Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Das Haus ist von der Autobahn schnell zu erreichen und hat uns gefallen.

Ruime, nette en gezellige vakantiewoning waar we met 8 vriendinnen verbleven om de kerstmarkten in Keulen te bezoeken. Alles is aanwezig, schoon en netjes. 5 minuutjes lopen naar de trein, waarna je binnen 20 minuten in Keulen staat, ideaal. Ali is een vriendelijke gastheer, die snel communiceert en direct voor ons klaar stond toen de stoppen erdoor vlogen. Eigen foutje ;) Tip: er stonden maar een paar wijnglazen, niet genoeg voor 7 wijnliefhebbers. De woning is te reserveren voor 15 personen, misschien even aanvullen.

Geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Aldi und DM um die Ecke. Ausreinchend Parkplätze. Bahn nach Köln 5 Minuten laufen. Schönes Haus für Familienweekend. Wohnung ist groß genug für 9 Erwachsenen und 5 Kinder. Bette sind alle comfortabel und sauber. Wohnung war auch sauber genug. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme in der Wohnung aber Herr Cosar war sehr schnell und hat alles repariert. Empfehlenswert!

Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht.

Wir waren mit den Kindern unseres Vereines zu Gast, um ein kleines Trainingslager abzuhalten. Die Bedingungen die wir im Haus vorgefunden haben waren einfach super! Es gab genug Platz für alle. Wir konnten ohne Probleme hier zusammen kochen, essen und unsere Freizeit verbringen. Das Haus ist zudem in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Herr Cosar war ein super netter, flexibler und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Vielen Dank für ihre Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Gut eingerichtetes Haus über zwei Ebenen. Handtücher und Bettzeug wurden gestellt. Toilettenpapier, Waschlappen, Spülmittel, Teebeutel, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter waren auch vorhanden. Super! Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausziehbarer Esstisch wäre genial.

House was just perfect and a nice walk away from the nearest town. Supermarket and garage nearby too. It had everything we needed. As a group of six people we all had our own room. It was just perfect. Ali was very accommodating and patient as we arrived later than check in time. We would highly recommend this house and will definitely return next year x

The house/ apartment was just what we were looking for! Two couples traveling together so we wanted two bathrooms! The place was very clean and spacious. Of course we had way too much room and too many beds! This house would be perfect for a large group traveling together. It is convenient to grocery shopping and getting on the autobahn and to the train. It is located in what appears to be a “working man’s” section of the area so there is a school as well as a daycare close by.

This apartment has more than enough space for a large group to feel comfortable. With 5 bedrooms our group of 11 people never felt like we needed more room. We didn't really need anything else either as stores and a train-station are in walking distance and it takes 10 minutes to get to the city center by train. The Wi-Fi was also great, even with a large amount of people using it at the same time. The owner was really helpful and welcoming, in case we needed something he would arrive in a matter of minutes. The only real issue we had was the fridge being quite small for this amount of people. We couldn't really fit in much more than cold drinks for everyone. We couldn't make use of the kitchen that much as there wasn't much room left for food. Our stay was awesome and in case we're going to Cologne at some point, we will definitely come again!

The house is situated on a busy street next to a carpet shop and in front of a beautiful church. The bells ring a 8 am. We had a car and drove to meet family in Koln so I cannot speak to how long it would have taken to drive or take transportation but it took us 15 minutes driving time on the autobahn to the exit for Koln. The owner was very helpful. Our family of seven really appreciated our stay.

We were with 8 persons - so according to the number of beds there had be plenty of space. The table was only suitable for 6 persons. Kitchen was not very good equipped. Only 2 wine glasses and 1 champagne glass.... Plates and cutlery were plenty for 8. Bathrooms were well equipped and there was plenty of towels and hot water. In some bedrooms there were only floor lamps. Beds were very comfortable. The lady who greeted us was very friendly and provided us with a second key when we asked for it.

The house is amazing and there is more than enough space, the wifi is good, and the host was nice. Most of the lights didn't work which was a downside but overall a great place to stay in cologne 😊

The house was absolutely a pleasure to stay in. Spacious, clean and modern. Will come again.

The kitchen was very well equipped with coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, enough crockery and cutlery for a number of people and even a sandwich maker. Cooking equipment was all good quality. Two things missing - toaster and the fridge had no freezer ( not good when you buy ice cream for the kids). There were two bathrooms which were spacious and clean with large towel rails to fit all towels. And we also had a washing machine. There is 2 supermarkets basically next door, with 2 more 500m in the opposite direction. The train station to Cologne is a 5 minute walk away and the trains are usually every half hour, taking less than 20 mins to get to Cologne. Make sure you get Ali to show you how the switches work as we were here for 5 days & I still kept turning the wrong lights on. Also be warned the local church is very close and rings it bells half hourly. The shutters are also automated so open at 7.45 even if you are still asleep.

We had an excellent stay. The house was much bigger than I was expecting with 4 large bedrooms and plenty of beds for even the biggest family. It's a 2 minute walk to the train station and then just 10 minutes into Cologne. Good Wi-Fi. It seemed like a nice area and there was plenty of supermarkets within walking distance.

The house was very clean and very well laid out. The owner met us at the residence and showed us around the house. We were 7 there for a convention and having the train station and grocery store within a two minute walk was great.
