Great House! Large dinning and gathering rooms. Numerous master bedrooms were nice for couples and families. Great pool, BBQ. Will book again.

This was our second time at this house. Such a beautiful home with all the amenities. The pool and Hot tub was a great addition to our stay. The only issue we had was trying to use the Fire pit, as well as the Wifi. The fire pit key hole had rocks blocking the hole so we couldn't start the fire pit at all. The WiFi crashed twice while we were there, we had a big group so I'm guessing too many devices at a time isn't a good idea for anyone going with a big group expecting to all be connected and working at once. Other than that, the home was clean and perfect for our stay. Will book at this house again next year! Thank you Red Sands

We took our whole family and all our grandchildren. There were 28 of us. We loved this house. It was such an awesome vacation. It was right across from the kids pools and the other pool was right behind us. The house was large and spacious. It was great to have all of us stay in one place. We would definitely come here again.

Great home! Very clean. Pool and hot tub are great! The added net to help clean the pool of leaves, etc. was great. Pool stayed very clean. We have loved staying here for the past few years.

It was a great place to stay. We had 23 in our family. The beds were comfortable , kitchen was great, the en-suite bathrooms for each room but the kids was great. Pool and hot tub were a hit. My only concern is there was not enough parking. Even with the overflow parking around the corner there was no place to park. We were told not to park on street but there was nowhere to park. I would stay here again.

This house worked great for our family. Plenty of rooms/bathrooms for everyone and very clean. The grandkids loved their own pool and it was a quick walk over to the community pool and waterslides. Great communication with property manager. Would absolutely stay at this home again.

Our group had an excellent time! The minor issues that we had with the house were resolved very quickly by the management company...we were very impressed. What a wonderful property. We will definitely be back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandchildren loved the pool and had a great time. The dinner area was nice and big so everyone has a seat. We had a few minor issues but they sent someone out to fix the issues.

The location was close enough to the water park to walk to quickly and just far enough to be away from any noise. Same with the pickleball courts. The bedrooms and beds were very good. The kitchen was really well stalked with plenty of dishes and silverware. We had my wife and I, out five sons and their spouses and 8 grandchildren. They loved it. The private pool was a big hit and the water park is designed for kids. We would definitely stay again.

Such a great home with tons of room! The kids loved having the option to swim at home or play at the community water park, which was just across the street. We would, definitely, stay here again.

Our family of 16 stayed in Paradise Village 96. Everyone had their own space, yet we could all be together in the kitchen-family room area easily. It was the perfect configuration for our family. The pool and hot tub outside were a huge bonus. The kids just wanted to stay there the whole time and it was hard to get them to want to do anything else. They all want to go back to this very home next year for our family trip. The property management was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions as well. We will be back.

Great place to gather. Very close to the pool but far enough away to not hear all the happy children screaming. :). Very clean and spacious. We had a blast.

Every thing was great and house was clean. A few things to note: Cock roaches on the back patio were off putting. Ping pong table in garage was very rickety.

Perfect amenities and location for a large family/group
Unit 96 is now a family favorite. We had an excellent time and hope to return next year. Easy access to pool(s), and Snow Canyon for outdoor adventuring. The unit is very comfortable, with everything you need. We didn't know there was a Black Stone outdoor grill, and ended up using it twice to make breakfast for the entire crew. Thanks Red Sands for the excellent accommodations!

Vacay in Paradise
Extremely comfortable home. Lots of room. Lots of bathrooms. Wonderful patios and balcony. Wonderful amenities. This was a great place for our group of 11 to relax and play. Plenty of room to gather or have alone time. Easy access to hiking, mountain biking. Paradise Village is one of our favorite places to stay and this home was perfect for our group.

Fantastic home, with all the amenities. Handled our large group just fine. Gkids loved the gaming systems and nearby pool and water features. We played pickleball, volleyball, and kick soccer all very close by. Minor maintenance issues, the thermostat wasn't easy to understand.
Plenty of room for a large family meal and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained during down. The hot tub was definitely a plus.

Very Good
The condo we chose to stay in this year was one of our favorites with easy access to the kids pool. We loved that each bedroom had a private bathroom and the bedrooms were beautiful. The backyard patio was our favorite place to spend our time with plenty of seating around the fireplace and private hot tub. The number we were given to call with any issues was answered promptly, which helped a lot. It would be more helpful however, to have more bath towels and more than 12 swim towels for a condo that accommodates 24 people. We were having to laundry quite often. Other than that, it was awesome!!!

Paradise Village #96
This was a beautiful setting and very comfortable for a large family. We especially liked the large king beds with private bathrooms in each of six rooms. The teenagers loved the game room a little too much!! The kitchen was wonderfully large for a group our size. My only complaint was the large grate/vent in the kitchen area and against the wall was very dirty.
