The drive up to the North is beautiful and very interesting with a good English speaking guide. Gorgeous tiered rice paddies built into mountain side and lakes and local villages are so nice to see. The photos of the Villas do not do it justice. The beauty will take your breath away. Open and airy and beautifully appointed; it has everything you need. Beautiful swimming pool/decks/lounge chairs/landscaping.....what more could you ask for? Best massage I had to date while facing beautiful pond. Girls come to prepare your breakfast and dinner if you like. (Good job girls !!!) Anything can be arranged for you. I did a fabulous 2 tank dive for eg: Hubby & I were alone but would also be great for families. You will be happy you chose Jeda Villas.

We had such an amazing time. The villa is so gorgeous, the service of Selamat, his wife and all of the other staff for Jeda were absolutely perfection. You feel like you are living like the rich & famous. The village is so friendly, everyone knows everyone and you get the biggest smiles! There are no beach vendors hawking sarongs or other items...you can spend your time quietly enjoying the sun, the sound of the ocean.... The food at the villa was GREAT, better than anywhere else we tried in town and as much or less than outside as well. They have both western and Indonesian...this was the most amazing time I have ever had in Bali. Don't get scared by the driveway....

Our stay at this villa was wonderful. The facilities were great, the views amazing, lots of amenities, a satisfying breakfast every morning, and beautiful architecture that gave us a very comfortable feeling. The location in the hills above Pemuteran was great, and we were happy that we ended up there, instead of in one of the beach hotels. It's simple to get down to the water, with your own transport or the shuttle service provided by the staff. Being an owner of a rental villa in the Ubud area, I looked at everything with a critical eye. I could find no faults. Our time at Jeda Villa was wonderful, and we can recommend this villa without reservation.

This was one of my finest visits at the beautiful island of Bali. And I have to say, I visited the island many times. Up in the mountains you will find this beautiful hidden spot with a magnificent view to the ocean. The owners really thought about EVERYTHING! Food, luxury, a wonderful swimmingpool and really one of the most finest spots at the island of Bali. The villa's are well equipped, modern with great taste of the owners. The staff is friendly, helpful and are there to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Nico and Bart are excellent hosts. I really recommend this oasis!

In October I was here with my wife. After first week in Seminyak having spent the last week we spent in Pemuteran (Jeda Villa). It's amazing what a beautiful place Jeda Villa found here their beautiful villas built. Especially the place is unique. Sea views and beautiful mountains on the other side. It is very spacious, with beautiful colorful gardens. No neighbors, so ultimate relaxation. The three villas are exactly equal. All have a real desgin with beautiful pool and bathrooms! Showering in the open air, really insane. The villas are fully equipped, even an iPod docking station, library and TV are available. The ability to book a private cook there and we have therefore used it every day. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. We have reached our diving. Diving school on the advice of Jeda Villa is booked and arranged all fine. There is a taxi that takes you anywhere to go free. We will definitely go back. There are few places on earth where you can experience so much luxury and quiet!

We (family 2 adults en two younsters 4 and 8 years old) have recently spend our holiday in this gorgeous villa. When you arrive in Bali the beautiful trip to Pemuteran is a joy , the landscape varies from rough nature, lakes to rice padies and once you arrive in Pemuteran area beaches and the sea becomes visible. When we arrived at Jeda Villa we where simple stunned!!! And speechless for a few moments…………… How beautiful these villas are: luxury, amazing architecture, spaceous, tastefull interior design we felt immediately at ease. We have visisted many villas during the years of travelling and during holidays but this one is “award winning” Every morning when we stepped out of our bedrooms which lead directly on to the veranda a smile appeared on our faces …………….. huge garden, birds, seaview… and our private pool where we have spend hours and hours and hours with the kids. The other main draw is the Gazebo placed on the corner of the raised terrace with views on the mountain range and the whole property. Let’s talk about service! The staff is discrete and friendly they make breakfast, clean the rooms and you hardly notice them being around when they need to be in the villas. They where not intruding in any way. Jeda caters a lunch and dinner menu and the staff where very flexible to make some children adjustments to the dishes on our request ? The funny Jeda Mobile took us to the dropoff point for Menjangan Island our kids snorkeled for the first time, great excitement a beautiful day. The Jeda mobile takes you where you wanna go. But it was hard to leave the villa. We are so happy we made the choice for Jeda Villa and not the resorts on the beach in Pemuteran. WHY ?? we had the luxury to choose to be among tourists our not. Jeda Villa is very close to the action in Pemuteran but at the same time Jeda Villa is a secluded secret hide-away. Will we return ? yes! If you have the chance and look for accomodation in Pemuteran choose Jeda Villa

