The property location is very good. It's clean and very quiet depite being next to a school. The terrace was great for breakfast and a late night drink, with views of the Mesquita - the main reason for booking this property.

The terrace is a great space but is a little neglected, it could be made more attractive. I had to tie up the awnings which had blown down and the plants had all died. A notice about the uneven stair risers to the terrace would also be a good idea.

Convenient location for the main sights of Cordoba. Onsite free parking. Communication with owner very good.

Terrace was shabby and needs attention. Aircon, especially in the bedroom, was poor. Hot water didn't work but was repaired quickly. Location hard to find by car.

great location! It took a while to figure out walking thru the mazes of roads but that was part of the adventure! The apartment was very clean and well set up.

Eduardo is a very helpful and attentive host. The accommodation is in the city center, close to all the sights. Fantastic roof terrace. Highly recommended and we would love to return for our next stay.

Great location in the centre of Cordoba's old town. Accessing the area isn't the easiest so make sure you study the map/GPS route before arriving and this will save a few issues. It doesn't matter what you might attempt - the old town is tricky to access for parking no matter what you do, and the parking option here is at least straightforward (you drive into a lift to access a sub-floor - so make sure you're not driving a large/over-sized car - we had a medium sports utility vehicle which was fine, but any larger would be a tight squeeze). The flat otherwise was easy to access with a great terrace and facilities. Everything is just what you need.

One issue was the size of bed/pillows. It was a small double and was a little bit of a squeeze, but otherwise okay for a short stay. The table/chairs in the dining area were also old and worn and could do with replacing.

Beautiful building in quiet street; but close to shops, bars etc. 10 minute walk from train station and 10 minutes to the river. Lovely to have roof terrace. It is a great place to chill and watch birds flying over, view, sunset etc. Perfect for 2 people. Wonderful city.

Bed a bit too small for 2 adults. Wear and tear on the chairs in lounge area and on terrace - bit of diy needed! But everything else was great 👍
