We had our family reunion at Paradise Village and we really enjoyed it. The place was beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. We all enjoyed the water park especially because it was so hot outside. We noticed that the floor was dirty, we always take our shoes off at the door and our feet were very black and dirty after walking on the flooring.

Big picture all is great. A few details were not as they should be but relatively minor all things considered. At least for us they were minor, maybe more important for others.

Amazing neighborhood and facilities. Beautiful, clean, well appointed home. Great for a large group!

Great location.

This house and Red Sands were amazing. Everything we hoped for and more. The family (there were 17 of us) found the house to be exactly what we needed. The kids had a great time and the adults didn't feel trapped. Would highly recommend families or friends group to do this. By the way, the kids LOVED the bunk room. As for Red Sands, they were great. Awesome communication and they really made me feel like I was their only client. We had a couple minor maintenance issues and they were right on it. Would rent from them again 😊

Shower water pressure was very poor in the upstairs SW bedroom.

Great accommodations and well maintained. Minor drawback is parking is only allowed on the street. Would prefer to park in the driveway.

This house was amazing it held my entire extended family with ease and was spacious enough to allow everyone to have their own space and do their own thing without cramping. With 5 main bedrooms and a bunk room we fit all 10 adults in their own bed rooms with on suite bathrooms. the bunkbed room with 16 beds and a bathroom attached. 2 half baths were available in the common rooms one upstairs and down stairs, there was never a line out the door for bathroom use. my favorite part of the house was the kitchen with it's double oven, large 5 burner range, and all the odds and ends you would want with a fully stocked kitchen. we were able to easily cook meals at the house and never needed to head out for a cater meal or restaurant. we had a really great time with the two pool areas that were associated with paradise village. our family visited the pools 3-4 times while we were there over three night stay. one was the pictured slides, but it also included a lazy river and two coves to jump off the edge and swim in. the other pool had a rock edge to jump off of, rock slide, hot tub, and kitty pool attached to the main pool it was a great place for all levels of swimmers. as an overall review this place fit our family well, had great amenities, and a clean and provided all the necessities to allow us all to vacation while we were there.

We had 5 families together with all our kids - 12 of them between the ages of 3 and 11. This place was PERFECT for us. It was clean, had the perfect set up for us all to sleep and play, and having the pool just around the corner was ideal. We stayed 9 days and wanted to stay more!

We enjoyed staying here as a group of 28. It was clean with lots of space and the room set up was perfect for what we needed. It was nice to have two living spaces so there was plenty of room for the kids to hang out and the adults to be. Would recommend to anyone!

The home was lovely. Lots of convenient items in the home. The rooms were furnished beautifully. Sadly, we won't be able to stay there again, because there is no fence between the back/side yard and the street, thus preventing our little grandkids from safely enjoying the backyard. It was well appointed, but practically useless because of the lack of a fence. Also,, the internet was awful. We were unable to enjoy family movies at night (or anytime) because of the lack of efficient internet. We contacted Red Sands, and they were very responsive (thank you); they came out and did their best to help. However, it didn't really improve, which is a huge detriment to being able to enjoy a vacation without internet access. Simple tasks like looking up hiking trails and restaurants and activities were nearly impossible.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in was easy and there was plenty of space for everyone. Each mini family had their own bathe room and bedroom! My sister and her family rented a home close by and we had such a great time with all the amenities! A couple of things needed attention and they were QUICKLY resolved! Fantastic stay!!

The property was perfect for our group. We liked that it was so close to the water park.

We had a wonderful family trip with all our kids and grandkids. The house was very beautiful and spacious. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the ping pong table, basketball game and hot tub on the deck. We were able to fit all the adults (12) around the huge table for game night. So fun! We had a total of 23 and never felt crowded. The kids loved having their own hang out area upstairs and sleeping all together in the bunk room. The splash pad, slides and lazy river was a blast. We'll definitely be back!

This is the second year in a row we have come to Paradise Village St George. Everything was absolutely wonderful from the place we stayed to the fun swims areas. All the staff, workers were great. If we had any questions, needed help or assistance with anything they were right there. We plan on coming back again next year as well! We made great memories together as a family

We stayed with a group of 18 and this house was perfect. Plenty of space, comfortable, and clean. Great location between both pools in the complex. We loved it!

We had a great stay with our extended. Perfectly located between the two pools and on a corner lot. Overflow parking was close by as well.

We had an extended family gathering at the home and were extremely happy with the accommodations. Everything was just as described and the property manager was so easy to work with. Everything was easy and clean and wonderful. Will stay again!

The rental process was easy, the home was well equipped, the check-out process was simple. It was a stress-free experience. Not to mention the great facilities and the beautiful view.

A great time was had for our family reuion. Adults had their.own room and bathroom and all the cousins slept in the large bunk bed room. There are a lot of activities to keep the kids entertained including foosball ping pong pickleball hot tub and community water park lazy river.

Very clean. Nice place. Plenty of room. My only complaint is the cooking pans were not great. But next time I will bring my own. It's hard to cook on different pans you aren't used to.

The house was nice, and we enjoyed the pools. The only thing was the cleanliness of the house. There were several things that didn't get cleaned good before out stay. If it was cleaner I would have left a higher rating.

Our family enjoyed the stay, everything was awesome and we would love to rent this same place again! Would recommend to everyone. Very clean and spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise village. House 97 had plenty of room for our large group and I loved how centrally located it was to both pools. We will definitely plan on staying here again.

We loved our stay! The house was the perfect size for our family. We loved the bunk room, the hot tub out back, and the rooms that all had a bathroom! Very nice

We spent a four-day weekend at this property. My parents, siblings, and our children. 18 people in all, and it was fantastic. The home is spacious, well laid out, well furnished, well decorated, and very comfortable and uplifting. The kitchen is also excellent and had everything we needed to cook for everyone. The management was proactive, attentive, and accommodating to our questions, needs, and requests. The home was very, very clean and the linens and towels fresh and plentiful. And the neighborhood waterpark was a dream come true for the kids. We had an excellent time and will be back.

We had six adult males in town for a golf week. The home is very nice, we each had our own bedroom (1 was the bunk room but it worked) and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of utensils and is very spacious. The grill is in excellent condition, as is the hot tub. One recommendation is to provide cable or satellite tv. We made Roku work fine by tapping into our home Xfinity so it worked out ok. Maybe some tv instructions would help. Otherwise we had a great stay in a very nice home.

This house was perfect for our family gathering. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house is clean and orderly. We really enjoyed the private hot tub. We had a great stay!

Thank you for having us. We celebrated my niece's 1st birthday in Utah. It was everyone's first time there so it was nice to see a different scenery, coming from California. The area was beautiful as well as the home we stayed in. So big and lots of space. The kids loved the pool playground, lazy river and their own ping pong table. We went to the Zion mountains for a hike for one day and then to the Lake at the Sand Hollow for the day. We had so much fun, we didn't want to leave. We actually extended one more day of our stay as we were tired of all the activities we did and needed one day to relax and enjoy the day without running around. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your home. We will be back next time.

Very comfortable stay. We were impressed by the support we received from the property management company - someone even came by to take our trash to the curb for us on trash day. The pools are amazing but could get crowded and most people did not practice social distancing. Otherwise a very comfortable stay in a lovely home.

We had our first annual family reunion and it was a major success. The property was nice and accommodating. The amenities were awesome and we had a great time. We would stay here again
