We loved the house and the area. 5 stars!

Great stay, no complaints, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We had a group of 12 and appreciated that the house came with a high chair, pack n play and everything we needed to cook dinner for 12 for 4 nights. We look forward to coming again sometime!

Great place for a gathering.

Super fun, clean home w/ plenty of room for guests or grandkids. 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, large great area, big kitchen, hot tub, back patio and fun sitting area with propane fire pit on the roof. Also within steps of fun "water-park" type swim area. The pool had slides, lazy river, wading areas and plenty of loungers and it is reserved for guests only. Close to Tuachan, Zion national park, shopping, great dining and walking paths & hikes.

We had small hiccups with bikes, but otherwise we (16) had a great time. House was plenty big enough for each family to have there own room and bathroom too! Very close to Tuacahn theater, which was part of our vacation plans. I would book here again.

This house was so spacious and well appointed ! It is set up so nicely for families or groups. It was a quick walk to the pool and the upstairs deck is really relaxing. Plus the treats they left were Gluten free and amazing ! Our son was so excited that there was something he could actually enjoy for a change ! Wonderful stay !

We stayed at this property in June, during the heat wave. The air conditioning never went out on us, the pools were a bit crowded, but fun. My teenage kids had a great time playing pickleball at the community courts. We had ample space to sit and eat together as a group, using both the inside table and the patio table. The floorplan was great for putting adults down one wing of the house and kids down the other wing. It was so hot outside we spent a lot of time inside playing games and watching movies and we never seemed to be on top of each other. It was great that every bedroom had it's own bath.

This house is a great gathering place! It really does has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms-that is a plus! Washer and dryer were great! It has an ironing board and iron as well. We had 15 people-8 adults and the 7 children are ages 2-12 years of age The pools were a hit in the 100 plus degree weather! The house was perfect for game playing and just hanging out and visiting! We loved it. For all the meals, we used our own paper goods, cups, plastic ware. If you do this, you will need to bring more garbage bags and paper towels. Also, depending on how many people are in your party, you may want to bring more toilet paper as well. There is only one refrigerator which was a challenge as we all brought food for various meals. It would be so nice if there was an extra refrigerator in the garage. The WiFi was OK . It would be working with a weak signal then just go out. We had to call 2 times and have it reset which was done in a timely manner. I also brought my own sandwich baggies and storage bags for leftovers. The owner does supply the press and seal wrap. All and all-if you are looking for a place to gather, swim, play games, read a book, visit, eat, enjoy, and make memories that will last forever- then stay here!

Able to accommodate all our family. Clean unit with hot tub and bright inside. So much fun to hang out at either of the community pools. Kids and adults loved it!

Loved the house, great for large families. Disappointed with the cleanliness though. Pink mold on both shower curtains and dirty fingerprints around door handles and fixtures, toothpaste spilled down front of one of the bathroom cabinets. I ended up cleaning with Lysol wipes...Filthy track on sliding door. Expected better cleaning practices with Covid. The comforters don't look like they're washed. Probably not safe to even have comforters these days. Also, be aware that the air conditioner only goes to 71 degrees. I wish I would've known before booking. Some of the bedrooms run hot at night. Not well stocked for laundry and dish soap. Had to go buy my own.

We really enjoyed the property and location.

This house was great for our family! We really enjoyed the pools, and hot tub. It had plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and one baby. We could have used a few more garbage bags, paper towels, and dishwasher tablets, since we ran out of those before the end of the visit, but other than those items we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed riding the bikes in the garage and appreciated that helmets were supplied with them. We had a great time, and will be back again.

This place was even better than I expected. It's well located between the two pool areas, both of which were well cared for and offered nice amenities and a family-friendly atmosphere. (But they were quite busy at times with other families. We were fine with that, but it might be too much for adult-only parties.) The house was clean and comfortable, with nice bedding, towels and amenities. The welcome basket of treats was a nice touch. The house comfortably fit our party of 13. We appreciated the provided pool toys and bikes. The internet wasn't working on arrival but we easily got ahold of the property managers who immediately sorted the issue, even on a Sunday. Check in and out was easy with a provided keycode. We'll be back!

We were really impressed with the house and all of the activities to do in the community. We will definitely come back again.

