Ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus war sauber und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil war der beheizte Pool. So konnten wir auch bei schlechten Wetter im warmen Wasser entspannen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

The stay was amazing! The house offers a lot of living space and is designed beautifully. I loved swimming in the pool and sitting on the terrace. From the terrace you have an amazing view and also while cooking you can see the ocean. The house was very clean and we felt at home right away. I definetly want to come again!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Bellevue verbracht. Das Haus ist einfach toll: Alles wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Von der Küche, Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmer im OG hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und sowohl der Balkon als auch die Terrasse laden dazu ein sich dort zu entspannen und den Blick zu genießen. Wirklich eine Empfehlung von Herzen!

Die Villa Bellevue macht ihrem Namen wirklich alle Ehre! Der Blick vom Pool, von der Sonnenterrasse im zweiten Stock oder beim Kochen aus dem Fenster der Küche ist atemberaubend schön. Das gesamte Grundstück mit seiner wunderschönen, liebevoll gepflegten Gartenanlage, dem bestens gewarteten Pool und den großzügigen Terrassen haben uns jeden Tag bis in den Abend entspannende Stunden bereitet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses könnte nicht besser sein! Das geschmackvolle Interieur und die großzügigen Räume haben uns seit der Ankunft direkt heimisch fühlen lassen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung, es mangelt an Nichts! Viele Gesellschafts-Spiele, diverse Sportmöglichkeiten wie z.B. eine große Tischtennisplatte und Pool-Equipment ließen es nie langweilig werden. Auch unsere Hobbyköche konnten sich in der außergewöhnlich gut ausgestatteten Küche austoben. Tolles Haus, absolute Empfehlung!!

Wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub in der Villa Bellevue verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich emfpangen und die Organisation vor Ort war einwandfrei. Die Lage ist grandios, sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral für Ausflüge. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We were pleasantly Surprised by the accommodation and fabulous views from virtually most of the villa looking down the hill top to the sea. The property was very well appointed and the owner had taken time to include everything into the property that you may require for your stay. The pool was a good size and very clean with almost a infinity outlook.

Das mit liebevoller Hingabe, stilvoll eingerichtete Bellevue, lässt beim Traumurlaub keine Wünsche offen. Mit provenzalischem Kräutergarten und Zitronenbaum, lädt die Terrasse zum Frühstück mit Meerblick ein. Es fehlt an nichts, ob Spiele, Bücher, Koch oder Backutensilien, man fühlt sich wie in einem zweiten Zuhause. Eines der Highlights des Hauses ist der beheizte, Salzwasser Pool. Die Lage ist Perfekt! Nah gelegen zum Meer, sowie 20min mit dem Boot nach St. Tropez und 40 min nach Nizza. So könnte jeder Tag Urlaub sein ;)

Insgesamt eine wunderschöne Villa am Berg, wodurch man einen herrlichen Blick über das Meer und die Küste genießen kann. Das Haus ist stilvoll und modern eingerichtet und lässt an sich keine Wünsche offen. Obwohl das Meer sehr nah ist, verbrachten wir die meiste Zeit am hauseigenen beheizten (aber dennoch erfrischenden) Pool. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Villa mit 2 (!) Terrassen und traumhaften Blick über die Küste Südfrankreichs. Die oberen beiden Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zur Dachterrasse, welche tagsüber aber vor allem nachts einen atemberaubenden Blick über die beleuchtete Küste hat. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert, was in unserem heißen Augusturlaub auf jeden Fall ein großes Plus war. Sogar Fitnessgeräte und Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern waren vorhanden, sodass wirklich an alles gedachte wurde und für jeden etwas dabei ist. Ich kann die Villa Bellevue nur weiterempfehlen. Es war die Reise Wert, gerne wieder. :)

Sobald wir angekommen sind haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus bietet genug Platz um 8 Personen komfortabel unterbringen zu können. Wohnraum, Schlafzimmer, Bäder und Küche sind stilvoll und funktional gestaltet. Mein persönliches highlight ist der chlorfreie Pool, wo man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Zieht es einen in die Natur, bietet das anliegende Naturschutz eine wunderschöne Abwechslung um wandern zu gehen oder ausgiebige Fahrradtouren zu machen. Auch die Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Ich habe nichts in diesem Urlaub vermisst. Immerwieder gerne :)

Прекрасный вид со стороны бассейна и террас выходящий на море. Очень понравился бассейн с соленой водой! Большой, просторный дом с камином и всеми удобствами - все очень чисто, атмосфера очень уютная. Месторасположение дома на возвышенности очень тихое и надёжно защищено, пляжи в пешей доступности.

Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Die Villa ist wunderschön und ruhig am Hang gelegen und man hat von der Terasse und dem Pool ein extrem schönes Panorama aufs Meer. Der Pool war leicht gesalzen und nicht so stark gechlort was sehr angenehm war. Alles ist tip top sauber, gepflegt und auch ideal für Familien ausgestattet wie z.B. mit Büchern oder Gesellschaftsspielen. Dazu alle Zimmer klimatisiert. Ein rundum toller Urlaub! Gerne wieder!

Die traumhafte Aussicht, die Ruhe, die Lage, die Bequemlichkeit und der Komfort.. dieses Ferienhaus hat alles übertoffen was wir erwartet hatten. Obwohl es doch genauso beschrieben stand, war die Ankunft am Nachmittag mit Freude auf unseren Urlaub an diesem schönen Ort überwältigend. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Aber wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank für das Willkommenspaket, welch wundervolle Überraschung!! Auch die nette, freundliche Begrüssung und Einführung in das Haus , gab uns den Eindruck dass wir sehr willkommen sind. Merci beaucoup et a bientot

It was a wonderful vacation in the Villa Bellevue.

This is really a great house. It was spotless and everything you can think of (Wii, tabel tennis table, huge TV and Blue ray recorder etc). Also more kitchen equipment than we have at home. Still, the big draw for us were the pool and the views. The pool was even a bit bigger (and warmer!) than we expected and the view of the sea was great. Also, Birgit Barth was very nice to us, told us everything we had to know. We will be back!

Fantastic property, wonderful views. Pool was best ever, very well equipped, facilities second to none. 8 in our party ranging from 11 to 74. We all thought it our best holiday ever.

The best stocked and planned Villa we have stayed in. Location was ideal. The villa is much bigger than it looks in the photos. The pool was a massive hit for all. We spent hours swimming and enjoying our holiday. Could not fault the entire week.

The house has everything you need, and even more. everything is perfectly organized. We liked the pool and the garden very much. The whole day our baby was on the open air, playing in the garden. The barbecue in the evening for our family was very nice to have, especially with the fantastic view to the see. Frejus Zoo is not far away (15 min by car), parks and gardens also. Very good beach is on the way to Frejus 5min. Thank you very much! and.. we want to come back:) N&A and family

This property is as beautiful as the pictures - a rarity in my experience - and ample for a party of six. The view is sensational, the house is very comfortable and equipped with the best appliances and equipment. The swimming pool is a salt-water pool, so no chlorine. The manager, Birgit Barth, is extremely helpful and was wiling to do what's necessary to make our stay memorable. In my case, she even forwarded articles I had forgotten. There are small coves and lovely little places to swim all along the coast as well as a number of good restaurants, though no "fine dining" places we could find, but we weren't really looking for them, either. The Spar Market in Les Issambres is perfect for most needs and the Geant Casino market in Frejus has anything you would want except vegetarian proteins. If you need those, you'll have to bring them with you. We could find no exchange offices anywhere except St. Tropez and and Frejus, but there is no need for them since there seems to be no problem in using credit cards. Please take note that not all tolls on the autoroute can be paid by American-style credit cards and very few take cash. Many restaurants have at least one person who speaks English, but it's best to speak some French. The best approach to the property seems to be along the route 559 from Frejus/St. Rafael. The route through Sainte Maxime when we were there was slow and tedious. If we ever return to the south of France, we will most definitely try to stay here.

A great venue cared for by the owner's agent "Birgit Bath" who could not do enough for us. Everything is to hand just as you would expect in your own home. From fresh clean towels to a fully functional kitchen. All rooms are clean and comfortable and the whole Villa has air conditioning, which is a real bonus as the weather in this part of France can be very hot. We stayed in the last week of October and had at least four days where the temperature reached 22c to 26c. The pool is an added bonus, clean, warm and quite deep at one end. The views from the pool, kitchen, and balcony are as good as it gets and two of the upstairs bedroom share an extra balcony too. Another added bonus is the Villa is very secure, being part of a "Gated" community as well as having its own professional security system, which is very simple to use. There is even a safe for your own use, which is invaluable for keeping your passports and money secure. We loved our week there and probably spent more time at the Villa and around the pool than visiting local places of interest, which only goes to confirm, why this property is so highly recommended by so many who have stayed there.
