Very easy check-in

La propreté, le calme,l'emplacement du lieux, Le propriétaire joignable par téléphone et problème résolu. Je recommande, belle decouverte à namur

Ancien papier toilette, presque fini, on aurait pu déjà l'enlever et laisser les autres....mais pas grave

Propre bien situé facile d’accès

Logement très pratique pour une nuit, avec tout le nécessaire. Idéal pour une entrée tardive grâce à la boîte à clé (à l'entrée et à la sortie du logement)

Le prix était un peu élevé, difficulté pour se garer autour du logement dû peut-être au fait d'être un samedi soir ?!

I had certain problems on the check-in, which were quite unpleasant. However, the staff member appeared within 10 minutes (although I arrived quite late in the evening) and, instead of the room that I'd booked, offered me another much bigger and more comfortable room (for the same price). This was all due to the unpleasant situation I had with the check-in. As the staff was really helping and the room I stayed in was much better and more comfortable than the one I paid for, it wouldn't be fair to give a bad review. The room in which I stayed had a private bathroom and kitchen supplies. It was clean and nice.

The check-in experience was unpleasant, especially since it happened late in the evening. Before the situation was resolved, I was stressed about how to find another booking that late. Luckily, everything was OK at the end. The internet signal was very bad in my part of the building. There was another wifi network, but the staff did not know the password, so I basically didn't have the internet. Luckily, I did not spend much time in the room.

L'emplacement au top, tout est faisable à pied. Grande salle de bain même si petite douche. Petite kitchenette (frigo, micro-onde, évier, machine à café) et petite vaisselle. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Nous avons été dérangé par le personnel de nettoyage une bonne heure avec la remise de la chambre. Celui-ci a en effet frappé à la porte avant de rester discuter devant celle-ci, ce qui nous a mis mal à l'aise.

Bon établissement seul bémol pas d endroit sécurisé pour valise si vous arrivez avant l heure et à la sortir Si vous devez vous déplacer autre qu' avec une voiture

Globalement ça allait, du moins pour le prix que nous avons payé, contrairement au prix actuel qui est trop cher pour ce que c'est.

-Il est annoncé, frigo, Ustensiles de cuisine , Kitchenette, micro onde, ets... Mais en fait la kitchenette est en commun, ce n'est pas privative. Ça devrait être précisé que c'est en commun. -Il est annoncé parking public, ok, on se dit qu'on aura pas à chercher une place de parking, ben SI, trouver une place de parking à été un parcoure du combattant. -Le parking et les rues sont saturés de voiture et la chambre se trouve dans une rue piétonne à 50 à 100 mètres plus loin. -Avec les nuits fraiches que l'on vit actuellement, nous n'avons pas eu de chauffage, donc, le levé du matin était un peu compliqué. -On est venu frapper à notre porte pour demander pour purger les radiateurs alors que ma femme dormait encore.

Ik vond het inchecken 's avonds in de buurt (doods...) als vrouw niet makkelijk, alsook het terug vertrekken voor het echt klaar werd zonder iemand te zien. De kamer was stoffig, de TV werkte niet alsook de senseo. Het feit dat er geen WC op de kamer was en de gang slecht verlicht was om naar de badkamer te gaan vond ik ook moeilijk.

Das neu gestaltete Badezimmer war der einzige positive Lichtblick.

Schon die Bildauswahl bei booking.com: Alle Bilder der diversen Appartments wurden zusammen gezeigt, man musste - wenn man dazu Lust hatte - kriminalistischen Spürsinn aufbringen, um evtl. ein App. einzeln sich vorzustellen. Unklar blieb bis zur Info einen Tag vor Anreise, welches App. man beziehen würde. Dann wurde es spannend und eben enttäuschend: keine "Terasse", in der "Kitchenette" keine Tassen, nur wenige Pappbecher, kein Trockentuch nach Abwasch von Besteck, die Treppen im Haus sehr "sportlich", die Treppe in der oberen Teil des App. (zweites Schlafzimmer ohne Tür) eine Zumutung, da sehr steil und sehr schmal. Für eine Nacht machbar, dann ist der Preis aber deutlich zu hoch, Hotels in der Stadt günstiger.

Not too far from train station and local bars. Checking in very straight forward with codes provided for the doors.

Shower door fell off runner so I had to fix myself,mosquito’s in the room which I had to kill and floor dirty.

Clean room. Quite location.

No lift - no mention of it on the website. Being asked to pay more for a ground floor room. Very steep stairs with where dangerous when the light didn't come on going to the shared bathroom.

Not a lot! Although the Shower pressure was good although shower cubicle was ridiculously small given the size of the bathroom!

Words can’t express how awful this place is. The area felt unsafe with numerous unsavoury people hanging around and hassling for money. The room was very care worn. Although there was a small fridge, microwave and coffee machine there wasn’t one piece of cutlery, a plate or a mug. I should have been grateful that they had given us 2 paper cups! When the fan was plugged in the tv went off and vice versa. All of the electrical cables would not pass code.

Winter blankets during summer. Coffee machine. Party in the street downstairs. A small festival/parade together with the un-closable window(s) make it quite loud in the room at night.

Location was perfect. Self check-in/out was super easy. Room was clean and the bed was decently comfortable.

Shower was tiny and room was hot because it was on the top floor.

Easy to find. Clean. Good value. Friendly staff. Clean towels daily. Basic but had what we needed.

Little bit noisy at night from the street but apart from that all good.
