We booked this for our annual Nee Years ski trip with friends. It was perfect! Plenty of space and was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Very close to the Boulder lift and parking for Heavenly. We would stay here again for sure.

This is a beautiful property nestled away in a cul de sac but just minutes from Heavenly village and South Lake Tahoe beaches. The views are amazing, the house is spacious, clean and has everything thoughtfully stocked from lotions to spices to boardgames! The huge hot tub is another great feature..felt really good to soak in after a tiring day! We were a family of 8 and here for just one night..wish we could have stayed longer!

We just wrapped up the most wonderful trip. Michael and Rhonda are the most amazing hosts who are quick to respond, patient, and incredibly welcoming. The house looks just like the pictures, if not even better in real life, and the whole place is stocked with amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location gave us great views of the mountains and the lake, and was just a short (~8 min) drive from Heavenly Village, without any of the noise of the village. The check in and check out process was very easy, and the welcome guide inside gave wonderful details for our stay, including food and activity recommendations! Thank you Michael and Rhonda!!

we stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect! the view from the deck is incredible, the house is spacious, and everything was exactly as described. would definitely come back again and again.

Very clean propert and easy communication with property manager/owners, stay was as expected. Only thing is to make sure you inspect property for any potential damage/stains and note at beginning of stay. We were charged for a “bleach” stain on since we had a big family to stay we can’t be certain if it was left by us but we never used bleach there. At the same time it was easy to communicate and I believe the charges were fair at the end. Would definitely stay here again.

The property offered every thing needed to start your stay and the owner was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. And, the views are magnificent! If our travels ever bring us back to South Lake Tahoe, we'll definitely want to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Had 8 people, including 2 children and the room setups with tons of overall home space, made it a very pleasant vacation. The views were awesome, the kitchen was upscale with many amenities. Hot tub was nice and there was so much to enjoy in the area. From hiking to waterfalls, gondola rides, MS Dixie trip, golf, ATV's, shopping, etc., our vacation couldn't have been better. My personal favorite was watching the sun come up over the mountains and lake, while having my morning coffee. 😊

This was a nice home. Good communication with the owner. Be aware - 3 viechles max - The neighbor was watching us like a hawk with the parking situation. So it is serious that the rule states 3 cars max, no street parking. All in all, we had a nice time.

You won't find a better view in Tahoe. The house is in a great location and was very clean. Parking at the casino was not an issue either.

Everything was as advertised. Nice house with accessible manager. Great for families- Spacious living and dining areas with good size rooms in a great location. 5 stars!

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. Walking distance to the NV lift at Heavenly, just a 5-10 minute drive to any grocery or liquor store. We really felt no reason to leave the house outside of skiing. Great for a large group. The only thing I would call out is the sleeping situation, as you are sharing rooms. It was fine for us, just something to be aware of. Highly recommend this stay!

This house is located in a nice area and the views are amazing! Super close to lifts, so you can get to skiing/snowboarding right away. Michael, our host, was great and very helpful from the moment we booked this listing, I definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience at this home, the views were great and the home was very clean. Rhonda was very nice and responded quickly and was a big help in finding activities and hikes to do around town.

My husband and I stayed along with 3 other couples for a long weekend getaway. The views were gorgeous and the cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. The spa was fun too! I would not hesitate to go again and take our 3 boys next time, maybe in the winter so we can hit the slopes.

Great location, very clean house, well stocked kitchenware, trash bags, condiments, seasonings, coffee, bath essentials, etc. All appliances in great working condition. Owner very responsive. House instructional booklet was great.One of the better houses we would stayed in. Will definitely rent again. A couple of notes.........1st floor master bedroom sliding door does not lock, bath towels were limited and limited to no shade on main floor patio to enjoy the scenery

Great location close to lake beaches and casinos. Wonderful deck view of lake from upper Kingsbury made for relaxing mornings and evenings. Clean property in a quiet area.

We had a group of 12 people and this cabin had more than enough space for us all to sleep and lounge comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to prep our meals, the living room has a very nice fireplace and a lot of space for group activities (games or movie night), and the hot tub was an excellent added bonus. The hot tub is surrounded by Plexiglas walls to protect from the wind which was definitely beneficial as it can get really windy this close to the lake. Each of the bedrooms were spacious and a number of them had additional fireplaces as well which was a nice touch. The location of this cabin is excellent. It's the only cabin on a small cul-de-sac and is only about 10 minutes from the casinos and downtown Heavenly. Surrounded by forest and with an amazing lake view off of the multiple balconies, you can't go wrong with booking this cabin! We had some unexpected snow on our last morning and Michael was incredibly helpful in letting us wait out the storm until it was safe to leave the cabin. Our group will definitely consider staying at this property again in the future!

This is a home away from home. We were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the entire family (7 adults and 3 young kids). The kitchen has everything you need, we didn't eat out once. In fact we didn't go anywhere except outside to play in the snow and take walks. The views from every window in the home are spectacular. The hot tub was an added bonus for sore muscles from our days of snow ball fights and sledding. The communication with Michael was seamless. Don't hesitate to book.

Our party was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the views are, how close the national forest is (right outside the patio) and how the kitchen and bathrooms are so wonderfully stocked. We've stayed in many different rental houses and had many different levels of comfort amenities, but this was by far the best. There are many spices, oils, pots, pans and numerous kitchen utensils. The bathrooms had hand soap, toilet paper and Kleenex. It was so nice to have the basics covered so we could truly enjoy our stay without any inconveniences. All the necessary information was enclosed in a bound book and was incredibly helpful. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the property owner and the property manager. Top notch views, amenities and customer service.
