This place is perfect! Enough bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable (4 adults and 4 kids). Plenty of on site activities - Nice Sandy beach for the kids, kayaks for all ages. Comes with a good amount of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Starters for everything (dish soap, hand soap, tp, paper towels). Life jackets available for all ages, plenty of games and puzzles. They provided a nice welcome basket that had snacks and s'more items. They also provide some wood for fires. We got to use the indoor fireplace this time, and that was fun! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone with a family.

Our multi-generational family vacation at Ryan's house was wonderful. Check in to check out was seamless. The house provided us with all essential needs. It was spacious and comfortable. We had one small issue which Ryan attended to immediately. We loved being on the lake and the many kayaks, paddle board and row boat were an added plus. I highly recommend this property. We (myself, my husband, and 3 kids) stayed here with my parents for a few days to enjoy the first days of summer. The lake is small and serene, and Ryan (the owner) had 5 kayaks, a SUP, and plenty of life jackets for us to enjoy the water. We also brought our own SUPs for the kids. The lake is small but there is a channel that takes you to a larger lake and it was so fun to explore! The weather wasn’t always great, but the views of the mist over the lake were lovely, and when it rained we hung out inside and enjoyed the games available in the house and the lovely sun room with rocking chairs. There was more than enough space for the seven of us and the beds were quite comfortable. The house is older, so it has its quirks, and there is no dishwasher - but the host left plenty of paper plates and we bought some extra so we wouldn’t have too many dishes to do. We loved the nearby hike to the small Tobyhanna Falls (a super fun hike for kids), and whitewater rafting with Poconos Whitewater through torrential downpour was a fun adventure, lol! All in all, a great few days!!

We were three families (6 adults, 4 kids and an infant) with plenty of room. Loved the backyard/lake. Property is as described. Great host - we did not need a thing. Already considering this house for next year!

We were happy w the house. Kalahari and Camelback are a quick drive and the house itself was great. Ryan was communicative and would def stay here again!

Our family just stayed for a long weekend and it was amazing! Ryan keeps you informed on everything and is easy accessible. House was perfect for family and kids as it had 3 floors. Beautiful view of lake!!! Fire pit was a hit a night! We can’t wait to go back!

We had everything we needed and much more! Fishing and kayaking on the lake was awesome and having the kayaks and life vests on the property was so nice. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of. The owner is very responsive and good to work with. We hope to come here often!

My wife and I and our three adult children plus two significant others stayed at this property for a week. It’s situated right on a small lake with a lovely lake view, facing due west so the sunsets are gorgeous. The house has four bedrooms, three with king beds and the other with a queen, so perfect for our needs. It’s well maintained and the owner is very attentive. Outside by the lake, there’s a picnic table, a fire pit with eight Adirondack chairs, and a couple of benches, plus five kayaks, an inflatable canoe and a rowboat. It’s a great place to relax!

We had a great time at this lovely house on the lake. There were 5 kayaks and a paddle board which we enjoyed. The house was cozy and accommodating. We loved the firepit on the lake. The house is close to many activities such as waterparks and Big Pocono State Park. Very happy with the experience.

Great weeklong stay at the property. Description is very accurate. Great Lake access right on property and sandy beach perfect for our young kids. Top of the line grill for grilling on the deck. Everything about the house was great for our family trip. Note, no dishwasher in kitchen.

Wonderful, clean 4 bedroom house with private beach. Three floors provides plenty of room. First floor has an open bar and hang out room. Second floor has two bedrooms and an open floor plan which includes kitchen, dining room and living room. Third floor has two more bedroom. The 2nd floor porch provides a great view of the lake while relaxing. Lots of amenities - A/C, fireplace, fire pit, accommodations for children, smart TV's, many appliances, ceiling fans and extras - too many to mention. Back yard has ample room along with picnic tables. We've stayed at lake houses for several years and this was the best one yet. Highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful, relaxing week! The lake is quiet and calm. The private sand beach was a highlight for our family ranging in age from 7 to 70. We went kayaking daily and the kids enjoyed fishing right from the property. We were kindly welcomed with a basket of s'more making supplies and other snacks. The house was very clean and comfortable. The back room overlooking the lake was a popular place to spend the mornings and evenings. Great fire pit with new chairs. Ryan reached out several times to check on us. Hospitality was wonderful. We will definitely return!

Ryan was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay in his lovely home. The location is private and truly right on the lake. There are kayaks, a row boat and canoe provided. The firepit at the lake was great for evenings. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was very well stocked. We will be sure to stay here again! Thank you Ryan!

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend family getaway. Our multi generational group of 10 was comfy and cozy in this perfect spot on the lake. Plenty of space for the teens to chill, the little ones to play, and the grownups to relax. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. 15 minutes to ski or to the water parks. Looking forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the lake, too!

We had a wonderful weekend away at this house. We went snow tubing, which was very close by. We also got a experience a snow storm and the owners were so communicative and were accommodating with later than usual check out due to the same. Overall, loved our stay!
