Staying at Bumby’s apartment feels like staying at home, absolutely nothing is missing as it is fully-equipped and has all required facilities. The view from the balcony is perfect and serene. The owner is really helpful and the communication with him is incredible. He helped us with booking bus tickets for transportation in the city at good price and he even took us to the airport on our departure date. Our stay included breakfast and he had coffee tea camomile etc.

The apartment is nice and spacious with all appliances and kitchen utensils. Gated parking free of charge is available next to the apartment, bus stop to the downtown across the street. Mattia and his father are great hosts, really trying to make their guests happy. Highly recommended!

The property is in exceptional condition, very well equipped, very clean and spacious. Mattia is a fantastic host, speaks very good English and was on hand for any questions I had with very quick responses. if I visit Genoa again, this property will be my first choice to stay.

I recommend using Mattia’s private parking space as parking directly outside the property is hit and miss, very bendy and hilly to get to.

Apartment was really nice. Bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was nice. Shower was big. Apartment was really clean and we were really happy to rest after the travel.

It's typical of Genoa but the road to get to the apartment is not large enough. I was really scared to scratch the car.
