Beautiful home-excellent accommodations-no surprises or disappointments-beautiful view of the lake-Roxan was wonderful in communicating with us-would stay here again.

The owners thought of everything. This is a very comfortable, well-equipped place to stay! The playground and yard outside were very fun, and the view is outstanding.

We had an amazing weekend at Bear Lake!! We loved the cabin and would love to come back again!

Great location, close to all the shakes! Clean, plenty of room for all 14 of us. The kids loved playing outside, adults appreciated the fenced yard.

The view is amazing! The house is clean and comfortable. We had our family reunion there that included 10 adults and 7 kids. One of the highlights for us was the outdoor play area. It is covered with turf and fenced at the lower part. Kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, appliances, and cookware. 2 refrigerator/freezers made it very nice. The kitchen table was large enough to fit at least 12 people, but you could probably squeeze in a couple more. Oh, and there was a card table that we set up to hold all the non- refrigerated food that we brought. We all loved Grandma‘s House and highly recommend it to others.

The view is fantastic. We had plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the tether ball and swingset. Roxan was great to work with. She was helpful, kind, and responsive. One thing to note… the basement is so cold compared to the upstairs. I recommend closing all the vents in the basement if you turn the AC on to cool the upstairs. I wished we would have brought more warm clothes for those sleeping in the basement but, luckily, there were plenty of blankets in the house to use. Overall, we had a good trip.

This is the 5th year we have stayed at Grandmas Cabin. Each year she surprises us with something new., This year was new cooking supplies and a fence around the playground. I love this cabin.

We had a wonderful time staying at Grandma’s House. It’s a perfect set up for a family reunion of 10-20 people. We loved the fun yard, the swings beneath the deck, the gorgeous view of the lake, the plentiful seating for meals and well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax in the evening after a day at the lake, and the kids enjoyed the books and games at the house. We had a wii bowling tournament on the big screen downstairs, and we really appreciated the chest of beach towels for guests to use, as some in our party had flown and hadn’t brought any. It was a perfect weekend at this great house! We would love to stay again in the future.

The house was very nice with gorgeous lake views, however, it is located at the end of a dead end street with a steep driveway which made it a nightmare to try to get to with a boat trailer. Also, the house was not well stocked- 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no soap/body wash/shampoo provided, and the hand soap in the bathroom had obviously been significantly watered down. Overall, had a good stay but prob won’t be back

Everything was wonderful, except check in. We were never given a code for entry to the property. When we called the owners they were not picking up. We were fortunate that someone showed up to service the property. Though they did not have access for entry, they were able to get ahold of a family member that eventually was able to get us in. we spent the 1st 2 hours of our vacation standing at the door. everything else... wonderful and perfect. I would stay again.

We had a large family reunion and there was space for everyone to sleep as well as eat and play. There was lots of extra pillows and comforters and sofa’s with pull out beds. The picnic tables outside gave us lots of room to eat. The playground and multiple living rooms made it so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We only wished we could control the AC for each floor, the basement was very cold in order to keep the top floor from being too hot. Otherwise it was more than we could have hoped for.

We came for a family get-together and had a great time staying here! It was conveniently located to the hwy and the beaches on the Utah side of the lake. The house is up on the hill so you have an amazing view of the lake, but it did make riding bikes from there just a bit more of a workout. The hot tub, fire pit and playground were all tons of fun and we had plenty of space for all of us to play and hang out inside. Would recommend 😊

The views of Bear Lake off the balcony were breathtaking. The hot tub was so relaxing as were the chair swings. Our grandkids loved the playground.

We stayed here for a short Spring Break trip with some friends and it was the perfect getaway spot! The kitchen was well stocked, there is a grocery store and some cute shops are nearby, and we were even able to go to the North Shore beach on a warmer day to play in the sand. The yard was a hit, the hot tub was clean, and we had access to Netflix for the kiddos. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us and we could have easily had another family stay with us comfortably. The property owners stopped by quickly to make sure there was propane for the grill and everything was in order and they were very friendly! We will definitely consider coming back here again!

Beautiful view, nice spacious home and family all around. I couldn’t ask for a better weekend.

