تم خصم تكلفة الاقامة من البطاقة الائتمانية مرتين !! وتم التواصل مع الفندق لكن دون جدوى. they have deducted the cost from my credit card twice!! The hotel respon was very poor.

The beach and swimmingpool

The hotel wasn t fully booked but they gave me a room for disabled people. Bathroom contained a shower that was so low I had to bend my knees to fit in (my height is 1.63 cm …..) , mirror was placed downwards for people in a wheelchair ofcourse. For the money I payed it wasn’t the luxury I expected. I don’t have a problem with the fact when a hotel is overbooked they have to make some decisions but then there has to be a compromise is payment. BUT the hotel wasn’t fully booked (my daughter joined 1 day later unexpected and could book a room) AND they didn’t compromise with me.

El personal , desayuno excelente y restaurante y las vistas , el masaje y respetaron la hora contratada y peluquería

No nos acompañaron la primera vez a la hsbitacion. Nos dieron las llaves, ya habíamos aparcado en el quinto coño , tirando la maletas hasta que la recepcionista nos indicó el camino. Tuvimos que preguntar donde estaba la habitación a un huésped, tirando otra vez de maletas … , un lío para encontrar la habitacion y súper lejos de excursión , casi en el Sáhara Al quejarme nos concedieron una habitación con vistas 🥰, gracias y nos acompañaron ( muy bien) El Hamman no hay música , solo es una idea Es un hotel para jugar al golf y quedarse allí porque si quieres ir a Tánger hay atasco de vehículos No está señalizado desde el aeropuerto El bar me aburrió tanto fútbol , un horror ! No hay otra cosa?? Cronometré desde recepción hasta la habitación. 13 min andando … y tirando de peso

I think the bathrooms look a little tired. For a hotel that opened in 2019 I think the bathrooms could be better. Perhaps more 5 star quality

Het hotel was ongeveer 15 min van de airport. Super mooie omgeving. Heel schoon. Geweldig personeel, heel vriendelijk en een uitstekend ontbijt. Mijn zoontje vond de gamekamer super. We hebben als een roos geslapen.

Het was een beetje te fris in Tanger om gebruik te maken van het zwembad. Dat was wel erg jammer. De activiteiten van de kidsclub waren er niet. Wellicht pas open in de zomer?

Het Hilton is een megalomaan hotel. Het is er prachtig en goed verzorgd, maar het is onpersoonlijk. Prachtige buffetten met heerlijk eten. De golfbaan is erg mooi en zeer rustig.

Personeel (vooral bij het deel aan het zwembad) voelt zich niet verantwoordelijk, ze zijn drukker met elkaar dan met de gasten. Veel te hoge prijzen voor drankjes en lunch.

ESCROQUERIE MAL VAILLANCE MAUVAIS ACCUEIL NON RESPECT DE LA RESERVATION (2 ADULTES) OBLIGATION DE PRENDRE UNE CHAMBRE EN PLUS A 23 heures 30 sous couvert de pays musulman et de Lois inexistante inventée par le réceptionniste et soutenue de façon agressive par un executive sous chef YOUNES ELFAYDY ; une direction quasi absente à une heure aussi tardive et un essaie de se racheter une fois la deuxième chambre acquise par petits gestes de bonne intention.

Zodra je binnen komt ervaar je een gevoel van rust door de vogeltjes en de fonteintjes. De zee op loopafstand voor nog meer rust. Alles zit in het hotel incl. een speelruimte voor de kinderen tot aan een spa. Het personeel is uitstekend en laten je thuis voelen.

Dat ik niet langer heb geboekt.

Acceuil par Mohamed à l'arrivée super, après avoir galérai pour trouver l'hôtel , car situation GPS inexistante. chambre TOP, vue piscine TOP, diner restaurant TOPPISSIME mais l'hôtel international 5 étoiles, ne fournit pas un seul verre de vin car vous y logez pendant le ramadan!!!!

le lendemain fut catastrophique !!!! douche avant petit dej tout explose dans la SdeB une vrai piscine de l'eau partout sur les murs, le sol et pire mes cheveux!!!! petit déjeuner très très moyen, jus d'eau aux légumes , pas de yaourt, pas de fromage hormis vache qui rit, déplorable .

Excellente chambre, vue magnifique sur mer. Le petit déjeuner était tres bon et varie. L'accès a la mer est directe (plage vide, paradisiaque). Le personnel était au petit soin, tres souriant et serviable. Mention spéciale a Jalil qui était exceptionnel.

L’accueil est agréable avec Melle Wissal, et service de chambre très à l’écoute avec m le Fatima. Le restaurant c’est une vraie délice. Merci à toute l’équipe

Au début j’ai reçu une chambre non aérée avec une odeur de moisissure. Il paraît que c’est la chambre réservée sur booking mais la situation s’est vite amélioré par la réactivité de Mme Loubna belkady et de monsieur Jalil Talhaoui.

Hilton has a minimum standard. It was as expected

The property was a bit quiet. Had high expectations as it was a beach property. However, the beach was not maintained well. I spent more on taxis than the room rent. Please have your own car if you plan to stay here. Staff responsiveness to requests were quite slow. Even the signages were not correctly marked. It was struggle to find the room.

It’s beautiful location, close to beach and outside of city, calm and very relaxing . Also pretty impressive architecture

So I feel it’s overpriced, especially the dinner. It was nice but the dining room felt actually like a cheaper snack bar. The food was nice indeed but nothing extraordinary just abundant. The space ( chairs tables etc ) were really standard and it felt like I paid 400dhs (which believe is a lot for Morocco) for nothing really, no value add… there used to be not much choice of drinks, no wine no beer… I would have expected this from a international hotel chain, of this

Die Arbeiter waren super nett und sehrr hilfreich , und das Essen war sehr köstlich, die Rezeption waren sehr nett und respektvoll und haben uns viel geholfen und empfehlen wo wir einen Ausflug machen können, ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde wieder hingehen , danke Euch für den tollen Aufenthalt 😊😃
