The biggest problem was the front desk! Wasn’t given good direction to the unit! I thought the map that was given at check in had the unit number on it. Drove around and had to return to the front desk to get the unit number.
Then on the last day,after being gone all day, the key pad didn’t let us in. Had to go to the office for new key cards! Was told that my reservation was on two reservations and that was why I couldn’t get in into the unit. The unit was clean and comfortable, but the booking and check in was a problem.

We don’t usually rent condos or stay at resort properties on our trips, however this worked out well for our short stay, and the kids enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. We enjoyed our trip to Gatlinburg!

Nice and quite
Nice place but a little out of town. Downtown they charge outrageous for parking, learn the trolley routes and save.

Our accommodations were perfect for us! The size of the room fit our needs, the view from our room was awesome, and we appreciated having a washer/drier and kitchen as part of our lodging. The room was very clean and up to date. It was great to have multiple pools, mini golf, and a fire pit on the property.

Clean, nice property!
We stayed in a one bedroom standard villa. There was built in seating for 8 which was odd being it was a one bedroom and had plates/silverware for 4. Never figured out where to go to get additional beach towels, we had two in our room and three guests. Recycling containers not clearly marked. The in unit washer/dryer was really nice, especially since there is not an over abundance of bath and kitchen towels. The property felt safe and clean. It was difficult to get in touch with property owner to ask questions regarding our reservation.

Everything you need. Super clean. Bed is a bit hard. Livingroom furniture is a little stiff. But all your comfort needs was there. Highly recommend.
