Motel and location are fine

Hampton inns and suites @ Kittery Maine. Their room 217 is located directly beside the pool vent, an industrial fan that emits a mechanical drone that is very loud. This single room is noisy. Room 217 should not be assigned to customers as it defeats the quiet rest patrons expect. Tried to change room and was denied. Excessive noise is an issue when my room is full price and people across the hall pay the same and have quiet rooms. Just not fair to the victims and a bad sleep obtained there from. The breakfast was great with hot and cold options. Staff maintained the cleanliness and availability of provisions in the eating area. I like it that they serve fresh fruits and bagels. My family love the waffles and we like that they change their food a little everyday.

The pool could use a little TLC though clean towels are well stacked.

I originally booked through Hampton Inn and couple weeks later Booking.com had a cheaper price. Saved me 105.00 compared to Hampton. I called Hampton and asked if they would match the price. They said no.

I seem to be allergic to whatever detergent is used for the linens.

Good but you had to get there early or food was gone. Didn't seem to restock food often.

Road coming into hoteland mall had 3 huge potholes 10 inches deep . I don't believe hotel owns this road but they should have contacted city or mall owners to repair.

Everything seemed new, clean, and in good condition The staff was excellent…..friendly, responsive, welcoming from the desk clerk to the breakfast staff.

The offerings at breakfast could have a little more variety, but they were ok.

Close to malls. Convenient to highway access. Polite staff. Quiet

The door slammed when closed. These doors need to be fixed so they don’t disturb others.

Free breakfast. Indoor pool. Nice lobby. Room was large and clean. Front desk clerk was personable.

Couldnt find it easily at night. Driveway entrance Not well marked on post road at night. Not clear it can be accessed via outlets parking lot. That was frustrating. We drove past it twice. Was way too expensive. No Bar or restaurant. No signs in hallway indicating way to the elevator when you walk out of room into hallway. (Seems dangerous and an oversight).

Loved that you could walk to some of the outlet shops right from hotel

Location is Great, Breakfast was ok no bacon for my 2 day stay.

I was given a terrible room. I traveled with my service dog and feel I was given a unacceptable room. Carpet was dirty, micro wave was not working, had to unplug to reset then it made a loud noise, refrigerator off balance and missing a shelf. My Room was next to maintenance room. Banging and thuds heard between 8-9 am.

Clean & comfortable stop for one night on our way to Cape Cod. A good, solid breakfast & friendly Staff. Good job!

Large comfortable room and bathroom equipped with anything you might need. Great breakfast. wonderful staff.

Great breakfast

Filthy pool. Water was nasty and body hairs all over. Had no pool chemicals in it. Very disappointed
