We stayed here with 3 families and the max number of people and there was room for all of us comfortably. They have more things then you’ll ever need onsite to enjoy the river. It’s a quiet neighborhood, we met both neighbors and they were friendly. The owners and housekeeper were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to have visitors over the max people during the day, when friends that were on the river wanted to stop by (as long as we were following all other rules such as max cars ect..) and they let us check in early and out late. It’s definitely worth spending the money to be right in the river and adds to the experience. We will be back!

We had such a great time and loved every minute of our stay! The house had plenty of room for our six adults and 4 kids (age 6-10). There is actually more space than the website describes as the downstairs extra bedroom not only has a double bed but also a twin and twin bunk bed! There is a sweet little coffee bar/kitchenette downstairs and there is a trundle bed there as well! The house has lots of games, plenty of dishes, pots and pans and honestly, there was nothing we needed! If you don’t mind sharing spices-no need to bring or buy! Then there is the beautiful Rainbow River! Just enjoying the view is enough but there are kayaks and tubes galore and the shaded dock is great for fishing or watching the world go by! We hope to come back and plan to stay longer for sure! Thanks so much for having us

The house is very clean, spacious and beautiful. The property right on the springs is incredible. Easy to spend all day kayaking and tubing in the water. Owner is very easy to reach. This is our second time at this house and we will be back. Highly recommend!

Everything was great about this house! Location on river was perfect with a great dock to watch everyone float or paddle by. The setup of the house was great! Nobody ever felt like they were on top of each other and having 4 full bathrooms was a HUGE bonus. The question is always whos going to share a bathroom? Well not here, each couple had their own. Having soo many kayaks was so nice right out the back door. Last year we rented and they cost about $30/each. Kitchen is very well equipped! Brought my big chef's pan & stock pot to cook pasta, but didnt need to they had 😊!

This is the 3rd time staying at this house. We love it! Perfect house to stay in everyone has their own space. We came up to celebrate my daughter graduating from high school. Everyone had a great time. We put our paddle boards in at the KP hole, tubed from the house past Swampy’s and took my sons boat out early in morning. The girls went tubing, fished from the dock and went out in the kayaks. My son and his girlfriend went boating and enjoyed the river. We had a great meal at Stumpknockers (funny name but great food). It was the perfect weekend!

My family and I had a wonderful time here! Susanne and Reni were amazing. We had a 10, 12, 14 and 16 year old with us and they swam, snorkeled, kayaked and tubed non stop. This part of the river is beautiful, it’s pretty deep so younger kids or not strong swimmers can’t swim much but tie a raft to the dock and they can still enjoy it. Our 10 year old isn’t a swimmer but he loves to fish and he caught a lot of blue gill and sunfish right off the dock. The older kids swam non stop and snorkeled. I Highly recommend this house, it’s beautiful and cozy. Susanne and Reni have plenty for you to do. We will definitely be back!!!!

We have stayed on the Rainbow River many times. This is my new favorite home to rent. It was very spacious, beautiful decor inside and well laid out. The host had done all the little extra things that showed they are guest focused: providing floats in addition to high quality kayaks, binoculars for bird watching, plenty of cooking pots and pans to accommodate the number of guests, nightlights throughout the house, basic cable in the main living area, duel internet servers to provide extra coverage for the large home, dishes and a small microwave in the downstairs area so the kids can heat up snacks, large washer and dryer and so many more. I would definitely rent this home again. The location on the river is ideal and the home is easy to find. Great property!

The family and I stayed here for a short vacation. Absolutely wonderful house and location. Susan was very responsive and accommodating. Highly would recommend.

This is a great place for a get away. The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need. The only complain is that it was to short a stay.

The house is so spacious that it actually would accommodate the 10 person max that is advertised. The kitchen is nicely appointed and there are lots of water toys. The key element is the location on Rainbow River, where we floated, swam, and saw multiple otters at play.

We had an excellent stay on the River in this beautiful house!!! We were greeted with Easter treats, wine, and carrot cake. We will definitely book again!!! Very clean and lots of water toys.

