Wonderful stay, was clean and just as it was listed. Loved the location out of the hustle of Phoenix. Pool was wonderful, and communication from Nate and Rachel was excellent!!! Would recommend this house to anyone

This is a repeat stay for us at this location. The house is well-maintained and well-stocked with many basic supplies for preparing meals and grilling. The backyard is fantastic for enjoying with family and friends including the pool, spa, firepit, grill and putting green. There are many pool toys available for use as well. The owners are very easy to contact and communicate well concerning any issues that might arise. This house is in a gated community next to a great golf course in a wonderful part of the Phoenix Valley, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city itself. We have absolutely loved and enjoyed each of our stays at this property.

My husband, two kiddos and I rented this beautiful home for a family spring break getaway. This house is truly a gem, the best vacation house we have stayed in by far! Everything is very well maintained with beautiful decor. Amazing amenities: the pool, hot tub, waterfall/grotto, waterslide, basketball hoop, water toys, mini golf and lounge chairs were perfect to keep us all entertained all day. Enjoyed the comfy couch to relax and watch some TV after a day in the sun. Making meals and snacks in the kitchen was perfect with an enormous island and well stocked supplies. Loved grilling our dinner every night with a very nice outdoor grill and eating in the outdoor dining space. Then made a routine of heading back into the pool and hot tub for an after dinner soak and basketball watching on the outdoor TV. Lots of space for us all to spread out with very comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the grocery store, coffee, bagels, lunch spots and hiking trails all very close by, within about 10 minutes of the house. We all had so much fun, it was hard to go back to our MN winter! The kiddos are already asking if we can stay here again next year! The host Nate made it very easy to keep in contact before and during our stay. This property was great! It was super clean. The backyard and pool area were perfect to watch March Madness games and hang out. Great communication from the owner! Highly recommend this house for multiple adults or families.

Loved the pool and hot tub, songbirds in the morning, quite neighborhood lots of hiking/mountain biking close by, Safeway and some restaurants within 10 minutes. house was very clean and well outfitted for anything.

This is a beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bath home in a quiet gated neighborhood. The pictures represent the house exactly. Never felt crowed in the space, very homey atmosphere. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Had plenty of bath towels. There is a Safeway about 5 minutes away. We ordered home delivery from a couple of restaurants, this took about an hour but that is what we expected it to take. There is a brewery about 20 minutes away. Owners were very easy to get in touch with. Easy check out process. Would highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed the property as we got back from different destinations. It was an oasis. My kids enjoyed the pool and slide. We had a very memorable vacation. Thx Nate

Our stay at the Estrella Mountain Ranch was nothing short of amazing! The property contained everything one may need for a relaxing and fun getaway! We opted out of a resort stay due to COVID and went with this rental instead! So glad we did!!! The kids had exclusive access to a great pool and we were all able to lay poolside, grill and enjoy each other on vacation! Nate, was the best host ever! He checked in on us and was available for every question we had. We was more than accommodating to my family and I! My husband and I have already recommended this property to our family and friends! We just got back from a trip to this property, and it was amazing!. From the moment we walked in we knew we pick the right property. The entire group enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially the kids. We enjoyed it so much we never left. There was no reason too since everything was right there. Plenty of board games, towels, pool toys, and necessities. When we had questions Nate was quick to answer and help out. The entire group looks forward to our next visit.

Enjoyed out time there , house was immaculate. Pool was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable.

We came here to celebrate my husbands retirement with our adult children and their significant others. It was a fantastic trip-close to the golf courses, and we could relax at the house with the pool and spa. We were able to catch a ballgame and just relax! It was so peaceful here! The house was fantastic and roomy enough for 8 of us to relax and enjoy! It was very clean and the owners are amazing. One of the best vacations in a long time!

The house and property were great. Pictures did not do it justice. House was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The outside area was superb. The pool has everything- and the kids had a blast. Wish we could have stayed longer. Check in ans out was easy, and owner was very responsive. The neighborhood was gated, quiet and felt very safe.

