The views were simply amazing, from seeing the sun rays lighting up the view in the morning to the clear star filled nights.
The home had everything we needed very well stocked.

This is a wonderful home! It’s gorgeous, cozy, clean, fully stocked, and super spacious. Beds are comfortable, the views are spectacular, and the location is super convenient to everything. The owners could be better to work with and more accommodating and helpful! Get ready for a great vacation here! And I have high expectations and standards! 10/10!

The views are just stunning. It's also super cozy and cabin-like. Very peaceful up here as well.
The hosts left extensive instructions, and all facilities were ready to use. The kitchen has everything you could possibly needs to cut, shave, grind, cook, flip, etc.
It was just a phenomenal stay with 6 adults and 2 kids.
Two things that I don't hold against the place, and if we come back to Tahoe we will absolutely stay here again:
1) the Teflon ware is all scratched up, and thus carcinogenic - either replace the old cookware with new Teflon or stainless steel
2) the master bedroom has a very thin ceiling, you can hear all the noise above it (kitchen and living room) - I think this can be resolved by adding a drywall ceiling with insulation
Thank you to the hosts for having such a spectacular house and very considerate manual to maximize enjoyment of the stay.

This house represents accurately on the listing and was a great ski home for a week: furniture was comfortable, dishes were clean and rules were very easy to understand and obey. Only downside was internet was not functional for our entire week-long stay, and cell reception was spotty. This was bad for working from the house, and for entertainment - we basically had no connectivity.

We booked this for our annual Nee Years ski trip with friends. It was perfect! Plenty of space and was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Very close to the Boulder lift and parking for Heavenly. We would stay here again for sure.

This is a beautiful property nestled away in a cul de sac but just minutes from Heavenly village and South Lake Tahoe beaches. The views are amazing, the house is spacious, clean and has everything thoughtfully stocked from lotions to spices to boardgames! The huge hot tub is another great feature..felt really good to soak in after a tiring day! We were a family of 8 and here for just one night..wish we could have stayed longer!

The house looks just like the pictures, if not even better in real life, and the whole place is stocked with amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location gave us great views of the mountains and the lake, and was just a short (~8 min) drive from Heavenly Village, without any of the noise of the village. We were charged for a “bleach” stain on since we had a big family to stay we can’t be certain if it was left by us but we never used bleach there. At the same time it was easy to communicate and I believe the charges were fair at the end. Would definitely stay here again.

The views were awesome, the kitchen was upscale with many amenities. Hot tub was nice and there was so much to enjoy in the area. From hiking to waterfalls, gondola rides, MS Dixie trip, golf, ATV's, shopping, etc., our vacation couldn't have been better. My personal favorite was watching the sun come up over the mountains and lake, while having my morning coffee. 😊

This was a nice home. Good communication with the owner. Be aware - 3 viechles max - The neighbor was watching us like a hawk with the parking situation. So it is serious that the rule states 3 cars max, no street parking. All in all, we had a nice time.

View was Spectacular
You won't find a better view in Tahoe. The house is in a great location and was very clean. Parking at the casino was not an issue either.

This house is located in a nice area and the views are amazing! Super close to lifts, so you can get to skiing/snowboarding right away. Michael, our host, was great and very helpful from the moment we booked this listing, I definitely recommend it!

Exceptional stay!
Our stay here exceeded our expectations. Walking distance to the NV lift at Heavenly, just a 5-10 minute drive to any grocery or liquor store. We really felt no reason to leave the house outside of skiing. Great for a large group. The only thing I would call out is the sleeping situation, as you are sharing rooms. It was fine for us, just something to be aware of. Highly recommend this stay!

This house is located in a nice area and the views are amazing! Super close to lifts, so you can get to skiing/snowboarding right away. Michael, our host, was great and very helpful from the moment we booked this listing, I definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience at this home, the views were great and the home was very clean. Rhonda was very nice and responded quickly and was a big help in finding activities and hikes to do around town.

My husband and I stayed along with 3 other couples for a long weekend getaway. The views were gorgeous and the cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. The spa was fun too! I would not hesitate to go again and take our 3 boys next time, maybe in the winter so we can hit the slopes.