Also brought diving mask and snorkels. Enjoyed the time doing that as well. Water is very clear. Be aware, in channel a few yards from edge, water moves briskly, so if small kids need to watch them. Otters are on river which were fun to see.

This Place was perfect, the home is nice, the rooms & the beds are all nice but it is the Location that really does it! Right on the Water, a Great Firepit in the back yard w/ wood to burn, plenty of chairs and several Kayaks and Paddle boards for teens and adults to have FUN! Close to the Park and downtown area on the river. We sat around the fire and played guitar, it was Perfect. The Owners were great and communicated with us w/out issues. WE would love to come back here!

We fully enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. So appreciative of the hosts and their excellent communication, the great layout of the house, and its exceptional setting on the river. Only wish we’d had more time to spend there!

Beautiful home in a cul-de-sac neighborhood right on the Rainbow River. Whether we were enjoying our first morning coffee on the porch while gazing at the river or playing board games late into the evening, we truly were able to relax in this gorgeous home with a view of the river. The kitchen was nicely equipped so that we were able to easily prepare our Thanksgiving feast. We took full advantage of the kayaks provided, and kayaked up and down the Rainbow almost every day. Our host was gracious and extremely easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would love to stay again in the future.

This house had such a great vibe! Lots of spaces and places to gather together or be separate for private time. Very accommodating to a group with everything we needed. The location on the rainbow River was excellent. The Kayaking was wonderful! We would definitely rent this home again!

It was absolutely breathtaking!!! Everything from the help and attention of owners and caretakers to the amazing views, the space, how the house is prepared, cleaned and so well distributed. It was the absolute best!! Can’t say enough good things about it!

Beautiful river

It’s a very nice house!

This was our fourth time renting this property and will not be our last. It has everything you need for a few days or a week.

Part of me doesn't want to write this because I want to keep it a secret for ourselves. We have been renting vacation homes on the Rainbow River for the past 7 years. This was our first year at this property and we were blown away! We are already booking for next year. Where do I start? From the moment you walk in you know it is going to be hard to leave. Beautiful open floor plan, inviting kitchen, large dining room that takes you into the massive upstairs master bedroom with a beautiful view of the river. The upstairs screened in porch was another favorite spot. We watched the storms roll through and took several naps on the daybed. We had a total of 10 people. 6 adults and 4 kids. There was more than enough space. Each adult/couple had a bedroom with their own private bathroom and the kids had the downstairs river rat room. There were even beds to spare! We truly loved that there are only TV's in the upstairs living room and downstairs river rat room. It kept everyone gathering together instead of hiding in their rooms. Great idea! Plus after days on the river, by the time we went to bed we didn't need tv in our room. We took full advantage of the kayaks which were all in great shape along with the tubes. This property is in a pristine location right smack dab in the middle of of the river (between the head springs and Swampys). This is exactly where you want to be. Trust me. Having stayed on the river many times I can attest that the dock and the depth of the water around it by far the best around. There is no sea grass you have to walk or swim through just beautiful white sand. I drank my coffee on the dock every single morning and watched the sun come up. We also had the pleasure of watching the family of otters playing just down stream. They have a little den up and across from the property and you will see them come out in the early mornings and evenings. Sandy and Reni were very communicative. In fact, were nice enough to message us that inclement weather was coming and to stay safe. There is not one thing I would change about this property. I'll say it again...Absolutely gorgeous house, yard, dock, location! We did not want to leave. Thank you for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise!

The home was spacious and comfortable—- just as described online. We were a family of seven and had plenty of room to spread out and have privacy. Having the kayaks and other river equipment right there was such a plus. The dock is great for sitting and for boat launching. Qwners were very helpful. Will definitely return.

This home was spacious and well stocked for a carefree river vacation. The location made it enjoyable whether you prefer kayaking, swimming, tubing or riding in a pontoon rental from Captain Bob's. I recommend you do it all to really experience every view this magnificent springs has to offer. I would definitely recommend this home.

This home is in a perfect location for all the social interaction you could want on the river. Lots of space and upper floor has raised ceilings so feels very roomy.
