Great place and good location. Close to family which was the objective. Could have been cleaner (floors), but who can keep anything clean in Mesa where you are surrounded by cement, rocks, sand, dust ... Cleaning supplies would have been helpful so we could keep it clean for the 2 weeks we were there.

CLEAN AND ROOMY

Comfortable, convenient, clean. The patio looking out on the beautiful lake was perfect. Plenty of trails around all of the lakes to walk and watch the ducks, geese, doves, hummingbirds, blue heron. We will be booking this wonderful place again!

It was so close to restaurants, grocery stores, target. Was a nice condo.

Great value, location was OK, check in process was excellent and this condo had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the floors were absolutely disgusting. Sticky and I don't imagine they have been washed for a long time. My dad was wearing white socks for about 20 minutes and they were literally black. We reported the issue and got a response immediately that someone will be coming to clean them the next day. The cleaners did not show up we contacted them once again and they said will get somebody there today. At this point I didn't wanna have to deal with anyone coming in so we just left our shoes on.

The condo was clean and well taken care of. The ponds and path in the back were fun for the children. There were geese, ducks, turtles, etc. Pool was great in the heat of Arizona.

We appreciate that the owners welcomed us to stay at their home. The community of people are great, surrounding is relaxing. Housekeeping on the other hand...for Vacasa requiring a huge cleaning fee....we spent the first day cleaning the place ourselves. Before we left we washed the bedding, all the towels and dishes. Day one, we mopped the floors as they were disgusting. The washing machine vent needed a real good scrubbing. The surface of everything was clean so it appears a quick dusting is done and a wipe down of the bathroom counters and sinks. The counter in the kitchen needed a good scrub as well. We cleaned the patio set and swept the patio. That we realize because it is outside may be out of their control somewhat. I would recommend the owners question this. Would we stay there again...you bet. Just hope the housekeeping earns their money next time.

We loved this home and it’s surroundings

The Home was amazing, the grounds and ponds were amazing. The only problem we ran into was the HOA that keeps an eye on things for that community we’re not educated about the state of federal laws regarding having a service dog. We were asked to leave the community pool area. Service dogs are allowed on the pool deck but not in the pool. We were assured that education would take place amongst the HOA/property management.

It worked well for two couples with sep bathrooms and shared living room and kitchen.. both good size. Dining area worked well for rating and card playing.! Quiet, nice pool area ( small Pool 3 to 4 feet). Loved hot tub. Was stocked as advertised and nice furniture and decor.

This little apartment was perfect for my family of 5. It was fully equipped with cookware and utensils including a slow cooker! It had everything we needed. But we couldn't find the extra sheets for the pull out bed though.

love the location very central. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again; however, there are a few things that need fixed. Garage door did not work, hideaway couch bed was very unconfortable and could not get TV to work - maybe better instructions on how to use it.

Great little condo is a perfect location. Property is nicely appointed and for the most part very clean. The master shower was slow to drain which is the only reason I didn’t get it 5 stars for cleanliness. Beds are super comfortable and location is good with lots of places in walking distance. Check in was delayed and notification was received at 4pm which was the time I was checking in. I had to check in after 630 PM which made getting into the place a bit challenging and they didn’t think to leave the porch light on. Check out at 10am is challenging but do able; noon check out would be better especially after a late check in. Overall a very nice place with just a few minor issues. Would definitely rent again.

Just a fun getaway with daughter and 2 granddaughters. The girls loved the pool. Could barely get them out. Condo was nice a couple of stains on the carpet but everything else was great.

We needed a last minute rental since our house sold but didn't close yet on the new one. We picked this one due to the location and the pool. When we first arrived there were some issues like ants in the master bathroom, wasn't as clean as we would like it with 3 young children playing on the floor, and wasn't stocked well for our 3 week visit. We contacted management and they addressed our needs right away by sending us more supplies, ant spray, and refunding the cleaning fee since I had to do my own cleaning. The cable never did work in the master but that was a small issue for us. We loved the pool, and almost always had it to ourselves. We also loved going for walks around the pond, it's quite beautiful! The community was pretty quiet which was nice. Overall, I would stay here again.

Great location, condo was well stocked everything we needed, close to pool area, big patio, lots of friendly neighbours.

Location was great, within easy walking distance to many restaurants. Condo was clean except for the floors. The floors were extremely dirty. We swiffered the floor 2 times throughout the entire condo in the first 3 days after we realized the floors were very dirty. There is no way the cleaning crew had bothered to clean them at all. Very frustrating!

The property was nice and the location was great. We had 2 issues during our stay. We discovered early in our stay that the wood and tile floors throughout the property were very dirty. We swiffered the floors with dry and wet cloths 2 times to make them reasonable. There was no way possible the floors had been cleaned anytime recently. This was surprising because the rest of condo was clean. Bathrooms, towels, and kitchen were clean. The other issue during our stay was the internet went off multiple times. It corrected itself each time but it was a annoying. We really liked the location which was within easy walking distance to many restaurants.
