We thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous house, pool/hot tub, beach, bikes & location! This was probably the best vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. The view was amazing to wake up to & the beds were all very comfortable. Location ideal and Chris always responded quickly to any emails. One small thing is they start you off with 1 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel & while the amenity list says shampoo/soap there was only some hand soaps so bring your own. We hope we can stay here again in the future!!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous location. We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was large and well equipped, the views were just beautiful. We rode bikes, went to the beach, cooked some meals, walked to the ice cream store… perfect!!

Fantastic home, located in a quiet part of the island. I would definitely stay here again. If you are looking to slow down, relax and have some fun this is the place!

This was our 4th summer vacationing at AMI, and our 3rd at this specific home! 10/10 recommend. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. You will see plenty of sea life with the bay views! The private beach and pool make the days so much easier. There were a few updates to the home since last year that were nice. The communication with the owner and manager is always great. The air conditioning had an issue a few days into our stay, and it was fixed by noon the same day. We have made many memories here! It’s a must stay! Thanks Chris, for sharing your home with us for many years. Just be aware before you book, the home is unfortunately for sale. We’d love to come back again but are not sure what happens when the home sells.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AMI - the home was perfect!

This property is very nice. I liked that there were some bikes that were better than what we rented available. Had to work with the pool and spa to get it to warm up because it was way unseasonably cold, but the equipment was good enough to get it done if you knew a few tricks. Every pool on the island struggled but we got it to 85 still. Debbie was great at response day and night if needed...property manager. Owner was great to deal with as well. Would rent this property any time of the year. Love how it is away from the noise.

This home has the size and privacy you need when housing 4 couples or a large family. Bathrooms galore! It was spotless upon arrival. The views are unmatched! This was the best equipped home we have ever stayed in. Tons of beach chairs, rafts, noodles, 6 bikes, kayaks, and a paddle board. All were used when we were there! The location was private, and we had the bay side beach to ourselves, every day. We did rake the shore a bit in the morning to give us a sandy area to spread out. We saw live starfish, live sand dollars, live clams, and a live conch that was a foot long. Dolphins swam by in the mornings. We just had a ball. We will return!

Perfect house for adults who need to relax .. the floor plan was perfect for everyone, from coming together for a meal to moments you want to be alone. Wonderful pool too.

The home is stunning! With 4 master suites, beautiful views, spacious main living space, & fun pool/outdoor rec area - this property has it all! Communication w/property manager and/or owner was superb as well!

Such a great house and so well maintained. Very clean, super comfortable and the view is incredible. Elevator was a huge plus for some older folks in our group. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home to gather with longtime friends! We made great memories, great dinners, wine and lots of laughter! Stunning sunrises, Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day — what celebrations!! This home completed our every need!

The house is gorgeous with large bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Great house for adult couples. The view of the lighted bridge at night was a bonus. Chris had mentioned that there were 4 bikes available but when we got there, there were 6 bikes in the garage and one that needed some minor repair which my husband was able to do so we had a bike for all 7 of us staying without having to rent. Being on the bay side was lovely although the only time you can walk is in the morning when the tide is low enough to provide some beach. Gulf side beaches are an easy bike ride and beautiful. The house was a short bike ride from shops and restaurants and the famous Donut Experiment! The only drawback that i would mention is that the kitchen is not particularly well stocked for cooking. There were no mixing bowls for use and the sheet pans were rather worn and dirty looking. There was nothing in the kitchen for cleaning except a dirty/used sponge and some paper towels….no granite counter spray. We had a couple of minor issues while there and the response and resolution was immediate. The ping pong table, pool and hot tub were used every day we were there! One other thing that would make the house perfect is more furniture on the outdoor decks. There were only 2 chairs off the master bedroom deck which had lovely views of the bay and the rising moon. On the main floor deck there is a seating area, but a couple more rocking chairs would have been nice to accommodate the number of people that the house can hold. Overall I highly recommend!

We recently completed our second stay at Chris Thompson's beautiful "Skyway View" home. It was every bit as enjoyable as our first visit. This spacious home was immaculately prepared for our arrival and again featured an abundance of amenities. We were just as impressed with the decor throughout and once again enjoyed the outdoor area with pool and spa. Of course, the view toward the Sunshine Skyway is spectacular! We look forward to the next opportunity to visit AMI and this magnificent home.

It was such an amazing villa with the great view

The house is amazing. Made us all feel like we were at home. Everything was nice and clean. Check in process was simple and easy. Location was perfect. We spent our days in the hot tub because it rained a lot while we were there. But when it wasn't raining we walked the beach, swam in the pool and enjoyed the scenery. This home is especially perfect for all adults. King size beds and private bathrooms in every room. Perfect. The elevator lift was extremely helpful with the multiple levels. Great communication with the property manager as well. Select this home and you won't be disappointed.
