I really appreciated her quick responsiveness to all my questions. Very convenient location. We were a little disappointed in the disrepair of the master bathroom. Cracked walls, and in need of fresh paint. The only other issue was the funiture and overall inside smelled musty when we got there, and the brown couch was very comfortable. Overall a good experience.

Comfortable stay. Dot is fantastic and quick to respond when texted. We were were ahead of schedule so dot allowed us to check in a day early. House is in need of some TLC. Mostly cosmetic. More dished and utensils are required as well.

Our group consisted 6 long term friends, 69 to 72 yrs of age. House is set up well for all needs. Living room is perfect for hanging out and conversing. Good place to stay again if in Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay in the Iris Inn, the hostess was very communicative and made sure all was alright before we arrived. The house was clean and I highly recommend staying there in your visit to Nashville.

Three sisters never been to Nashville before. Had a wonderful time. The Iris Inn was perfect. Just outside downtown, easy Uber rides to destinations so didn’t rent a car. Would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Iris Inn! Dot was very accommodating and kept in touch to make sure we didn't need anything. The location is perfect, just outside of downtown Nashville. We had our boys with us so it was a great location! We were in the middle of a heat wave so we spent a lot of time there playing games and hanging out. Very spacious and open living room with big table for your whole group if you stay indoors (there were 6 of us and we still had room for more). Very clean and well kept! She is responsive to things that may not be working and appreciates feedback. Excellent appliances as well. The only thing is the A/C doesn't keep up well so if it's the dead of the summer it gets a little uncomfortable upstairs, but she provides box fans which helps a lot! We highly recommend Peg Leg Porker and McNamara's Irish Pub (this is half mile from the property). Both places are family friendly and fun! Thank you, Dot, for a lovely home away from home. We will be back!

The property was just as described in the listing. The owner was helpful but not too much. She greeted us and offered that we call anytime if we need anything. The property worked perfect for our weekend baseball tournament in the area as well as some fun time in Nashville.

This was our 2nd wonderful stay at the Iris Inn! It is very convenient for our convention and for sightseeing. Dot has always been a great host who tries to make you comfortable in your home away from home. It has all the basic necessities you need for a pleasant visit.

Very nice and quiet! It was easy to get to all the places from here and not to far away from the attractions. Nice for a group to stay in and very comfortable! Everything is just as described and the bedrooms are very comfortable and we loved that it was a two story house!

My 2 daughters and I went for the Saturday evening concert at CMA Fest. The house was perfect, 3 bedrooms, it was neat, clean and homey. Perfect for our stay. The bath towels were awesome! They weren’t the ones that barely fit around you, they actually did wrap around ! And weren’t so thick they wouldn’t absorb. Very nice to have that. Place was safe and had all we needed. Communication with Dat was soooo east! We’d definitely stay again!

If you are hot natured, keep looking. This property is located in a perfect spot. Dot text me leading up to our stay, during and after! The only issue was the house is warm! Upstairs is very warm. Box fans are provided, however I was already sick and my family gets sick from fans. The third day night the air broke and it was 80+ degrees in the house. I text dot the next morning and it was fixed before we got home that evening, however, it made it even more difficult to sleep and get ready for a day on the town. We could only turn the air down to 68 or the unit would freeze up, so it made downstairs feel fine but still very warm upstairs. The house was clean and well maintained. Dot was fantastic. If you are not hot natured this is the PERFECT place!

It was a very nice property in a good neighborhood. It exceeded our expectations immediately. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. It was close to many businesses and restaurants and not too far an Uber ride to get downtown. Dot was very friendly and helpful and responded to us right away when we would contact her. We would recommend this place!

Lovely home, very well kept, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The location was great! We were about 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do and 3 minutes away from a grocery store and Starbucks--close enough for essentials but far away from the main drag that we had peace and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. The check-in/check-out process was easy. Dot was wonderful and quick to respond to our questions!

Very nice property. Property manager was very nice and easy to communicate with.

The location of this house was perfect for our family of 6 (ages 83,80,50,46,14,11). Close to downtown (15 min), close to Opry area (10 min), but quiet neighborhood out of the hustle. Communication with the owner was excellent, before, during, and after. If you plan to eat most of your meals in like we did the kitchen is a little sparse, but we made do. Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Owner in regular contact to check on satisfaction with stay. Traveling with two children under two and owner graciously allowed early check in and late check out to accommodate family needs (naps). Location close enough to downtown to easily enjoy but away from the crowds. Would recommend and stay there again.

House was clean and had everything we needed. Great location with easy drive to downtown. The host great to work with and we look forward to staying there again.

The location was perfect. We felt like we were right around the corner from everything we did. The house itself is very hard to find in the dark. There’s no lights on the house and the street sign is actually turned the wrong direction. We flew in and was arriving at the house at 1:30am in the morning. Out of courtesy every VRBO we have ever stayed at always had bottle water. This house had nothing! They only had two rolls of toilet paper and we were there six days. We ran out of toilet paper. The response was target is right down the street! Why would I want to go buy a deal of toilet paper when I flew in. I would understand if we were staying just the three days but we were there six days. We also only was allowed one roll of paper towels for six days. The dishes were dirty so we had to wash them before we could use them. Ran out of paper towels. The response was, targets, right down the street. For paying this much for a VRBO. I was very disappointed, the upstairs shower curtain was dirty, like it has been washed at all. After reviewing the book for check out, It says leave all betting ( covers) except the sheets on the bed. This means that the blanket everyone is covering up with, are not cleaned in between clients, to me that’s an awful thing, with Covid and the flu so bad, and very contagious. You would think this would be protocol to make sure everything that touches somebody’s body is washed. The response to the homeowner on this question. Was that “you’re not staying in a hotel therefore we will not be cleaning the full sheets and bedding. “ Our quilt to cover up with stunk so bad we threw it on the floor. Luckily, the room next to us that we were not using their bedding did not stink and at least we had something to cover up with. You can always see the floor in these pictures, this house has carpet up the stairs in the upstairs bedrooms that is musty and moldy stinky. I even emailed the pictures to the homeowner and all they said was thank you. No I’m sorry no apologies at all. Very disappointed in this VRBO.

Property exactly as pictured. Short drive/ Uber ride to downtown Nashville, Grand Ole Opry, airport , grocery store etc. Owner very responsive and extremely helpful. Perfect set up and place to stay for girls weekend.