This was our first taste of Bali and we will certainly go back to taste some more of this beautiful island.After a long flight and day after 4 hour drive through the mountains we arrived in the quiet north of Bali Pemuteran and hidden in the hills surrounded by a beautiful garden we found jeda villa our home far away from home. We couldn't believe our eyes so beautiful, spacious and peaceful, this was a true paradise. Although we lived in this beautiful house we were constantly outside because of the way the villa was built. This gave a very liberating feeling we felt in harmony with nature. I can also strongly recommend the reef seen dive resort if you want to go diving. Amanda and Adrian are a great couple who are involved with their divers and take as much time as you need to feel comfortable.This was a fantastic experience. I can say so much more about the villa and surroundings but I have to mention the way we were treated and welcomed by the villa staff who took care of us and our needs. Thank you so much Ketut, Selamat, Loh and Sudi.We also enjoyed the company of Bart one of the owners who dropped in for cup of coffee and stayed a long time for a nice conversation.This year we were guests but next year we will return as friends. The house ? It was paradise on earth! A quiet little haven with a real taste of Bali life! The house, the staff, the service is incredible... you can't ask for more! Best place we have ever been to!!! Bali is the island of the smiling folks. Pemuteran is the ideal place for diving. Visit Java! it's only a short boat trip away! Rent a motorbike and travel around, our teenagers loved it.(be prepared for police men to arrest you in touristic areas and asking you for money... negotiate, it is real fun!)... Nico,Bart thanks for your hospitality! we'll be back! :-)

The Jeda Villa was by far our best lodging experience in our 3 weeks travelling through Java, Bali and Lombok. (and we have experienced a lot of superb moments...)An open villa, of superb architecture marrying balinese and minimalistic style, with a really private pool and immense private garden in a breathtaking landscape between the mountains and the sea. Absolutely top comfort installations, very friendly and helpfull personnel,and not to forget a fantastic climate (a dry heat, with a refreshing breeze) made our 4 nights stay very enjoyable. I would recommend everybody visiting Bali, to certainly stay in Pemuteran, away from the crowded tourists places in the south, and to stay at the stunning Jeda Villa, friendly managed by Nico and Bart.

We can only recommend Jeda Villa. We had a wonderful stay here and enjoyed the house, the pool and the luxury of doing nothing. The house and the garden are so well designed by Nico and Bart, we loved it! Everyting was just perfect for a great time. Wish we were still there...

Dream Holiday!!! We certainly have enjoyed Jeda villa. We remember that Nico one of the owners mailed and quoted “and if you wake up the first morning you will find yourself in Paradise”. We’ve had a paradise experience from the beginning till the end. You have enormously succeeded with the Jeda “product”. We as guests felt comfortable and Jeda happens to give you a very luxurious feel. Perhaps the best reaction gave Ruben, our son. That was because we thought the Internet presentation of Jeda had presented us with something so beautiful that could never come true or be realistic "It's real!" He exclaimed when we arrived at Jeda Villa. We have experienced each corner, couch and place all over the house and everywhere it was excellent. Great places to read, lay down, enjoy and see the views. We have not been away from the villa a lot because we wanted as much as possible enjoy the comfort of the villa. When we talk about the “ Jeda product “, we refer primarily to the villa itself and the beautiful pool, which in our view has all the amenities and luxury you could wish for. Similarly, we also became very fond of the staff: what a warm welcome every day and each of the staff members have qualities in their own way: Selamat, quietly in the background, but always there at the right time; Sudi, as the example of Balinese friendliness and cheerfulness, with whom we did some beautiful trips in the area; the boys of the garden and pool, which we were continually greeted by as if we saw them for the first time and last but not least; the ladies of the house who clean and cook, and they really cook good! We must confess that initially we had to get used to doing nothing and not helping out. We are so used to do things ourselves, but very subtly the staff gave signs that we could be guests. We have stayed two times in Jeda Villa the first time was Januari 2010 my husband and I stayed together. in August 2010 we took the whole family for two weeks. August 2011 we have booked again Why? • The whole place is so relaxt ! • The villas have a wonderful design and there is space around • We have good family times in Jeda • The environment is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful • The snorkeling and diving are great especially around Menjangan Island • No hassle and busy streets as in the south of Bali • The food is great • Pemuteran is a cute little village with nice restaurants • But after snorkeling, swimming, diving our having diner driving 5 minutes on the unpaved road back to our own Jeda Villa is the best Family de Jong Netherlands

This location is superb! You see the ocean, you are surrounded by mountains, gardens en sounds of birds. The villa gardens naturally flow over into the biggest national Park from Bali. The owners have decided not to build on every inch of the land. We arrived from Seminyak and in this area in the south of Bali, there would be at least 20 walled villas on such a piece of land. The owners of Jeda decided just to build three villas. We had a very nice talk with them and they served us a great bottle of wine We took a look at all three villas, they are all; open, spacious, there are places everywhere to sit and read, the materials used are truly beautiful and the villa is equipped with great Music Station (Geneva) and lots of luxury features. The last villa is in the process of finishing the gardens. Interesting about the Jeda concept is that you get the feeling that you can do whatever you want. Wanna stay in the villa! do your own meals! the staff will provide you with shopping. You wanna be active go out with the funny kind of golf car which brings you everywhere in Pemuteran in a just 3 to 5 minutes. The staff is professional but also understand perfectly that it’s good to leave the guests. We just loved it! We stayed five nights and the first three nights and days we didn’t even leave the villa. The sounds, the space, the landscape a truly amazing unique oasis.
