On arrival it was clear that pre check in cleaning had been carried out to a poor standard with a beer bottle full of cigarette butts and random pieces of clothing scattered around the property. There were fragments of broken glass around the pool area and in the living room. Tiles were also missing from the pool shower. After one hour in the property with bedroom Air Conditioning units running the electrical power supply failed. Checking the 2 circuit breaker panels did not show a tripped breaker but it was clear that more than an isolated circuit had failed as there was no power in the house. Resetting the master circuit breaker restored power temporarily but power was lost several more times per day during the entire stay. At times operating the toaster tripped the power supply to the entire property. The electrical system at the property is unsafe, unreliable and is mentioned in a prior review. We contacted the host to no avail and then contacted VRBO. After several phone exchanges VRBO said they did not have up to date contact details for the host. The option to move to either another property or a hotel whilst issues were resolved was briefly discussed but then VRBO contact also dried up. The property was not cleaned to an acceptable standard before check in, had unreliable and unsafe electrics and neither the host nor subsequently VRBO were contactable. Think before booking!

20 people of all ages from 1/62 any thing that was Brocken was reported & repaired quickly the only thing that the Villa needs is the electric looked at as it went of so many times

Stayed here with 18 lads, and for the price we payed i was shocked with how good it was. There was plenty of room, everyone had there own bed, the pool itself was deep and spacious. Id recommend heating it up 👍 The villa is in the perfect location, 15 min either side to walk to the old town or new town. Jim the host was brilliant in anything we needed. Kept me informed at all times and was there when we needed him ( couldn’t work the door ) Id 1000% recommend this villa to large groups.

Loved our stay was a perfect sized villa for a hen party of x18 girls and Jim was extremely helpful if we had any questions. The villa is located in a great location, right in the middle of the strip and the old town. It was about a 10 min walk to the strip and probably similar time to the old town the other way which was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, would definitely reccommend! Thanks Again! Great location for a hen party. Had a few issues with shutters not opening but host very quick to send maintenance to assist. Spacious property.

Outstanding. Jim was a great host who was very helpful in planning the stay and other things such as transfers. Couldn’t have asked for a better service from him. The Villa itself was perfect for our stay and has plenty of space, a very tidy, beautiful villa in a fantastic location. Couldn’t recommend this property and host enough. Thanks for a great stay

I booked for a stag party of 17 to stay in Villa Bella and we could not have been happier. The villa was a perfect size for our group with a great pool area. The villa is a 5 minute walk from some great local beach bars and mini markets and a quick walk to the strip and old town. A couple of the doors had some issues locking, however a sliding gate could be pulled across and locked to provide security when leaving the villa. Jim was the perfect host, quickly responding to any queries or requests we had and even booked our airport transfers for us and was available around the clock. Would definitely recommend this villa to any larger parties!
