The nice person of the staff contacted me on my phone to make sure the time of arrival and to confirm reservations.

The other person of the staff is very rude. I got 4 keys to be able to get in my room: one key to get in the building, another to get through the fence for the rooms, and 2 keys for my room. I felt like in jail between the metallic fence to separate the elevator from the rooms. Seems very dangerous in case of fire or other emergency. The furniture seems that it was collected from the trash, made me feel miserable to be in that place. The building beside is abandoned and homeless people gets in there to cause further destruction. I didn't get a good feeling when I saw the police pretty often to take off the uninvited guests. The double rooms have 2 single beds and the "suite" has a full bed, really too small for 2 people. There aren't bigger beds. We had to move to another hotel to be able to sleep instead of taking turns on the bed. It seems affordable but for few more bucks, you can get a real hotel room.

This isn’t a real hotel, it’s like an “adapted apartment” with crazy rules and fences in a doubtful neighborhood (the building beside is abandoned and police is often around because homeless people get in there to cause further destruction). it doesn’t have a “hotel sign” but when you arrive someone comes running from who knows where to open the door for you. Taxis don’t know this place, and real hotels think that it’s a joke. One of the member of staff is a hysterical person who was yelling in my face “ i told you the wifi is this or that” nagging over and over. The hysterical guy “explained that it is an old hotel” and I believed him because the furniture is ready to be donated to goodwill or maybe that’s how they got it. “the suite” has 2 chairs with gross stains. They give you 3 or 4 keys to access your room. I felt trapped between a metallic locked fence between my “suite” and the elevator. My “suite” had a full bed and no side tables, that was ridiculous,if we actually wanted to sleep in there, we would need to take turns in the bed because it was small for 2 people. This was more like punishment rather than vacation. After the hysterical guy yelled at my face claiming that i had to remember about the 3 keys, and the wifi information that doesn’t check with the written on the wall of the room, we decided to find another place. I found “the plaza” for $55 dollars night with included breakfast”. It is a real hotel on the back of the cathedral, this really improved our experience in Chihuahua. My sister stayed in Allende 104 the first night since it was all payed but next day she was on the door waiting for me very early in the morning; she said that she felt insecure with all the lockers and keys and the hysterical guy was yelling at her demanding to know about me and my husband. Crazy, right?

The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. We needed to get to Creel the next day and he helped us with all the information we needed. The rooms were large and comfortable.

I loved it here. The staff (Luis) is so lovely and kind. Great location, clean, comfortable beds, good price. It was cold at night in Chihuahua, and the air con unit warmed the room up nicely!

Good coffee, orange juice for breakfast. Staff helped me plug in my CPAP machine. Great seafood restaurant nextdoor! Nice and quiet.

Everything was exceptional. Juan Luis was very courteous, friendly, and very reliable. I strongly recommend this place if you need a place to stay that is walking distance to downtown Chihuahua.

The Hotel is in a great location; the staff were helpful and very communicative with us ahead of arriving, and also giving advice on where to eat; the room was comfortable with good air conditioning. The hotel was great value.

The bedding (eg pillow cases) could have been cleaner. The shower could have been better. Do not expect luxury, but a perfectly comfortable place to spend time in Chihuahua.

Dirty sheets, unsafe and cornered location, spooky reception... I won't stay in this place again...

Couldn’t have been better for an overnight stay in Chihuahua This apartment is minutes from the centro historico and is parallel to a street full of bars. Some recommendations for places to eat/ drink within 5 mins from the apartment: Ruiz Senor Gozaderia - dinner La Sotoleria - bar El Hojadre - brunch/lunch Juan Luis was in touch with me from before we arrived to make sure he was there to receive us. He was unbelievably helpful and friendly - really outstanding service. He gave us a your or the flat and common areas and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were comfortable settling in. The room was perfect with two fans to keep you cool, good bed, en-suite etc. There is also a common area you can use with full kitchen and TV room. Note: there is no air-con but this is clear from the Booking.com description, with the two fans you will have no problem (it was 36 degrees C when we were there). Included breakfast is two doors down the road at a hipster cafe and includes toast with jam, coffee and fruit. Unbeatable value for money with incredible service.

It was a great location, close to the city center. The room was very secure and safe. The room was large with an additional room with table and chairs. There was fans in both rooms.

The pillows need a bit of an upgrade, the bed was clean and comfortable.