The overlook view was beautiful. My in laws loved it!!! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. There was only one negative, we could not get the hot tub to heat up or the circuit breaker to stay from breaking. Roxan, was so nice and apologized, she tried to get someone there to look at it, but it was a weekend and it was not a huge deal for us. She was so sweet and gave us $$ to pay for a nice dinner for the entire family. It was greatly appreciated! We would stay here again for sure, next time with our kiddos.

Owners were most accommodating. Patient with our questions. Wanted us to get the most out of our experience.

Grandma's cabin was a great choice for our family trip to Bear Lake! The cabin layout is perfect and allows for privacy when needed along with plenty of common space for gathering. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels for inside AND beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need and the private hot tub was icing on the cake after a long day. We would not hesitate to stay here again - loved our visit!

Wonderful place. We all had a great time. There were a lot of Hornets outside when we ate. Beautiful view. The kids loved the playground. We didn't think you should expect us to get all the towels washed before we checked out.

The swings under the deck were a big hit and the children loved the playground! The hot tub was also enjoyed every evening. The extra fridge was a nice added addition. Our family will be back!

Grandmas house is our favorite place to stay. The grandchildren love the play ground and there is enough room to play corn hole and visit while they play. The beds are comfortable but if you plan on sleeping on the couches I recommend you bring extra padding.. Plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows. We will be back.

We enjoyed the cabin. It was clean as we arrived. The yard and playground were the biggest hit with the grandkids It was great to have the upstairs rooms with extra air conditioning Loved the two refrigerators. Used our own towels so we did not use the washer and dryer. Roxan was so great to work with and answer our concern and questions.

Our extended family stayed at Grandma’s House the week of the 4th of July. I don’t understand why other reviewer‘s chose to nitpick about the few imperfections because this is an excellent find! All you really need to know is the location is perfect, it’s extremely comfortable for a large family (there were 20 of us) and Roxan was amazing to work with. We all had a fantastic time and highly recommend it!

What a fun place for our grandkids! The yard and play structure were great. We played some volleyball and badminton. Had yummy raspberry shakes on the deck and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The view was amazing. The hosts were great to work with and responsive to our needs. Enjoyed our wonderful family time.

We enjoyed our stay here! There were enough places to sleep although there weren’t enough sheets or blankets to go around. Luckily we had a few sleeping bags with us so we ended up using those! The tether had been pulled off the ball and we requested a replacement by messaging the owners but didn’t hear back so we didn’t have the planned tournament. There was a lot of built up grease on the barbecue so it erupted in flames when my son turned it on. It worked perfectly after we cleaned it up. Also the e instructions asked us to shower before we got in the hot tub, which we did, so as not to get sand in the hot tub; but when we went to get in there was quite a lot of sand in there already. But we enjoyed it anyway! The home was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our stay. We did kill 2 black widows in the downstairs bedroom when we opened the blinds. They probably need to spray down there. Overall, the home was large enough to enjoy our stay without being on top of each other!

Loved the location and available toys, kitchen supplies. Best views around and close to marina. Very nice hot tub. Ample parking, but not good if you are bringing a boat. Washer is very small…and since you are required to wash all your towels before you leave, it takes a good day for washing and drying. Would love to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Kitchen is very well stocked. Perfect for families. With that being said we had a girl throw up on bedding I communicated with the host however the washing machine and dryer is not large enough to accurately clean bedding . We washed the bedding but couldn’t get the stains out I told her and she said her cleaning ladies said we hadn’t done it.. There also was sand in the hot tub before we evened used it. The grassy area had not been mowed and taken care of. The turf was great however. The grill also was dirty and the deck. I would suggest to take pictures upon arrival so that you can dispute what the owner Accuses you have or haven’t done. Yes it sleeps 26 people however the washing machine doesn’t accommodate that much bedding. You also have to wash all the towels before you check out. Which I have not seen at any other vrbo that we have rented. We enjoyed our stay but the host is now charged us $300 extra dollars claiming we caused damage that was there upon arrival.

Where do i even start. From the superb communications between myself and Roxanne. Top notch! Pictures do not justify how incredibly beautiful this place is. The view, the amenities is all in all exactly what it’s written out to be. Definitely will be back again to enjoy with family.
