I did not contact the property manager because our issues pertained mostly to cleanliness. The house was extremely dirty. The dishwasher had a foul odor, there was food and alcohol in the pantry from prior guests. There were toys from prior guests left under the dining room table. The game room games were not operational. The bath tubs had water rings and the shower liners had horrible soap scum. The bottom floor bathroom toilet seat kept sliding off. I was exceptionally disappointed. I would have left and found another place to stay if I would have been able to get a refund. I do not recommend this property.

I stayed for 7 days with my family, the attention was very good, but the house was very dirty, it needs a deep cleaning, the mattress had bed fleas and the whole house was very dirty, I had to clean it because I had my children, hopefully and the owner care more attention in the cleanliness of that place.

My family and myself had a wonderful stay at Windsor, Hills. I had 8 grandchildren and 3 couples plus myself. Bedrooms for all adults as well as bedrooms for children. Great pool area. The children loved the pool table and ping pong table. Lots of areas in the house. The community water slide park was terrific.

This house was very functional for our group of 9 adults and 4 children with room to spare. The pool was a nice touch and the neighborhood amenities were great. Couldn't ask for a better location with easy access to groceries, shopping, and all the theme parks

We had an awesome stay. There was initial issues with the pool but it was resolved. We submitted both drivers for three vehicles and because only one was put into the system, this caused a huge headache for my daughter. She was traveling without her husband and only his name was on the reservation for the vehicle. I think this could be solved easily by including both drivers, if submitted, to the check in area. She was quite frustrated due to having a set of twins in the car who were very very tired from the long trip. She had to circle the house where you check in three times before they let her through the gate. One man in particular, was very rude and ugly. The rest of the folks were very very nice. We would absolutely stay again it Windsor hills!

Great experience

We had no hot water in the house and was told by Manager that we would have to wait until 8:00 next morning. We had one of our guests find problem and fix it. Needed to add a 4th car on property because we booked for 16 guests and she wasn’t willing to ask powered that be to bend the 3-car rule. The house needed to be exterminated because found roaches large and small. Screen door to pool outside was broken, wouldn’t stay shut.

The home was large enough for my families trip however we needed to get paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper among other common household items. There was also a bag of trash found within the garage thay had bugs all around it. The "game room" lacked the proper equipment, such as paddles and ping pong balls in order to use the equipment in there.

My family and friends stayed at the six bedroom house for five nights. The purpose of our trip was a dance convention for our teenage girls. We all loved the property and had a wonderful time. It was very clean and well equipped. We used the kitchen for all meals and spent time in the pool and games room. We couldn’t have asked for a better property. Even though the girls were older they loved the themed bedrooms! I hope we can secure this property for our next vacation sit!

The Renter was great communicating and answering any questions I had. If I had to say anything bad about this property or experience it would be the checking in process at guard gate and the limitations on how many cars can be parked at one address and having to find parking which led to 2 of my guest cars to be towed.

The communication with owner was spot on. She was very quick to respond to any issues and she really helped with our check in process. The pool cleaners did not take care of pool well. Pool was cloudy and we had a lot of rain which I think caused some issues. But after the rain no pool maintenance. Other than that house was nice and neighborhood was nice.

We were not able to use the pool because it was cloudy and green. When brought to the owners attention out was blamed on a storm even though all the other pools in the area were beautiful. We will never stay in this property again.

My family and I (11of us) stayed at this property. There was great communication between myself, the owner & property management. The location was perfect. The house was clean and big enough for all of us. I would definitely go back.

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was huge and spacious. The house look just like the pics, but even better in person. The only issue was the pool. We had to keep cleaning the bugs out of it. I wish they would’ve cleave out more, but other than that I would definitely book again.

Pros: My husband and I reserved this Home for our daughters birthday. The home is beautiful. Very nicely decorated. The owner responded to questions in a timely manner. Cons: I believe for the amount of cleaning fee that is charged a lot of work is required from the guest. For instance before check out, removing all linen from the bed and placing in laundry room. (Had no problem with this but my problem was that the comforters and shams were not to be removed which leads me to believe those are NOT being washed and I wish I’d read that when I 1st arrived). Washing towels before checkout. Start the dishwasher. (No problem with this). My daughter spilled water in the bathroom so I grabbed the mop to clean it and at the 1st swipe of the mop it was clear that the floors were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The house rules book states that we can add heating of the pool/spa (which is extra) at any time and with over 12+ hours left on our reservation we were told it was too late. Maybe that should be removed from the house book as well. Finally the code that we used to enter the house did not work anymore after our initial walk in. Therefore we could not lock the door. Luckily someone was always at the house to lock/unlock the door when needed. Overall. Very nice home. Community pool and waterpark was a nice amenity.

