This is a fun house to stay in. It was clean and close to the pool area. Our family enjoyed every minute and it would be fun to return again. Beautiful area.

The hot pads for the oven could be replaced, as they do not work well, allowing heat to seep right in to ones hand/fingers. Also, leaving a little tin foil/Saran Wrap would be helpful as well. The king room (sail boat room) furthest down the hall at the front of the house has a clogged shower drain. On the other hand, we did have a great time and enjoyed our stay! I especially loved the old pictures that were hung in the swimsuit framed room, those were so fun! With these few additions I think it could leave your future occupents very happy.

We loved this house and the location. You can literally walk out back and be at the pool gate in 5 steps. The lazy river was heated warmer than we expected and we were able to swim after dark even when it was chilly outside. The house had comfy beds, and extra pillows, and the layout is great for all ages. We will definitely rent this house again. Red Sands is a wonderful company to work with.

Such a well layed house for our family. Bedrooms were great, especially with a bathroom for each bedroom. Bathrooms and kitchen well stocked. Dining area, living area large and very comfortable. Pools were a huge hit. Very small things need improving. Majority of soap dispensers did not work, black out shades would have been great, a few roaches and ants in house.

Sorry to be critical, but our group was a little disappointed. I don't normally leave reviews but I love this condo and don't want to see things go bad. Stayed here a year ago, condo was much better, starting to show it's age OR cleaning is starting to go downhill,,, 1: MANY Dishes were not clean at all. 2: Glass pans needed to be cleaned just to cook in them. 3: Some wall pictures were in closets, even had one duct taped wall picture, I put some back on wall in their proper place. 4: 1st time we stayed, placemats, dishes, cups were already on the dining table, that looked SO MUCH better, kind of completed the Bahamas Deco theme. (1 or 2) smashed ping pong balls is garage, no very good ones, so playing was not an option. Don't know where the other Wicker chair is from the online photos, that would help with Bahamas theme. Back porch had deflated pool floaty near back door and pair of dirty socks from a kid, overall we love this condo but it seems like either the last people to stay there trashed it or the cleaning crew is just going half way, or both. This condo is normally a 10, but when things are not cleaned or pictures are not on the walls as in the photos online it falls to a 5. I hope this was just a rare occurrence, we do have plans to come back often.

This house was awesome. It was roomy a bathroom for everyone, the pool was in our backyard, the hosts were awesome to work with, it was clean and comfortable and roomy.

Best Unit we have ever stayed at, cupboards were stocked with EVERYTHING. Clean EVERYTHING, great floor layout, pool gate 12 feet away, will come back again for sure.

Red Sands property management went over and above to help us out. The house was decorated so beautiful, everything we needed was in the house. Decor was perfect for being right next to the pool. Everyone had such a relaxed time. Everyone wanted to know when we were going to be coming back. Thanks Again.

This beautiful vacation home was the perfect size for my family & I. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in to checking out. Anytime I called the office for assistance, they were so friendly & helpful. We also loved it because we had a family reunion, so we had families staying in 5 other homes & we were all next door to each other. Definitely perfect for all our kids to be in walking distance with their cousins. Highly recommend this place to anyone & everyone looking to get away & relax! We only had one issue with a neighbor that started yelling at our kids about pool times. The times posted did not coincide with the times on our contract that we signed. Instead of asking us nicely, she claimed to be a worker for Red Sands resort but refused to give us her name when we asked. Our kids quietly got out but the last several nights other neighbors were in the pool area well passed the posted time and no one said anything to them. The last night of our vacation we decide to be in there and someone has a problem with it. If she is a worker for Red Sands then she definitely needs training on her people skills because we will not tolerate how we were spoken to. But this will not stop us from booking again with you all!

Let me start by saying we were "regulars" to this resort.....we loved it in the past! We have stayed at this resort for the last 5+ years (not 2020). 2021 was by FAR the worst experience we have had. The house specifically, was ok. The positives: Pack & play, high chair, ping pong table. We thought being steps away from the lazy river & kiddie pool was going to be a positive.....we were sadly mistaken. The negatives: It was uncomfortably warm in the house at all times, thermostat had a note not to set the temperature below 71 as the unit would freeze. Multiple items were broken upon arrival. I texted RedSands and got some items fixed promptly: broken ladder on bunk, doors not shutting and a broken toilet. Other items were ignored: filthy kitchen pans, broken wall decorations, broken trash can, broken kitchen items (RedSands response: "We will contact the owners and see if they want to replace" - no further response). In addition, the pool conditions were unacceptably POOR. The lazy river was disgusting! We were there 8 days. The majority of our party NEVER entered the pools! The lazy river was so cloudy you could not see the bottom of the pool......FOR 8 DAYS!! I texted RedSands multiple times about the pool conditions. They indicated they were aware of the situation. RedSands response: "The people in charge of the pool are aware and did go today for testing and adding what was necessary for safety." I went and spoke directly to the pool cleaning company. Pool company response: "There are too many people in it all the time"....."We'll try some clarifier". On day 7 of our stay someone POOPED IN THE LAZY RIVER! Someone reported STEPPING ON IT to the concession stand as we were in line. It took the staff HOURS to find and retrieve the POOP in the lazy river because they couldn't see the bottom of the pool! Guests were in the pool looking for the poop while the concession stand workers were outside the pool laughing and having a good ole' time trying to scoop up the poop. UNBELIEVABLE! DISGUSTING! This house's kitchen window and patio faces the lazy river, you couldn't help but watch this FIASCO! I would not recommend ANY home in PV based on the pool conditions! Great property for a family with kids. Perfect location, only steps from the pool!