Golf, biking, hiking, hot tub, star gazing, good friends and great location to relax and get together. Owner very cooperative and helpful!

The best part of the property was the pool.

We stayed at this Property over Thanksgiving week. I would definitely recommend it. The owners were amazing and attentive. They answered all of our texts and phone calls right away. Close to grocery store and Starbucks. It’s an easy 40 minutes from airport.

Best location. Must bring for families. Great backyard and pool set up. Even in the heat we bbq. No issues with use of grill.

Took the family for my birthday weekend. This place has all of the accommodations that we needed plus more. Loved playing board games at night after long days at the pool. We will definitely add this as a place to revisit.

We really enjoyed staying here! The house and the backyard are gorgeous. The kids spent all day going down the slide and playing in the pool. We had a little trouble getting the house to cool off the first day but they had the AC guy out first thing in the morning and it was taken care of very quickly. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

We came for a long weekend and gymnastics tournament. What an incredible house! The pool is amazing and we had so much fun playing. It was a great retreat from the snow and cold. The house is well stocked and so comfortable. We enjoyed some fun in the sun and a movie on the comfy couch.

Nice house, in a safe neighborhood

We had the most amazing time while on vacation! The house is gorgeous and immaculate, with everything you could possibly need. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is amazing and we spent most of our time in the pool and on the patio. The outside television was a nice addition to watch football and baseball while playing in the pool. Our kids couldn't get enough of all the pool toys, the slide, waterfall, golf, etc. The owners were very attentive and easy to get a hold of. The house is in a quiet, secure neighborhood with great sidewalks and paths to walk and explore. We will definitely return!

This is a beautiful house in a great gated golf neighborhood that is far from the crowds of other areas of Phoenix. If you're looking to stay in the Goodyear area this is the house to rent. I've rented many times from VRBO and this is one of the nicest homes I've ever stayed in from the standpoint of layout and supplies. The master bedroom is very roomy and comfortable, but the master closet is locked and unavailable due to storage of the owners' personal items. The kitchen is nicely equipped and has lots of basic spices, condiments, etc. already available for use. The pool and spa area are fantastic with water features and a putting green to get you ready for the Estrella Mountain Golf Club that is nearby. The beds are very comfortable and all of the rooms are set up nicely and include TVs. The owners are very accessible and address any issues promptly. It was an absolute joy to stay here and I certainly hope it's available for our next trip.

If you are looking for a property that is close to lots of shopping and restaurants, this probably is not the best location. However, if you are looking for a beautiful home in a great neighborhood, this is PERFECT! The home was clean with very nice furniture and decor. Lots of high quality linens and towels. The backyard is gorgeous. The pool, spa, water slide is fantastic and we loved the sound of the water fall. This was our first VRBO experience so we were a bit hesitant. However, Nate, the owner/manager was great to work with and we appreciated him very much. Our next stay in Goodyear will definitely be at this property.

Pool/Outdoor area – The main draw for our family was the outdoor area, mainly the heated pool and hot tub. The pool remote was intuitive and easy to use from turning on/off the heat to turning on/off the water feature. The outdoor TV was perfect for watching March Madness from the hot tub. The retractable awning outside also provided shade when needed. The grill outside was also perfect for grilling bratwursts, hot dogs, hamburgers, and shrimp. Yum! House – The house was phenomenal. The kitchen was huge and all four bedrooms had clean linens and comfortable beds. The décor was simple and modern, with a lot of room to walk. The garage easily fit our two vehicles. Neighborhood – The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It is located within terrain features so you’ll see little mountain peaks within the Sonoran Desert landscape. A Safeway is also located nearby so if you need groceries, it’s just a quick trip up the road. It’s a great neighborhood. Owners – Nate and Rachel did a great job with this property. They were very responsive to my texts and provided timely instructions for check-in and checkout. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
