This was a perfect spot for a last minute ski trip with our dog host was real helpful with ski advice. Can't wait to return.

This worked out perfectly for us as my husband and I were visiting our daughter who just moved to the Pinnacle Heights apartments and this is conveniently located near there. It was clean and had everything just the 2 of us needed. It is in the basement which didn't bother us - still homey with windows adding natural light. The only thing that was unfortunate about our stay is that, upon arrival, we noticed immediately that the vanity in the extra bathroom was starting to pull from the wall. We tried to contact the owner with no luck. Our immediate worry was that it would fall off completely and flood the basement. Our secondary worry was that the owner would think we caused it. After a few days. we noticed someone was staying upstairs so we were finally able to speak to someone (though not the owner). He let us know that they were aware of the issue and gave my husband permission to take steps to minimize the chance of it coming entirely off the wall (my husband is in construction and was comfortable doing this). Other than having that hanging over our heads while there, it was a great place... just bad timing as I am sure the owners intended to take care of it but there simply wasn't time before our arrival. Our only wish is that the owner would have mentioned it to us beforehand. Still a high overall rating as we would definitely stay there again.

Great location and plenty of space for 4 to stay. Way better than a hotel! Had to reach out for a couple of things but the response time was fast and all was handled! Will stay again if we are in the area.

Our stay here was great. We loved the area and all the hidden gems around. We went for several hikes and saw different sights. The place was clean, easy to find things, and a nice place to stay.

Comfortable basement flat with good east bench location and easy access to shops and freeway. We’d stay here again!

Overall the stay was pleasant and exactly what was needed. The only drawback was the temperature. Even as hot as it was outside, the apartment was freezing because thermostat was upstairs and we had no control. Once we opened the windows to let in the outside warmth it became bearable. Just pack some warmer clothes for inside…there was LOTS of cozy blankets that took the chill off though :)

We have stayed in a number of timeshare exchanges and vacation rentals and this is probably in my top two. Beautifully decorated and outstandingly well-equipped. Good quality mattress and linens. There was an issue with the dishwasher, but David knew about it before we did and had a repairman out to fix it without delay. It's really nice to have covered parking. Thanks, David.

Came to Utah to ski for the week and this place was great. Very comfortable and quiet. Excellent location with easy access to many different ski areas. Thanks for having us and we hope to book it again!

David’s place was perfect for our first trip to Utah. Super close to both Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon. Clean, neat and he was very responsive with my questions about shopping and dinning. Only hitch was the Hot Tub was down for repair. For a small group like I had, it was PERFECT! I would stay again and recommend this to anyone traveling with a small group/family.

This was a great place for myself and a few friends to relax and unwind during our trip to Utah. Very close proximity to Brighton & Snowbird (~25-30 min to each). Our host was very easy to communicate with and helpful when it came to our questions. Would certainly stay there again.

We traveled with two little kids for skiing. Everything was wonderful, the fully equipped kitchen, the apres-ski hot tub, easy driving to the slopes, even the weather! We also finished a 1000 piece puzzle that was provided by the host. One of our best ski vacations.

The property has an EXCELLENT location for skiing Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. The property was clean and had sufficient space for four adults and all of our ski equipment. The full kitchen made breakfast easy before heading to the slopes. Newly renovated... the bathroom was beautiful. The ONly concern was the inability to use the hot tub due to poor water quality.

I stayed with three of my good friends from college and we loved the area. There was a beautiful view and the hot tub was definitely a plus! The price is completely reasonable for the quality of the place. Place was very clean and decorated well. Highly recommend this place!

Great little spot to access Brighton and Snowbird. Clean with a couple nice rooms and 2 bathrooms. Location has several restaurants and coffee shops within a short drive which is nice.

Great location for hitting the Cottonwoods.

three of us from northern california came to ski several resorts as ikon pass holders. the location of this rental was fantastic for access to both canyons. the owner has done a beautiful job creating a nice space for travelers here. nicely appointed and tastefully done. having a kitchen, private entrance, two bathrooms/showers, hot tub and laundry are always on our checklist and this unit hit all those boxes. it was great being able to make breakfast in the well equipped kitchen before we head up the canyon. the bedrooms are spacious and overall the floor plan is very functional. the king mattress was definitely on the firm side for us, but may be fine for others; the queen was reported to be just fine. having parking right in front of our door made coming and going a breeze. there were two things that we did have issue with... the sofa while modern and attractive in the photos (and in person) is pretty much needing replacement. the couch springs and the wood frame made it impossible to sit comfortably to watch tv for any of us. we placed the futon mattress from the other room and pillows on the sofa for the days we were there to make it work. the other issue was the high tech shower. the shower is indeed amazing, but it also is too ambitious for the hot water capacity. our group of three found ourselves taking cool showers much of the time as the apartment shares only a 30 gallon hot water heater with the occupants of the house upstairs. none of us took long showers but still had to rinse conditioner out with cold water... brrrrr. so to sum up: for guest comfort we suggest a new comfy couch and installation of a dedicated on-demand hot water heater (tankless) for the apartment. with these two improvements we would definitely stay again. lastly, communication was very good. we didn’t call dave about the two above issues as we just didn’t see the likelihood either would be remedied during our five night stay. we made it work. in light of current events, both of these issues are trivial of course. overall a really nice place and great value with just a few tweaks needed. *we were fortunate that our utah trip ended shortly before the covid crisis really took hold. we sincerely hope for the best for everyone of us. be safe and be well.

We were in a complicated situation moving across country with cats and kid and towed vehicles. This place was perfect for my family to find solace for a few hours on the pillow. Clean. Nice. Amazing hot water and shower.
