This home was super clean, spacious and has great amenities. We loved the pool, slides and lazy river.

We loved this location. It was just so great. Perfect for our girls weekend!!

Clean property, friendly management, answered all questions quickly. We did have to adjust a couple things as the gas fireplace knob was stuck and would not stay in place.. A bolt had fallen out but we got it fixed. Fireplace could also use more rocks in it. Hot tub lid did not lock in place when open,, or we couldn't figure it outso we had to watch it carefully. Kitchen appliances were well stocked and nice to have! Overall, it is a very nice property!

Thank you so much for a great stay. We were in town for our Grandparents funeral and the house was the perfect size for our family. The house was well furnished and everything was very clean. It was nice to be close to the pool area so the younger kids had something fun to do. We really appreciated the fresh cookies to welcome us to the house.

We loved everything about this property! The proximity to the water features was awesome! We love the en suite bedrooms, and the kitchen was well-stocked for serving large groups of people! It was the hottest week on record in the area, so we didn’t get out to explore much, but the kids all loved the water parks, and we had a great stay! Only complaint was that the bathroom floor mats were not cleaned before we came.

The home was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the huge sectional, the rooftop deck, the barbecue and the pools! There could have been some more basic supplies on hand. We were only there for 3 nights and we ran out of dish soap, dish towels, garbage bags and paper towels. Also for future vacationers you will need to bring your own tinfoil, glad wrap and storage bags for leftovers. The main beds were very comfortable but the bunk beds were not very sturdy for adults to sleep on and the comforters and pillow shams appeared to not have been cleaned for a long time. The property management company and the community were wonderful. We would love to vacation there again.

This place was fantastic for our extended family stay! Kitchen was clean and well-stocked. Each bedroom had its own private bath. Comfy beds. Huge living room for gathering altogether. And the pools were amazing! We are coming back for sure!

The house was great. Loved that each room had its own bedroom. The GIANT sectional was awesome. The hot tub was a fun thing to have and was nice and clean. Kitchen was stocked nicely and the beds were comfortable. The rugs were really dirty and the floors needed some cleaning but the house itself was great for our big family!

This home had lots of room for us. We loved the large living room and very long couch that we can all be together. The kitchen was well stocked. Great location just 1 block to the pool and little further to the 6 pickle ball courts.

I was surprised with how big the home was that there weren't more beach towels. We had to keep washing to reuse and others had to buy some. They should have more than 9 towels.

We had a wonderful time!!, the home was great!, clean and plenty of room. It would be nice if you had someone check the outside back yard with a walk around, there were a few used condoms that was a suprise for us. A couple of the bathrooms had showers that drained very slowly and one had a loose toliet. But concerning our stay it was so Awesome!! Thank you for our fun experience!!

Spacious, clean and comfortable home. My family enjoyed a mini get away. Communication with the renter was easy and check out process was easy. Definitely would stay at this home again!

Fantastic

The house was perfect for our family! The kids loved having their own rooms with bunk beds and TVs! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. Everyone loved watching the sunrise from the deck. The view of snow canyon mountains was amazing. Kids loved the water park pool and we all loved exploring the area. Our family did not want to leave. Thank you!

Great place!

Perfect location perfect home! We love this home, it has an extra fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking supply needs. It is located in a cul-de-sac which is so nice. It also has five bikes that have been so much fun to use on the local bike paths.

We stayed here over spring break and found the property to be just as described. It accommodated our three families perfectly. We had issues with the check in email going to our junk folder so make sure to check your junk email before checking in. Anytime we needed anything it was resolved fairly quickly. Our only disappointment was no fault of Red Sands, the pools were closed halfway into our stay. This was a huge disappointment but nothing could be done. The house had bikes, pickle ball paddles, etc to use. If anything could be improved upon I wish there were a few more pool towels, enough to accommodate everyone staying in the house. We enjoyed the house and would gladly stay again- ideally when all the amenities were usable.

Great location, we loved the open space of the living room area, and there was plenty of places to sleep for our large party. Would definitely come back!

Everything fully stocked and clean. Great amount of common space for team to eat and hang out together. The balcony was pleasant. The entire home was comfortable.