The garage door was broken when we got there and know one showed up to fix it when I called. They was cutting a tree down when we got there the pool was a little dirty ,but we got that taken care of when I called about it. Everything else was very good

Dryer was pulled away from wall & vent unattached, refrigerator was 55, we were told to use coolers & ice, lamp in kids room switch broke off had to plug/unplug to use, front master lamp sitting on floor in corner, broken furniture in garage/game room including broken pool sticks, some towels/wash clothes old and worn out, damage to floors, counters & walls. The pool area has holes in screen, heat only works by running fall from hot tub. The home has plenty of space for our family but is in need of a good cleaning and maintenance. The pizza pans & cookie sheets need to be thrown out & replaced. We didn’t find any grill tools. Owner was very quick to respond. Management at home to contact if needed not so much.

We have vacationed in Florida each year for about the last 12 years and stayed at Windsor Hills 7 of those years. I can't say enough about Windsor Hills. Great location. Great amenities. Perfectly maintained and very friendly staff. This year our adult children and their families were able to join us so we needed larger accommodations. This beautiful home far surpassed our expectations. It was spotless when we arrived and perfectly suited 7 adults and 2 babies. We had contacted the owner to see about a possible early check-in since we were arriving early and didn't know what to do since both babies are under a year old. We were allowed to check-in a few hours early without any extra charge. We also asked about sleeping arrangements for our grandchildren and were provided with a crib and 2 pack and plays. We had several questions about the home before we arrived and our e-mails were answered promptly each time, usually within a few hours. We had one small maintenance issue with the kitchen faucet leaking. We called about it and the next day a plumber arrived and installed a brand new faucet. I have never experienced such great customer service before. We really enjoyed the pool and privacy of the back yard and were very impressed with how quiet the neighborhood is. We had such an enjoyable vacation and are already looking forward to next year and would definitely book the same home again.

We had a wonderful time in Florida and enjoyed our stay in your home. There were a few minor things that could be fixed or repaired but nothing major. There was plenty of room for all of the adults and the kids had their own rooms. The boys enjoyed the game room but wished it was air conditioned. We paid extra for pool heat and for the use of the grill. Each was worth it as we used the pool everyday and it was nice and warm. The grill also got it share of use. The area is conveniently located to Disney and many other attractions. Thank you for allowing us the use of your home.

We spent 7 nights at this property and over-all we were very pleased. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids (all family) and decided on going this route for our Disney World vacation instead of our initial plans to stay at one of the WDW resorts. We saved a ton of money by staying at the house and had lots of room. All of the rooms were very spacious, the layout was nice, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and dishes. The nice new Whirlpool W & D were fabulous. It was mostly nice and clean and the yard and community was lovely. We all loved the sparkling clean pool and hot tub. It was a fairly easy drive to WDW and although the traffic on 192 was hectic most of the time, we quickly got used to it. We never used the large community pool or the theatre although we certainly intended to. There was simply too much to do in our week there! The kids did use the game room somewhat. The gated community was lovely and the guards at the entrance were excellent - pleasant and friendly - always patient and smiling, even when we couldn't get our pass to work a few times (our fault). Those guys are worth their weight in gold! Some of the things we weren't so crazy about: the carpets are very dirty to the point they should probably be replaced. There weren't enough pans - no 9 x 13, and could use an extra deep pot (for pasta); but there were 3 colanders! I didn't have a problem with washing and drying the bed linens and the towels before we left, but I can see how some people may take issue with that. We had a heck of a time getting the master Bedroom TV to work until we realized all the remotes were mixed up. We got a stern warning to make sure the pool and hot tub were covered each night, but we looked high and low and there was no pool cover to be found. There are lots of little things wrong in the house - i.e. a lightbulb was hanging out of the master bathroom fixture, there was duct tape over the light switch in the game room, broken tile in the kitchen...lots of little things that would take just a little time and relatively little money to fix and would make it look much nicer. None of these things would prevent us from staying here again however. I was impressed as to how quickly we got responses to our emails whenever we had a question and that our security deposit was being refunded in full. All in all this was a good experience and we would definitely go through this company again.

Good price. With exception of a few stains in carpet the house was clean. Bedrooms were a good size, plenty of bathrooms. Pool was nice and well maintained. The only issue was the game room, it is in the converted garage and with no air in the Florida summer it was a little difficult to enjoy. The owner was always very prompt to reply to any questions that I emailed her.

We had a great family reunion vacation. It was the first time my sister's and I and their families were able to get together for a fun vacation. We had 8 adults and 4 kids and everyone had plenty of room. The community pool was fun but having your own pool was a great plus!! We will definately do this again!!!

We had a wonderful week staying at this property. With 5 adults and 3 children, there was more than enough room to give everyone space. The house was in excellent condition and close to everything, especially Disney, 3 minutes away. Even though we paid for heating the pool, we ended up spending more time swimming at the community pool as there was more to do for the kids. The complex also had an excellent park for the kids. I highly recommend this property.