This home is located right outside the pool which was AMAZING. The pictures don’t do it justice this house is much cuter in person. I was very satisfied, however I think it would be helpful to include a list of what is at the home. We brought a crock pot and waffle maker not knowing there were some included. I will definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about Red Sands and this property. Red Sands is by far the best vacation rental company I have ever worked with. They provided detailed information in multiple forms of communication: text, email, and call. Prior to check in they called to make sure we received all of the information and allowed me to ask questions and raise concerns. On the day of check-in they were very quick to respond to my call and provided amazing customer service. Our stay was incredible. The house was very clean. The rooms were well stocked with extra blankets and towels. The beds were soft and comfortable. All loose items (remotes, utensils, key cards, etc.) were all labeled so you knew where they belonged. There was a good assortment of pots and pans provided in the kitchen. This home is great because the pool is right outside the back patio. This is a large, spacious home and easily fit two families of 5 and could have fit another. The pictures do not do it justice. This was such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be booking again!

This place is amazing! My kids and husband were thrilled to stay here. The management company is top notch and kind. We've vacationed in other properties and this one had everything we needed/wanted and more. We hope to return on our next trip to Utah.

We all were blown away at how perfect this house was! It catered to every need we had, and was absolutely charming. It is even bigger and more beautiful than the pictures show. The location was directly by the pool gate, which was one of the highlights of our stay. We were able to see our group right from our windows and back porch. The pool and slides were a blast, and every age from babies to oldies, had so much fun on them. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The home was beautiful! The amenities were lovely! So much space for everyone! The beds were super comfy! Loved it!!!

Loved the house and the theme was perfect for our girls get away. Location was convenient to the pool. Just a couple of notes, really need the gas fire pit on the upper patio or at least a table. The exposed gas plumbing is a tripping hazard. Sea horse bedroom the TV was unplugged and was assumed not operational as there was not a Dish remote in that room. Also tissues in the house would be a nice addition. Had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights to enjoy time away in Santa Clara. We had our 4 grown kids with 3 of their spouses and 6 grandkids with us. The kitchen was large enough to handle cooking for meals. The dining table was large enough for us to use for cooking our meals. The pool was just outside the back patio. It has plenty of sun chairs along with a lazy river and a water slide. Each of the rooms had their own bathroom. Visiting in the family room was enjoyable. We were able to use the garage and the driveway for parking and the garage was large enough to accommodate my full size truck. We would certainly consider staying at the property again.

We enjoyed being close to the pool and the accommodations were great for the entire family. Plenty of room for all. Only issues were a few cockroaches and access to the pool was complicated due to new HOA rules. Pool management were not helpful and policies were inconsistent.

This is such a great family home. Really inviting, open floor plan to make gathering easy and enjoyable, main level bedrooms with private bathrooms and fun kid bunk area. Also the home was nice and cool and right next to the swimming pool. We give this place a 10 and hope to return soon :) For bookings you can't ask for better customer service and care. Always just a phone call away! Thank you!!

We love staying at Paradise Village. All the homes we have stayed in have been clean, comfortable and pleasant. If any issues came up they were immediately addressed. Will definitely stay again.

My 40th birthday trip to Oahu was cancelled due to COVID, and I truly did not think any place could make up for that disappointment. I was completely wrong!! The location, rental property, and pool were an absolute dream. My core group consisted of 7 ppl, and I had 10 additional family members come down as well. There was plenty of space and the unit was immaculate. I would definitely stay at Red Sands and at the particular unit again.

We were absolutely overjoyed with this house and the location. Comfy and colorful and jsut a perfect home base for all the adventures that st. George and Santa Clara have to offer. Two thumbs up!

This home was perfect for our Family Reunion. The gate to the pools/jacuzzi is just steps from the back door! So convenient. The deep couch was a huge favorite and so comfy. My daughter wants to know where she can buy one. The six pickleball courts are a block away (bring your own paddles and balls). Harmons is just down the street. The ice dispenser on the fridge works great. The Bella Copper Titanium Coated Non-Stick Electric Griddle was excellent for bacon and eggs in the morning and quesadillas at lunch. The Krups waffle iron was awesome! The outdoor BBQ grill is huge and easily fit 12 burgers and 8 hotdogs. We loved everything about the home and neighborhood, will definitely be back, and highly recommend #110.

This was a super property the pool is in the back yard you can watch the kids from the deck and patio!!! The decor is fun!! My mom loved all the old photos in the bedroom that was her era. The set up of every bedroom has a bathroom!!!!
