were old or broken and needs updating ie the shower definitely. There are only 2 small shaving mirrors and a bathroom mirror so needs a full length mirror and the canopy outside needs replacing.
All being well all these areas are going to be addressed as I have faith Laura will make sure they are sorted out.

First time in Algorfa
We booked this apartment to stay close beside our family for one week. Overall the property served our purpose but there were a few things which would have made our stay perfect. We think that the property had not been used in a good while and hence, there were a few small problems which were quickly rectified. This property would benefit from a dining table and chairs and a full length mirror. Also, the patio area was looking a little tired with a broken sun lounger and tatty sun canopy.

Appartement bien placé, agréable et la piscine est bien utile. Seul bémol la propreté laisse à désirer.