I had never used vrbo.com before but heard enough good things that I decided to give it a try. After looking at probably 30+ properties for our trip to Orlando, I picked this one based on the pictures, existing reviews, and really liking the location and clubhouse amenities of the Windsor Hills resort. The whole family was in heaven as soon as we walked in the front door - beautifully decorated, plenty of space, fun game room in the garage, etc. The owner was very easy to work with to get everything into place (contract, payment, a couple questions we had, etc). We'll definitely try to get this villa for our next trip to Orlando, and I'll be recommending it to any friends who will be heading to the area.

I stayed here for a week and a day with my husband and 4 daughters. They all loved it. It was more than enough room for us. The Villa had everything that my family needed day to day. It was very spacious and big enough to host a team of friends. The layout of the home is nice and sensible. My husband and I were very relieved that the resort had a place to keep our trailer. It was not at the actual home, but it was very close by and easy to access at the Resort. The security is very tight here and makes you feel very safe. The Villa is located in a very good area. It is close to Disney and Universal Studios. It is also close to many shopping centers and eating places. I would most definately stay here again.

My and two other friends' families recently stayed a week plus in this property around Memorial Day. Each individual, kids or adults, loved this nice, spacious villa very much! The house is well equipped with 6 bedrooms, which accommodated 3 families perfectly! The kitchen, family room, and dining room are spacious that we never felt being crowed. I am also impressed the two zoned air condition system, which made people both down and upstairs very comfortable in hot and humid Orlando weather. We are from North East of the States, so you can imagine how much the kids loved the pool in the property and the bigger on in the community club. They spent all their time after parks in the pool and we, parents ,enjoyed beers on the deck side of the pool or the mini bar in the club watching theme having fun. The location is perfect to commute to all Disney parks. Other parks we liked such as Sea World is just a bit more driving, very convenient, no complaints! We also appreciate a lot the convenience of being close to millions of restaurants, grocery stores etc. After all day eating Junk food in parks, a nice dinner, either in restaurant or cooked in the house, means so much to us. What I considered a great deal is our cost. This is my first time to stay in a property like this, we used to spend a lot of money in hotels exchanging for basic stuff like a bed and a shower, in here, we spent a fractional amount of money exchanging for lots of amenities. For this reason, I will never go back to hotel when planning for family vacations. The owner re-funded our security deposit promptly and wholeheartly thanked us for staying in the property. I would like to return the same : Thank you! We had a great time and we will return back in the future!

This was our first time to visit Disney Theme parks and you can hardly get any closer offsite. My husband was very skeptical of how close the resort claimed to be, but it is absolutely true. He wanted to stay on Disney property because it was highly recommended by friends. I knew we needed room to move around and have plenty of space to spread out not to mention the house being a fraction of the cost of staying on site. I would highly recommend not staying on Disney property and stay at Windsor Hills Resort. We felt very comfortable letting our children walk to the main pool from this house. It is a nice, enjoyable walk. The resort is very well kept and the sundry shop has a delivery service that was a plus. We got in very late the first night so having the sundry shop deliver some breakfast items helped tremendously. All rooms are a good size and there is plenty of space to spread out. We had a few issues with the frig, pool heat and dryer; however, the owner was very prompt in responding. We were so busy with Disney Parks and visiting the beach we didn't have time to enjoy the game room in the garage. One thing that would have improved our stay were the condition of the mattresses. About half of them were either noisy or uncomfortable, but we were so tired we slept well anyway. I was concerned about how close together all the houses were and it being noisy at night, but it was very quiet and peaceful which could have been due to our mid October travel time. Yet, most of the houses had vehicles parked in front. This resort is conveniently located not only to the parks but restaurants, souvenir shopping, groceries and gas. We would definitely stay here again. My kids enjoyed hunting and catching tiny lizards as much as anything else.

My family and I spent a week at this lovely home. The location was perfect if you are going to Disney and not far from any of the other parks. The villa was furnished beautifully and the owner was great to work with. When we arrived, the unit did not seem to be properly cleaned and there were a few issues with the refrigerator and other appliances. The owner was very prompt and actually replaced the refrigerator while we were there. This is not the newest or cleanest property in Windsor Hills, but we had a great time. We actually hosted Thanksgiving dinner at this home with 25 people in attendance and had a great time. We were pleasantly surprised that all of us could fit! The pool was nice and warm for us travelling during Thanksgiving and there was plenty of space for the 13 people in my family. I think if the owner were to upgrade the rest of the appliances in the kitchen and fix a couple of the broken items, it would be a 5 star rental property. It is spacious and we had a blast playing pool and ping pong in the game room. The Windsor Hills community is well maintained as well. This villa is perfectly located within the community as it is an easy walk to the large park and swimming pool. I would definitely recommend renting here again.
