Great communication with owner/manager and the property was clean and comfortable.

For the past 5 years have stayed in the area (due to previously living here for 15 years) anywhere from early May through Sept. The description of this property is grossly over exaggerated & one of the most filthy places I have ever seen. Charges of over $8700 for 28 days, Day 1- huge snake going under the foundation, so many bugs & spiders going up the walls & coming out of drains - had to have them call pest control & they were there for almost 2 hours; additional charge of $250 for working internet, non-disclosure of limited tv service, no tvs in spare bedrooms & non-working tv in master, toilet seats all on crooked & loose; filthy couch & surroundings-had to cover everything-dryer screeched so loud - that we had to shut door & put towel under it & still so loud. Dangerous sharp corner location to get in & out of drive; nightstands full of trash & garbage - other drawers just had dirt & other debris in them so we did not use; coffee pot so scaled that it was inoperable & no containers to put “cooked” food in - so I purchased them. The owner claimed my purchase was “unauthorized” when I asked to be refunded for the $150 purchase - I just want to warn anyone looking to stay here - it is disgusting & I have never left a negative complaint on a property. We have stayed in well over 20 VRBO’s in the past 5 years & have never encountered anything this disgusting. I do not believe that any of the reviews left on this property are legit & we are filing a complaint.

We loved this comfortable cabin. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable with ample blankets. The back deck is where we spent a lot of our time. I would definitely book this cabin again. Lovely place.

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin is nestled among beautiful pine trees. The cabin had all the necessities we needed including soap, shampoo and conditioner. We were able to take our chihuahuas and they really loved the outdoor space. The bed was comfortable and the views were amazing. Esther answered my questions timely and was very nice and easy to communicate with. We had a great time!

20 minute easy drive to Flagstaff. This is a nice neighborhood but some road noise. The house is very charming and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire place and fire pit for our winter stay. It is a wooded lot and the big windows looking out back were great when we wanted to stay warm inside.

The house was great, and the house was fully stocked and ready for guests. I would highly recommend this place, plenty of space and very clean. My wife and I will be back for sure! Thanks, Aaron

We had a wonderful stay over the week of Christmas. The cabin is in a great location and it feels like you’re staying in a treehouse! The kitchen had a nice assortment of pots and pans to accommodate our big holiday meals and the huge couch was the perfect cozy spot to relax and watch some great football. We can’t recommend this place enough!!

The house was well-kept and clean and had lots of wonderful decks. There is also a little brick patio on the side of the property with a fire pit. Great place to enjoy the fall AZ weather!!

I stayed here with my two kids and our dog. Gorgeous private location albeit on a somewhat busy road. Other than road noise this was a great place. We loved staying here. Kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Very accommodating host!

We were looking for a place for both friends and family to escape from the summer Valley heat. This was the best choice we could have made! Nestled in the pines, we spent most of our time on the large deck enjoying cool temp, blue skies and really tall pines. Really couldn't see other homes. All the inside rooms were a very good size with comfortable (!) furniture. It also had the best-appointed kitchen I've experienced! The host was very responsive to our questions. We'll be back!

Enjoyed the brisk mornings for those that could go on long walks. My son would drive me down to where I could go for a long walk on flat ground.

We had an amazing time at the cabin!! In our 7 day stay, we, as a family, voted on two days of rest and relaxation. We were able to experience our first snowfall along with a few others at the cabin which is huge for a bunch of Floridians. The views from all sides of the cabin are gorgeous and I personally spent a couple hours outside sitting on a boulder just enjoying the scenery. My teens bought a sled and there was enough snow for them to slide down the side yard and make a mini snowman with a pine needle mohawk “hair” due. Thank you for sharing this place with us. We will look for availability next time we go to Arizona.

Excellent stay during a week with plentiful snow. When we stayed in the cabin, we enjoyed the fireplace, made hearty soups, and enjoyed the fantastic views of snow falling in the forest below.

Great Stay!
We enjoyed our stay. The beds were good and the pillows were comfy. The area around the house is well kept. Our littles enjoyed exploring and playing.

Lovely and Well Cared For
Beautiful property and super cute charming cabin. Well appointed with everything you could need. We stayed in the master room which is beautiful and the king bed is SO comfortable! Another couple stayed in the Queen room and said their bed was also very comfortable. Overall, a beautiful stay in a lovely cabin and a great location, we rode out to Williams, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon and all were a beautiful ride. The only thing I would warn about is motorcyclists beware! The driveway is short and steep on a blind curve on a hill. There is loose gravel at the top of the driveway. We dripped 2 bikes in the loose gravel at the top, so we swept a path thru the gravel and had a spotter at the top of the driveway for riding out. No problems after that. Bikers exercise caution and all will be well. All others need not worry, it is just a beautiful location.

Perfect landing spot!
This comfortable home provided us a relaxing location for a very busy travel week. We had never been to the southwest and planned many day trips which involved lots of driving. What a pleasure to know that we had a clean, well-stocked home waiting for us at the end of the day! Esther promptly replied to any inquiry. Beautiful neighborhood and very quiet. Great house and a great host!

Spectacular Stay!
This host has thought of everything their guest may need and their descriptions of how to go about different functions of the house are extremely detailed. The location is semi private with a back patio view that is stunning. We will absolutely be coming back.

Enjoyable family cabin
Communication with the host was on point. Love the recommendations of near by things to do. The location of the cabin was perfect, secluded yet close to the store, restaurant or coffee shop. We really enjoyed the view from the large open windows, and the out door fireplace was a great feature. We will be back.

Peaceful retreat
Or weekend stay was peaceful, the location of the cabin in awesome. There is a beautiful flowing creek right behind the property, which made for a serene setting. The cabin had everything we needed, we had our two dogs with us and it was a great stay for all of us.

Great place I would go back to.
The house was perfect for us. The Hosts had made an effort to
set up a beautiful christmas tree and helped us to clear the entrance of the snow that felll.

Beautiful Home
My daughter graduated NAU and we stayed here for the weekend. So close to Flagstaff and anything you want to do. Great views from all around the house, very private.

Great outdoor spaces
The main living room and fireplace were fantastic. wonderful views of the trees and sky from all angles! The outdoor deck and fire pit were also very enjoyable.

Great rental in the pines
Great weekend away! Easter was amazing to work with and the cabin was amazing. She let us check in early and leave a little later on check out! Perfect location; hiking trails near by, 20 minute drive to Flagstaff for groceries or outings and 30 minute drive to Willimams and Bearizona for a day of fun! Nice large BBQ, fire pit and fireplace! Only thing we needed that wasn't available was a kettle for tea or pour over coffee but we just heated water in a pot on the stove. Would highly recommend it and already have!