I can't give it an excellent only because of two small things,.. bike tires were flat, we had looked forward to riding the bikes, and the water temperature! I love my cold water and we could never get the water temp in the kitchen sink to be cold! It was always lukewarm. I guess it's better than having no hot water. Otherwise our stay was amazing. The house was clean, spacious and well cared for, the pool was clean and little a mini water park! Even when the pool was overly crowded, the area is so large we didn't feel crowded. We would stay here again in a second.

Lovely clean home. A few kitchen items were missing (as there were labels on shelves for inventory) but probably as expected. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Easy process, we really enjoyed our time at this home and look forward to renting again.

We had an amazing time. Property is clean. All of the bedrooms have a bathroom and tv. Fun pool area. Close to Snow Canyon for some hiking. Close to Zions and Sand Hollow. Went with friends and all of the kids had a blast sleeping in the bunk bed room.

We came down with friends for a weekend to hike and visit and this property was great. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was perfect. The hot tub and patio was fun for lounging and chilling out.

This home has 5 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom with all showers and 2 have bathtubs! It was amazing to have this space! One of the bedrooms is a bunk room and yes it has its own bathroom!! The kitchen, dining room , and great room was absolutely perfect to gather in and enjoy each others company! We loved it! If i were to go again to this property I would bring my own dishtowels and dish cloths. There were only 3 dish towels provided and no dish cloths anywhere. There were ample garbage bags provided. Plenty of pool towels as well! What a beautiful home! We loved our stay and enjoyed the atmosphere so much! The pool is a 3-4 minute walk and we had so much fun in the upper heated pool! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The facility was very new and well maintained. The property manager dropped off a welcoming gift and things like paper towels / toilet paper were supplied (those and other items provided here were our responsibility in other condos we rented). The place was very clean. The only problem we had was getting regular programing on the main TV. However, we were out of the condo most of the time so it wasn't a big inconvenience.

We loved our stay, great facility with amazing pool areas for the kids. Super close to Tuacahn and a Harmon’s. Kids had a blast and loved their room together. Kellie was amazing to work with us and take care of everything. Highly recommend staying here. We will likely make it a yearly stay with our family.

We loved working with Red Sands. The maintenance worker was out within 20 minutes of us talking about the problem with the management. The house was exceptionally clean and incredibly well-stocked. The welcome basket was just icing on the cake. Thank you so much for the stay! :)

We went with 5 families, each having their own bedroom and bathroom was one of the best parts. Very spacious kitchen, dining, and living room. Not as much room as planned around the beds in each bedroom, a little tight for things like pack and play or queen/twin blow up mattress. Not terrible but something to note, only two toilet paper rolls per bathroom and few garbage sacks. LOTS OF beach towels. We went with a wide range of families; kids ranged anywhere from 7 years old down to 8 months. Each room had Netflix on the TV. Each family explained how perfect the arrangement was for their own family. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay! Lots of space, big rooms and bathrooms. Nice views, easy to find what you need and very clean. We were completly happy with this house and what we get!! Highly recommanded!!

Clean and spacious! It was a great home to stay in and the neighborhood is quiet. We had plenty of space and bedrooms.

The house was clean and very well taken care of. Everything was provided - including pickle ball paddles (we are big fans). There were misters outside that made it so enjoyable sitting on the patio in 100+ degree weather. The hot tub was very refreshing at night!! We had a couple issues getting in and with Wi-fi but Lizzie took care of it so quickly! The swimming pools were extremely crowded and dirty but we didn't go to swim so we didn't care much. Also they are opening up two new ones so I'm sure it will get better. They went the extra mile leaving a basket full of snacks, games and sunscreen! It was a great addition. We will definitely stay again.

The property was lovely.

We were in St. George for the NJCAA Division I National Softball Championship. This house was perfect for our group!! Lots of room, loads of privacy, washer/dryer with Tide Pods, great rooftop patio with luxury furnishings, a quality gas grill, great quality kitchen appliances, even basic kitchen spices! All the furnishings and linens were so nice. The house comes with 4 bikes and helmets and a great neighborhood pool area. We discovered pickleball equipment in the house, a nearby pickleball court and it was so much fun! Board games and even PS4 games are included!! Fast response from management on any questions we had. So very happy we chose this place and I can't wait to return!!
