Appartement rénové et propre. Bien situé pour nos déplacements.
On aurait apprécié la présence d'un responsable, pcq c'était trop froid dans l'appartement et on n'avait aucun signal sur le téléviseur...

Clean , nice place to stay ,near the river sidewalk , not far from the Promenade Mall and from Ottawa ( 20 mins ) we can book everything we want to visit ,beautiful place to stay.
First time l’am going there and was very sastisfy

The guy at the reception was friendly and helpful. He helped us out during the checking time.

The cleaning in the bathroom...we found loads of hairs on the wall and a few on the bed.

The sound isolation is not very great. I can hear guests from another room snoring.

Comfortable bed, clean modern style room with a good and quiet air conditioner.
Customer service was almost a zero. There were some problems in our room, we reported them but did not receive any help at all.

Really cute studio, very clean. Kitchenette was a little smaller than what I expected but worked for what I needed.

Location for the summer is perfect for anyone who enjoys being active
