The location to the river and the ghats is excellent and being down a quiet side street makes the evenings quieter than the main thoroughfares. Some of the staff were very helpful and willing to assist with special requests but others were dour and monosyllablic.

The Booking.com website shows "standard" rooms with curtains which leads one to suppose that there are windows and a view. This is NOT true! The rooms have no windows. Only superior rooms have windows. The airconditioning functions only at one temprature and is not very cool. The room was never made up during our stay and dirty plates were left in the room even though the staff come into the room whilst we were out to turn off the airconditioning. Breakfast was a few rotis, some bananas and a curry dish. We had to request eggs and yoghurt and honey which did arrive but the service was indifferent.

The location of this hotel was very good, we liked being so close to Assi ghat.

At the end of our trip, the hotel refused to take card payment for our stay claiming that they could not accept international cards despite our card being accepted in each and every hotel and restaurant in India and was also in the rupees currency. They assured us there was nothing they could do about this despite us saying that we had to pay with card. We spent a half an hour arguing with them over this the night before check out and another half an hour on the morning of check out with them even suggesting that they would take us to a different hotel to pay which we did not feel safe about. They finally agreed to bring a different card terminal to the hotel and when we managed to pay using this terminal, there were 8 Indian men watching over this and staring at us which we found extremely intimidating. Card payment not being accepted was not communicated to us before making the booking or at any point during our stay until the end.

The location is great...near tulsi ghat and assi ghat...some of the staff were very good and welcoming...also please ask for free water...they won't tell you from their side but you can ask for refill for the water bottles

Some of the staff members were a bit rude...also we booked for 3 people...the room was very small in that respect...also booked breakfast with them...the options were very limited...also it felt like they have staff shortage or some issues bcz their staff were only complaining about the work there...

Good location near Assi ghat. The staff is trying its best to provide a good stay.

We asked for a breakfast to go as we needed to leave early, they forgot about it even tho we talked about it to the manager and the cook ! What a pity…

All good. Veg Restaurant okey Staff super Very near ASSI GATH...good location. The hôtel provide Gath Tour on the Ganga which is very convenient and the price lower !!

Some rooms don't have window... If your AC doesnt switch on, just call reception they will fix it within the minute.
